And the same WHO again demanded from the ministries of health of its member countries to strengthen vaccination activities, expand vaccination schedules, etc. Our authorities, in the person of Prime Minister Mishustin and the head of Rospotrebnadzor Popova, are still actively being blamed, and senators and deputies are preparing new punishments for refuseniks - in the form of fines and a ban on their children visiting kindergartens and schools.

In this context, information from the Octagon website is very interesting, according to which Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin instructed all city structures to prepare for the second wave of coronavirus. Informresurs notes that all the anti-constitutional restrictions recently canceled in the capital, which caused the righteous anger of the people, will be introduced again from September 20.

The mayor's office confirmed to journalists the preparations for the second wave of coronavirus, but declined to comment on information about Sobyanin's order. According to many observers, the real reason for lifting most of the restrictions in the capital starting from June 9 was the approaching Victory Parade and voting on amendments to the Constitution, which are scheduled for June 24 and July 1, respectively. Moreover, the contract between the Moscow health department and the Unified Information Service posted on the public procurement portal testifies that the Moscow mayor's office did not want to cancel "self-isolation" at all until the end of September, having done this only after a series of lawsuits and a flurry of criticism from all political fronts.
