I will not go far for an example illustrating the validity of the statement that became the title of this article, but simply ask readers as they read this article to compare the present state of affairs with those pages of history when European empires colonized both "distant" and "near", lagging behind in terms of technological development, countries. When, in the process of exchanging goods with the natives, mirrors and glass beads became the weight equivalent of gold nuggets, and a few guns and a modest amount of gunpowder could load a galleon with values that significantly exceeded the cost of the entire expedition; when the natives easily parted with real values in exchange for objects that were a product of technology, their level surpassed those known to them.

And if, for some reason, bargaining with the “natives” began to go “in the wrong direction,” the technologically superior spears and bows of the natives, the guns of the colonialists often became a compelling argument for reaching a consensus.

Much has changed since then, but the principles and mechanisms of enslavement have remained the same. Countries with a higher technological level continue to exchange the products of their high technologies for precious natural resources, and high-tech military “arguments” are applied to intractable “partners” as before.

Judging by the absolutely unprecedented care with which the distance of technological separation between slaves and masters is maintained, a number of judgments can be made about the value of this very instrument of enslavement, but first about the distance of technological superiority and with what tools it is maintained.

The technology gap is monitored at many levels simultaneously. For this purpose, such control instruments have been created as coordinating centers and even international organizations known to us under a common name - "CoCom" (Export Control Coordinating Committee).

With the end of the Cold War, Western countries came to the conclusion that the existing regime of control over the supply of arms and military technologies to the socialist countries of KOCOM was outdated. To counter threats to international and regional security and stability, a more global system of control over the proliferation of conventional weapons, goods and "dual-use" technologies was needed.

If you look at the world map shown below, you can roughly see how our planet is divided into masters and slaves. The global predictor allowed the "elites" of some countries to have high technologies, while the "elites" of others did not.

The countries that have at their disposal advanced high technologies in one area or another are highlighted in blue, and the countries that do not have them at all and are forced to buy high-tech products from the “blue”, or have high technologies, but whose level does not allow them, are highlighted in gray compete in the main strategic areas with the "blue" countries.

In fairness, it should be noted that this map does not fully reflect the objective picture, but only approximately illustrates the state of affairs and needs to be periodically adjusted.

In reality, a gap in the level of technology also exists within the "blue" bloc, and it is there that there is a complete drama, a very tough, competitive struggle. The fact is that not all "blue" countries are independent, that is, as a result of consistent scientific and technological advances, they have received advanced high technologies. Most of them, as a rule, received them for "good behavior" from the leading countries in this area. And how dramatic the struggle is going between the leading countries is evidenced by the statements of famous politicians. For instance:

Or the statement of several US presidential candidates for the physical elimination of leading Russian scientists. You can read more about this in the article "The reason for the mass death of Russian scientists - professional activity"

For decades we have listened to such categorical statements of serious Western politicians, first about the USSR, and for some time now also about Russia. Of course, one can object, they say, the statements of politicians are just words, but after all, NATO at our borders is already a real accomplished fact and it has approached us not with the aim of friendly patting on the shoulder. And the following material confirms this once again:

A completely frank interview with the founder and director of the private intelligence and analytical organization Stretfor, George Friedman, points not only to the imperial ambitions of the United States, but also to the main motive for the actions of the overseas empire: To prevent the emergence of an alliance between technologies owned by Germany and the innumerable natural resources belonging to Russia … In the understanding of Western strategists, such an alliance will become the most serious problem for the United States.

From all this, one very simple conclusion can be drawn: maintaining a deliberately specified difference in the level of technology between masters and slaves is extremely important and valuable to them.

I remember the words of Winston Churchill:

There is a strong impression that the dominant actors in this struggle will strive to maintain their technological superiority at any cost up to, fraught with a retaliatory strike, preventive nuclear bombing of scientific centers and enemy infrastructure. Read more about a lightning nuclear strike here:

Let us ask ourselves a question: If, for example, the United States, as a result of a tense, but still peaceful struggle, loses its technological superiority, will it not have a chance to restore it again? For example, having mobilized their scientific potential, how are other participants in this battle, in particular Russia, doing? Or is the peaceful coexistence of masters and vassals categorically unacceptable from the point of view of their ideals? Is technological superiority, which is used exclusively for the same purpose as in the days of colonialism - to receive natural resources for a pittance from weak neighbors on the planet, more expensive than peace on earth? Judging by the number of wars initiated by the United States or its allies over the past three decades, it becomes clear that peace on earth is one of the most useless phenomena for them:

For them, war is such a "tasty" dish from political technology cuisine, which allows them to "feed" the dollar economy and at the same time satisfy the imperial ambitions of the United States, once again showing the vassals who is the boss. It seems that the "absence of war" on our planet is too expensive and, moreover, a very dangerous state for the modern Western political formation.

What is wrong with our planet? After all, wars, in which hundreds of thousands of people die, including women, old people and children, are inherently a common high-tech tool for influencing slaves, who at the dawn of colonialism were guns and gunpowder. The conclusion suggests itself that slavery did not disappear at all, but quite the opposite - it acquired a global scale. Now not individual people or tribes are being driven into slavery, but entire countries.

For this purpose, more and more sophisticated and most advanced technologies of enslavement are used, based on completely different principles. Starting from the economic "carrot", which John Perkins described in detail in his book "Confessions of an Economic Killer", including a whole range of cynical know-how, and ending with the "whip" of force, right up to a military invasion.

What pushes the most well-fed part of the population of this planet, which does not get tired of teaching others about democracy, to engage in such dirty deeds as slavery? What makes them keep most of humanity in artificial poverty with the help of high-tech financial instruments?

The answer to the question is this: This is a technology of enslavement, which has been successfully applied by the enslavers (employers) to the population of our planet since "time immemorial".

If you are hired by someone to work, then accordingly you will be forced to work according to the rules of the "employer" or you will be fired. Today's leading countries received these technologies not through scientific advances, but as a tool for fulfilling their mission directly from the "employer". And in fact, all of their real scientific potential is reduced only to the production sphere. It is for this reason that the loss of technological superiority will lead to irreversible consequences for them, since they themselves do not have a consistent scientific base not only for a technological breakthrough to a higher level, but also for the restoration of the previous one, in the event of its loss as a result of an artificial or natural cataclysm. They are in a position where they need to maneuver between the "employer" who requires a result and the rest of the planet's population, which "produces" this result for them. Of course, the knowledge and technologies that the "employer" supplies them with allow them not only to skillfully "maneuver", but to absolutely reliably ensure control over the entire population of the planet. This knowledge includes a huge amount of fundamental data, carefully hidden from the enslaved majority. This "secret" (hidden) knowledge refers not only to the technologies of enslavement and methods of control of civilizations, they are also about the true history of civilizations that have existed and exist today on this planet, about the true purpose of man and many other aspects of the universe. That this is exactly the case is evidenced by the data that periodically seeps through random gaps in the information cordon.

We observe a fairly wide variety of methods and tools with the help of which control is exercised not only over individual state entities, but also over entire unions of states. Take, for example, the European Union, where, as we often see, the leaders of its states in their behavior resemble helpless glove puppets stretched over the arms of a cruel puppeteer ("There is more than a king behind any throne"), who, through the world gendarme represented by the United States, to his "partners", in addition to incriminating evidence and direct blackmail, he applies a whole bunch of technologies of enslavement: religious institutions, a banking system, an army of special services capable of tracking the location of any person not only using the IP of his smartphone, but also through video biometric personality control, banal wiretapping of everyone and everything with a high probability of subsequent blackmail, shameless editing and compilation of historical facts, strict control of the parameters of the information space using the media and PR technologies, as well as a wide range of horror stories: from "terrible diseases" to "terrible terrorists" with whom in fact, except for Russia, no one is fighting.

Are there many controls? What is such an excess supply of influence for? Isn't it strange that despite the fact that this is far from the entire list of means of control used by the authorities, but only what lies on the very surface, terrorists continue to do their dirty deeds, blowing up civilians, not paying any attention to the fact that they are all under such an "impressive" cap?

The answers to these questions lie on a different plane. For what purpose is it necessary to control the population of the entire planet as in their time slaves on the plantations?

- Yes, with the same one as then. Only now we know that a plantation is a planet on which we live and work, and minerals "grow" on this "plantation".

As the author writes

… "How many rockets fly into orbit per year and what do they carry besides satellites?:) For example, a gram of Rhodium costs $ 230. A gram of Osmium-187 is $ 200,000, and a gram of California-252 costs $ 6,500,000. With the cost of putting 1 kg into orbit at $ 3,000, it is quite it is cost-effective to carry rare elements and isotopes there. The dirt remains here, a pure product for the owner."

As for the main beneficiary of the final product of our planet, I would not like to touch on him in this article today, since I have very scant and unverified information about its origin. But I will share the data that, in my opinion, can be trusted, since they come from the ex-Minister of Defense of Canada Paul Hellyer and, albeit indirectly, hint at its possible origin:
