We are used to living with the idea that we have freedom. Life has become so commonplace that few notice the lack of freedom. The overwhelming majority of people just simply got used to the idea that they can only choose from a number of proposed options. The most far-sighted people realize how far the technologies of mass manipulation of consciousness and all the desires of people have gone.

Advertising itself is not harmful, but the whole point of marketing is to increase sales and attract new consumers to your side. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to create the most effective advertising. For this purpose, a play on words, and a competent selection of color schemes, fashion trends, professional voice acting for each commercial and, of course, professional editing are suitable. All this is called in one word - marketing.

But how is it that corporations are so closely involved in manipulating the interests of the populace that we have lost our freedom?

It's actually pretty simple. First of all, popular culture sets fashion trends. Superhero movies, street racers, and Hollywood comedies all fuel our feelings about certain things. Watching films about Batman - we admire his car. It is fast, aggressive and has a serious black color. This, on a subconscious level, lays in a person a desire to acquire a car of a similar, aggressive shape. Street racers on screens install a lot of additional equipment on their cars. Bright, acidic lighting, nitrous oxide, a huge rear wing - all these are invariable attributes of a high-quality film about racing on city roads. This stimulates people to buy similar equipment for themselves. Spend money on lights, decals, wheels or even exhaust pipes without paying attention to the fact that their car is completely unsuitable for racing and looks ridiculous and ridiculous with this equipment.

The desire to be different leads to the fact that people massively buy stickers on vehicles or even get tattoos.

The color of the car also greatly influences the interests of the people. If you buy a car in bright green or turquoise color, then this automatically sets the driver of such a car out of the crowd. A bright color, as it were, suggests that this person is a little richer than everyone else. The presence of different colors of the car - leads to an increase in demand for it. Color directly affects a person and can cause certain desires. So red and yellow make you feel hungry, which is used by fast food chains, especially McDonald's. Black color - makes you feel confident and emphasizes the nature of a person. Works great as a mechanism for self-affirmation and self-belief. Colorful signs, colorful brochures, nicely decorated menus and leaflets - all this directly forces us to take certain actions.

Music is an important tool for global manipulation. Restaurants often provide live sound. This not only makes people calmer, but also makes them buy more. Music can evoke all kinds of feelings. Excellent musical accompaniment for the colorful trailer of the film - guarantees a person's confidence that the film will be very interesting. As a tool for the formation of loyal mood - music has been used since the Middle Ages. So in Catholic churches there is often one spiritual organ. By itself, playing an organ creates an infrasound that affects the human brain. There are often cases when playing the organ made people cry or rejoice. Music in games, films, commercials - sets a person's general mood, which the person then follows all day. This mechanism works as a whole.

Advertising one product, stimulating the desire to purchase goods - inevitably leads to the emergence of a desire to purchase another product. The abundance of bright colors on the roads, in films, in advertisements - leads not only to manipulation, but also to health problems. So, bright flashes in children's cartoons can cause epileptic seizures in children. The appearance of a stand-out car at night - leads to the concentration of attention on it, thereby increasing the likelihood of an accident. Overly aggressive music in the speakers provokes the driver to drive aggressively. At the same time, it does not matter at all how it will affect a person. Even if everything is fine, a person will still want to buy what he liked so much. Thus, the only goal of marketers is to make a profit at any cost. Marketing wars and even the so-called "black PR" - not only increase sales from conflicting parties, but also lure buyers of a competing company over to their side.

People are often misled by marketers. This is one of the most popular manipulation techniques. It does not matter at all whether the product is tasty and of high quality. Beautiful packaging design will one way or another lead to a demand for the product. Marketers regularly use imposition techniques. Fake discounts attract buyers as much as a "good offer" to buy 4 products for the price of three. Various promotions in stores also force people to buy more than originally planned. The use of the technique for creating deliberate damage leads to the emergence of an urgent need to buy spare parts or carry your equipment for repair.

Gradually, our life turns into only a constant choice between one or another product. We do not even think about the fact that all our desires are usually artificial and imposed from the outside. As long as we live and enjoy imaginary freedom - marketers control our desires. Gradually, day by day, we become slaves to marketing.
