The author of the project of expanding Moscow to the West, from where the winds mainly blow, had an absolutely clear intention to strangle the city and, along the way, make good money on this matter. And the entire center of the European part of the Russian Federation in the second half of September turned into the tropics. And he sees no connection between the climate and the quality of the ruling elites. And there is a direct connection. Russia is ready to act as one of the organizers of such a forum."
