After all, as you know, the main forces during walking are spent on lifting the body.
So you can carry a load equal to almost 70% of their body weight. Physiological studies prove that carrying heavy weights on the head is the most economical for the human body.
Although 70% is not the limit: in India there is a special person who will help you put a motorcycle on the roof of a bus for money. There are problems with transport in this country, so many people ride on the roofs of buses. And this little man of a rather slender look lifts any cargo on the roofs for less than two dollars. It is not a problem for him to lift a motorcycle weighing 150 kg on his head.
