Traditional religion of Russia before Baptism

On July 28, the Baptism of Rus was celebrated in our country. I would like to recall how Patriarch Kirill, in an interview with the Rossiya channel, spoke about our ancestors who lived before baptism:

“Who were the Slavs? These are barbarians, people who speak an incomprehensible language, they are second-class people, they are almost animals. And so the enlightened men went to them, brought them the light of Christ's truth ….

These words of Cyril reflect the official point of view on the history of Russia, which has evolved over the centuries and is based on Christian chronicles. And what are the alternative sources talking about?

For many millennia, Russia lived according to the ancient Vedic laws, which had nothing to do with "barbaric paganism." Until that time, until the "enlightened men" came, who began to plant Christianity "with fire and sword." By the way, the question arises: who exactly acted with "fire and sword" in Russia? Indeed, according to some sources, the "enlightened men", carrying the "light of Christ's truth," then destroyed three-quarters of the population of Russia. It turns out that numerous armed detachments were operating, about which, for some reason, not a word in the annals … And did Jesus bequeathed such bloodshed and genocide in his own name?

Of course, it was not possible to exterminate the primordial faith from the people with the help of violence. And although many formally accepted the new faith, in reality, in Russia, dual faith persisted for a very long time. Until now, in the prayers of the Old Believers there are the names of ancient Russian gods and goddesses: Yav, Prav, Sventovit, Veles, Perun …

But in the 17th century, an insidious move was made. The reform of Patriarch Nikon changed not only the formal and ceremonial side (to be baptized with three fingers instead of two, walk around the analogion counterclockwise, etc.), but also the very essence. All Russian gods were selected analogs from among Christian saints, ancient folk holidays were combined with Christian ones (Midsummer instead of Kupala, Easter instead of Great Day, etc.), and the church itself began to call itself "Russian" and "Orthodox". There was a substitution of concepts.

And what were our ancestors like long before the baptism with fire and sword? The Russian people have always been distinguished by their great spirituality, connection with the Gods (with the Upper World).

Oleg Platonov in his book "Russian Economy without Globalism" comes to the conclusion that "Russian civilization is one of the most ancient spiritual civilizations in the world. Its basic values were formed long before the adoption of Christianity. The main features of Russian civilization were the predominance of spiritual and moral priorities, the cult of philanthropy and love of truth, non-acquisitiveness, the original forms of labor self-government - the community and the artel.

In Russia, which stretched across almost all of Eurasia, before Christianity, Vedic teachings based on ethical laws - the very ones that Jesus came to preach to the Jews - were dominant. Jesus came to the Jewish people as the Messiah in a difficult time of moral decline, passion for pharisaism, which can be compared with Satanism. Jesus Christ referred to the God of the Jews "YHWH" as Satan, accusing the Jews of making the devil their only god. There was no need to impose the precepts of Jesus on the Russians - they kept them anyway.

Prince Vladimir brought Christianity to Russia; he decided to replace the traditional religion with one that would help keep the people in subjection to him. Of course, it was not possible to exterminate the primordial faith from the people with the help of violence. Resistance to the new faith lasted for almost 9 centuries.

Many teachings speak of Lord Maitreya - the collector of the sixth race of earthlings, the Teacher of the new era of Aquarius. Someone may consider this information as something exotic, oriental, alien to our culture. But, as we already understood, the knowledge preserved in the East is the Vedic principles of our common ancestors. Moreover, Maitreya is known not only in India and China, he was known by the ancient Iranians and Armenians under the name Mithra (god of the Sun, heavenly light and justice). Maitreya (Skt. "Loving, benevolent";) - "The Lord named Compassion."

Maitreya is consonant with the Russian “matter”, “mother” and even “matryoshka” - which, as you know, is not just a child's toy, but a symbol of the universe. Therefore, Maitreya is not alien to the Russians, but on the contrary, all the indigenous peoples of Russia are inextricably linked with Lord Maitreya historically and genetically. The teachings of Maitreya are the teachings of the Mother of the World, the triumph of feminine, creative, giving birth energies that replace the masculine, rational type of society management.
