In 1999, two American scientists John Mathis and Daniel Whitmayer suggested that there was some very large space body outside Pluto's orbit. Based on their theoretical calculations, they came to the conclusion that it is five hundred times larger than Jupiter, one of the largest planets in the solar system. Astrophysicist John Mathis put forward a hypothesis about the presence of a planet, which is a gas giant containing seventy percent hydrogen, twenty-five percent helium, and five percent heavy elements.

In 2010, twelve years later, the Weiss Space Infrared Telescope (WISE) transmitted the results of the study of this section of outer space to scientists on Earth. According to these data, at the very edge of the solar system, behind the OORTA cloud, there is indeed an unknown giant red planet. The SPORT cloud includes space debris: blocks of ice, various fossilized minerals, gas. All this space debris is a kind of backbone for the formation of cometary bodies. Sometimes asteroids burst out of this cloud under the influence of an unknown external force. And then, being attracted by the gravitational force of the Sun, they are directed towards the Earth. All comets of the solar system originate here, in this cloud, located at a distance of one light year from the sun. Scientists faced a problem: what kind of invisible effect is that pushing out giant asteroids from their "home" place from the OORTA cloud. Astrophysical science has not yet had an answer to this question.

From the planet Neptune to the spherical cloud OORTA stretches the celestial belt, which is a scattered disk. The so-called "Kuiper belt" is a vast territory filled with comets, asteroids and dwarf planets. According to the calculations of scientists, there is some kind of powerful force inside this cosmic region, attracting to each other the largest of the dwarf planets Pluto and the dwarf planet Sedna farthest from the Sun. What can create such an incredible force field of attraction between the planets, besides the strongest attraction of the Sun? Astrophysicists came to the conclusion that there must be some kind of invisible giant object, comparable in size to the size of the planet Jupiter.

The data obtained from the infrared space telescope helped not only to confirm this guess, but also to answer the main question, what force tears comets from their usual location in the asteroid belt of the OORTA cloud. It was the giant planet theoretically discovered by American astrophysicists that caused the impact of its powerful gravitational force on space "debris". Passing very close to the OORTA cloud, a mysterious giant planet with a powerful gravitational field attracts the body of another comet. Then this bolide torn from the asteroid belt, according to the laws of cosmic mechanics, bends an orbit around the massive body of the giant planet and rushes headlong towards the center of the solar system.

A striking example of a fireball is one of the asteroids, detached from the OORTA cloud from its usual orbit about six million years ago. In October 2011, such a huge fireball swept close to the Earth at a short distance of thirty-eight million kilometers. The comet was noticed and recorded back in 2010 on December 10 by an amateur astronomer from the Moscow region Leonid Yelenin, in his honor the comet C / 2010 X1 was named after him. Comet Elenin is a fireball with a core diameter of four kilometers and a bright blue coma (tail) eighty kilometers long.

Is it not this "blue star" that exists in the legends of the ancient Indian tribes living on reservations in the north of America, and serves for them as the first sign of an impending global catastrophe and the death of all life on Earth. This time they considered the era of four earthquakes. In the local dialect, it is called "Koyaaniskatsi", which means a world out of balance. In the ancient Mayan civilization, it was believed that the Earth would pass from the fourth to the fifth world after a cycle of nine powerful earthquakes. And the ancient Aztecs believed that their era was associated with sunquakes and waited for the appearance of a blue comet.

And scientifically, are events such as a passing comet and earthquakes really related?

There is a special way to find out this relationship, which is called astronomical alignment by astrophysicists. In accordance with this method, it is considered that all earthquakes with an amplitude of more than six points occur under the following condition: the total vector of gravitational fields of two or more space objects must be directed strictly in the direction of the Sun. But with the help of which gravity is transmitted in airless space, scientists still do not know. In accordance with this condition, a very dangerous position in the firmament becomes when the cosmic bodies are aligned along one line. In this case, the so-called parade of planets turns out. It is during such periods that terrible cataclysms and catastrophes occur on Earth.

The amateur astronomer Yelenin conducted a study of all the analogies connecting large earthquakes and the alignment of celestial bodies strictly along a line towards our star. The result is a vivid picture of this relationship. On January 12, 2010, the planets Mars, Venus, Earth and the Sun lined up in one row, and on the same day a terrible catastrophe occurred on the island of Haiti, which claimed the lives of three hundred and twenty thousand people and left one and a half million people homeless. On February 27, 2010, the seismic strength in Chile reached almost nine points. At this moment, the next astronomical alignment of the planets of the solar system was observed in the sky. The Earth, the Sun and Comet Elenin lined up along a line on March 11, 2011, triggering a magnitude nine earthquake near the Japanese island of Honshu, which triggered a tsunami with enormous devastating consequences.

And so far no earthly science can predict when the next giant fireball will "shoot", the collision with which may turn out to be apocalyptic for our planet.
