Annually 15 thousand graduates leave the walls of orphanages. And after graduation, only 10% of them join society. No more than 7% go to universities, 70% go to vocational schools, and 20% do not study anywhere at all. 85 thousand orphans have no fixed housing. The numbers are shocking, and the situation itself is dire enough. The problem of adaptation of graduates of orphanages baffles the whole society. At the age of 18, they are sent from the orphanage to hang out in the lyceums. The administration does not support them - no matter how adult life is, spin yourself as you want. So they are "spinning": they become criminals, prostitutes, and graduates of technical schools join the ranks of the unemployed. The guys from the countryside often drink too much. Alcoholism is at best, at worst - drug addiction, substance abuse, suicide. And here no statistics will save you when you constantly want to eat, and you need a roof over your head. No housing, no registration, no work. Who needs them? Maybe parents or society? Yes, nobody! And the worst thing is that they know it very well and degrade even more.

About prerequisites

There are no more idiots like me in Russia. I myself live in the village, I have invested 16 million in the development of children, and not ordinary ones, criminals. And for our state I still remain a fool. “Why spend money on them?” - I constantly hear this question in my address.

I myself am a teacher by training, I was engaged in business. In 1994 he organized a city health center, was the general director. I decided to create an "Olympic Reserve School", to attract children to professional sports. They gave a room for school toilets, and I made a normal gym out of it. But then the boss changed and said: "Give me money for your amateur performance." And I never gave kickbacks and do not intend to. So I moved from the CEO to the position of a worker. He didn’t give up, greedy people will be in life always and everywhere, but the work must be continued. He put into practice pedagogical education, began to develop a children's project. There are children, normal and "abnormal", as our society calls them, children with delinquencies, criminals. I took teachers who would work with such hooligan children for 4 salaries. We took part in creative and sports competitions with our students, took first places. At that time, I already had 2,000 people. In the following years, he organized trips for such guys. The most interesting thing is that an inveterate bully changes in 10-15 days right before our eyes. He begins to take everything seriously, to realize his mistakes, you can already rely on him. The children liked it, they wanted to go on hikes more often, but government agencies put a ban on this. One trip - then the bully was "closed". Tell me, how can you re-educate a person in 10 days? This is just the beginning, one step towards improvement

about the project

Wrote a program called Change Destiny. At that time, I was in the tourism business. Fortunately, our land allows: the village of Kravets is famous for its Obvoy fish river and gorgeous nature. 12 kg carp, pike, perch, pike perch - without fish you will not leave the shore. I had 6 houses for tourists, 100 steps to the river. I decided that it was possible to involve the guys in this business: to deal with houses, to develop. And already at the age of 18, not to leave the orphanage with empty pockets, but to try yourself in entrepreneurship. I understood that it would be difficult for them, but I myself have experience and can teach them. Orphans come to me in different ways, there are from correctional houses, it’s more difficult this way. I decided that it was possible to develop children in agriculture and animal husbandry. "School of Farmers" - the project is aimed not only at teaching agriculture, but also at entrepreneurial activity. They take care of ducks, chickens and receive money. True, the administration "with hostility" accepted this work. How can it be that children receive 15,000 a month! “You spoiled the kids with money! You are undermining the entire education system! " And the fact that the guys do not hang out on the streets robbing passers-by, but earn money with their honest work and brains, no one thought. Many, having studied here, start their own business, successfully advance. Someone stays here: there is housing, work, understanding, respect and a sense of usefulness. Now I supervise the development of new shops: smoking and cutlet-pie. Yes, at first everyone starts working cautiously, but then they pour in and themselves already offer something new and interesting.

About family

I constantly hear criticism in my address that I am doing a stupid thing, hopeless children, spoiling their upbringing. I am a father of many children, my three and eight foster children. Once in the summer I organized a camp of children, also with delinquencies. I gathered 114 people, and at the end of the shift I decided to leave 8 guys in my family. They have grown up now. To be honest, I am proud of the way I brought up. Real men turned out. Three have already got married, and wives from full-fledged families. The parents of the second half know that they are not “simple” guys, but they cannot get enough of them. They do everything, real masters: all men's work, and they also cook, wash, respect wives. Gone are the days when the husband did nothing but lay on the couch and chew pies. A man should be able to do everything. My guys are just like that, I bring up in them this respect for a woman, for a family, that a huge responsibility will fall on their shoulders. And real men grow out of my hooligans. I didn't have to blush for one.

About orphans

I have submitted my projects many times to obtain regional status, which will make it possible to take about 600 orphans for re-education. But so far, it has not been achieved. I understand that this is not profitable. For 600 people who can go to prison, state institutions receive money for them in the form of taxes, and if they are sent to a private project, then they will lose their children, and therefore money. Everything is calculated. Re-education takes not 10 days, it is long months of work. This is how Andrei Bazhenov came to me. He was robbed by realtors, deceived and taken away his apartment. Despair, tears, I wanted to end my life by suicide. I stopped, directed, gave a job. Now he is the manager of the camp site.

About traps

Sorry for the guys. They leave orphanages with 20 thousand rubles in their pockets and with housing that does not exist. How many such deceived I have in the housing issue. Realtors offer their services: 100 thousand every month for an apartment, there is no need to work - and the orphans like that they give money for free, so they come across. Now I have 16 guys aged 18 to 25. We are waiting for two more guys, from prison they decided to go here right away, there is nowhere else - they are not expected anywhere. We are accustomed to counting, since they are sitting, it means that they have done something. They did it - they organized lynching, their money was stolen when they were released from the orphanage. So they ended up behind bars. There is a boy, he was robbed of 60 thousand rubles, the realtor cheated with an apartment. I myself was present at the trial, the thief got away with it, and the guy was left without money. When orphans steal food from a store, they go straight to jail. How do we reason? If an orphan, then this is a stigma. If you have stolen bread now, then the bank can be robbed.

About future

Orphans already from adolescence know that they are perceived only as thieves, hooligans, parasites who have been "sitting on the neck" of the state all their lives. And after that, how can they enter society, live and work normally? Therefore, they are angry and offended at everyone: at parents who abandoned them in childhood, at teachers who spread rot in the classroom, at all people. They start doing stupid things, and then crimes. They gather in flocks and live according to their own laws, which differ from the laws of society. We are afraid of statistics, but the fact that children are left on the street? Children and youth are our future, we will leave them behind in this world. When society realizes that until Russia has a clear family policy and support for projects like ours, then in 5-10 years our country will have more than a million orphans.
