In the USA, they are actively working on the creation of an anti-gravity aircraft and are moving in the right direction

For more than 40 years I have worked as an ordinary designer at a company that is now called FSUE NPO im. S. A. Lavochkin . Nine years ago, speaking at the NTS, which was held at the level of the head of the design bureau, he reported on the possibility of creating an anti-gravity aircraft (ALA). Unlike scientists and enthusiasts involved in ALA, I did not try to create another theory about the global world order, but solved a particular problem.

On the basis of data repeatedly verified by practice, I was able to derive an alternative formula for the acceleration of gravity. Its peculiarity is that it has a parameter that allows you to change the sign of acceleration. The analysis of the formula made it possible to determine the necessary and sufficient conditions under which the anti-gravitational effect occurs, and to indicate in which directions one should work in order to make the ALA.

As a result, a new law was discovered that operates in the gravitational field. To enter the satellite orbit, it is absolutely unnecessary to accelerate the ALA to the first space velocity. It is enough to create a zone within which one of the parameters changes, and the ALA, like a balloon, will rise or fall by itself until it is fixed at a given height in a weightless state.

Any foreign aerospace firm would seize the opportunity to create an ALA tightly and immediately begin work. For example, the Lockheed corporation, having learned about the work of the Russian scientist E. Podkletny, who managed to screen gravity by only 0.5 percent, did not spare 700 thousand dollars to repeat his experiments. And what about us?

Over the years that have passed since my report, FSUE NPO im. S. A. Lavochkin”has replaced three leaders. To each of them, including the current and. O. General Director S. Lemeshevsky, I applied with a proposal to start work on the creation of ALA, but to no avail.

Meanwhile, the advantages of the project over reactive launch vehicles are obvious. This is a completely different cosmonautics, in which many issues will be resolved differently.

ALA can take off and land anywhere. Spaceports in the usual sense are not needed. And the cost of launching is incomparably less.

ALA flies because it creates a zone within which the sign of gravitational acceleration changes. Consequently, the mass of the payload does not matter. This fact radically changes the very principle of designing and testing spacecraft.

With the help of ALA, it is possible to launch large-sized devices into space without folding them under the fairing. This simplifies their design and significantly reduces the cost of many projects.

ALA is capable of permanently hovering over a given area of the Earth, and at any altitude, not just in geostationary orbit. This is an absolutely new property of an aircraft, extremely important for solving many practical problems.

Defective spacecraft can be trapped using ALA and carefully returned to Earth for repair or disposal. This is a fundamentally new direction in astronautics, which has not yet been mastered in our country. And the demand for such a service, especially in connection with unsuccessful launches of spacecraft in our country and abroad, is already colossal.

An important feature of ALA is that under certain conditions it can be invisible and permeable. Permeability means that the apparatus is able to pass through solids without interacting with them. For this, meteorites, space debris, radiation are harmless.

ALA can be partially permeable. In this case, flying through a solid body, the apparatus pushes its substance apart and decelerates, making a tunnel with smooth walls. Partial permeability allows you to deliver a nuclear charge deep into the asteroid that threatens the Earth. And this means there is a real chance to destroy a dangerous object.

However, you can simply change the trajectory of its movement. On the way of the asteroid, short-term, but at the same time quite powerful artificial centers of gravity are consistently created.

Most likely, during the operation of the ALA, radio communication with it will be impossible. Therefore, to solve this problem, it was necessary to come up with a special type of connection, which should work on a completely new principle of identity. In fact, this is an instant signal transmission, which is carried out in real time, regardless of the distance between objects. The signal carrier itself is absent, therefore antennas are not needed, there are no problems with their mutual orientation. There are no restrictions on power, range and speed of signal propagation, and distortion is also excluded. The exchange of information with such a connection is strictly confidential and is feasible only between the sender and the addressee. With its help, you can control the device in real time, which is in deep space.

Unfortunately, so far instant communication exists only in the form of an idea, but there is evidence that it is possible. And this is the key to solving another important problem - the teleportation of material objects, which will be carried out in a completely different way from what it seems now.

Understanding exactly how the anti-gravitational effect arises makes it possible to raise the question of creating vehicles capable of traveling to a parallel world and moving faster than the speed of light.

A year ago, I sent by mail to the government of the Russian Federation a certified letter addressed to D. Rogozin. It noted the reality of the creation of the ALA, revealed the prospects for peaceful and military use, expressed concern that such an apparatus may be the first to appear in our adversary. Unfortunately, instead of a serious examination, the case went along a bureaucratic track. The deputy prime minister's office sent copies of my letter for review to various ministries and organizations. From them I received answers, the general meaning of which was as follows: there are no publications in scientific journals, I did not speak at scientific conferences, nothing is known about the essence of my proposals, therefore, they are erroneous, it is inappropriate to implement them. And that was the end of it. But it was enough to order the leadership of the NGO to conduct a closed NTS on this topic, come, listen and then draw conclusions.

According to indirect data, I can say that the United States is actively working on the creation of ALA and moving in the right direction. Given their ability to concentrate forces and resources on solving the task at hand, it can be assumed that success is not far off. If so, our launch vehicles will soon become hopelessly outdated and they can be safely scrapped.

But the main thing is that the same fate awaits modern military equipment, which has recently been heavily advertised. It is bitter to see how billions of rubles are spent on the production of the latest tanks, aircraft, submarines and warships, and the possibility of creating an ALA is ignored. Meanwhile, this is a qualitatively new weapon that can radically change the nature and methods of warfare. An invisible and permeable apparatus is invulnerable, and its combat capabilities are very significant. ALA is capable of emerging from nothing and penetrating anywhere. Being in a state of invisibility, the device can inflict an unexpected blow, from which no defense system and personal protection will save. Obviously, our opponents are unlikely to give up such a prospect and will do everything possible to realize it.

The only salvation in this situation is to have a similar weapon. Then you will have to negotiate with us. In short, we need a state program to create an ALA. And its implementation should become the same priority task as the creation of the atomic bomb became in its time.
