"Deep State" in our opinion - or "Oprichnina 2.0"

A small note on the topic of a parallel control loop in the state, as it should be, concerns various aspects of the life of the system. Fluently, on the tops, especially the posters will not be posted for a long time. In order not to slip into conspiracy, just a set of facts and trends.

The first, by virtue of the culture of that time, included repression, the second does not include, and I hope it will not (there are other ways of influence in the present tense).

Although the current official liberal model does not imply this at all, life shows that there is a process of development. It scares them very much. They do not understand where such vitality comes from, these methods work for "everyone else" but not for "these". At the beginning of the nineties, they could not take into account the influence of the colossal shadow sector of the economy, and in the 2000s they missed the launch of the "oprichny processes". This cognitive dissonance is difficult to explain

Business aspects. Either a certain "oprichnaya economy" has already been formed or is about to finish forming, which is currently operating:

In a liberal economic model, the above is simply impossible. And this is especially impossible under the leadership of those who implemented the Allen Dallas 20/1 Directive.

Now for some aspects in social policy.

These moments are also more likely impossible than otherwise in the official liberal bourgeois system of coordinates. It means that there is another coordinate system that is not visible and does not advertise itself.

And now "oprichnina" in political life. Here is smaller, but also available.

This is the part where the greatest resistance and sabotage occurs. Suffice it to recall the various legislative initiatives, be it the police, juvenile tricks, “innovations in pedology” in the educational sphere, various “support pants” for usurers. There were a lot of things, but in fact, in almost every moment, the effect of a monkey's paw worked.

I especially want to dwell on the trigger that prompted this note. Namely: the decree of March 1, 2017 on the register of the personnel reserve.

This decree is like the icing on the cake. So as not to search for the text itself for a long time. There is not much to read, but it is very overwhelming. In fact, this is a call to the civil service. This is a serious blow to the established system of clan and tribal transfer of power. And in conjunction with the ONF, this will be an ultimatum move, which will be extremely difficult to fend off.

In its essence and significance for the country, this decree is much stronger than the "Plutonium Law". And what, a lot has been said about him?

Note that this is all referred to as a "background process spectrum". They don't write about it, they don't talk about it, but it's all there. I timidly hope that the time is not far off when the project of "globalization in Russian" will be rolled out for review.

For skeptics, or for those who are not yet in the subject, I advise you to spin the site "Made by us" in the feed of which there are already more than a thousand pages, and on each page there is a positive, in the form of one or another development or event. Yes, of course, there is a hat, but there is also a dynamic of development.

It is also worth paying attention to liberal wing in power … They are now in a stalemate. The impact on the people is minimal so much that it should even be neglected. The reliance on foreign "partners", and in fact the owners, is weakening with each "Trump day". Yes, they are strong in the traditional media environment, but the traditional media are not as good as they used to be, they are very much squeezed by the Internet media. In fact, any inaction of the liberal wing - makes the "oprichnina state" stronger, any of their negative impact - makes their influence on the people weaker and indirectly strengthens the "oprichnina state". Also, any of their hypothetical positive impact will lead to a general increase in the viability of the state, even if it does not lead to the strengthening of the "oprichnina state", but will strengthen the Russian Federation as a whole, and this will no longer be in the template of a liberal-bourgeois project. For this action there is a proverb: "Wherever you throw - everywhere a wedge."
