In the practice of the educational work of our school for many years, moral rules have been developed about "Ten unworthy things that humiliate a person." We affirm in the minds of children the idea of an abomination, the inadmissibility of a number of actions. Only on the basis of thought, conviction, does the feeling of contempt for the unworthy grow stronger.
The fusion of thought and feeling affirms a valuable moral trait of the individual - disgust for unworthy in his own behavior, active striving for worthy deeds that uplift a person; willingness, in spite of everything, to act according to one's own beliefs about worthy and unworthy.
1. It is unworthy to get your well-being, joy, pleasure, peace of mind at the expense of oppression, disorder, grief, anxiety of another person. We strive to ensure that the harmony of well-being, joy, happiness reigns in the children's team. The well-being of one child should not compromise the well-being of another. A small person should not lock himself in the shell of his own happiness. The ideal we see is this: the happy one experiences remorse from the fact that his peer is deprived of happiness. This experience is a very sensitive corner of the child's soul, in which a subtle sense of dignity lurks. True dignity cannot be complacent, calm, indifferent to what is happening in the heart of another person.
2. It is unworthy to leave a friend in trouble, danger, to pass indifferently past someone else's grief, grief, suffering. Moral deafness and blindness, numbness of the heart is one of the most vile vices. The feeling of someone else's misfortune and the understanding that staying away from this misfortune is disgusting and disgusting - one of the main lines of all educational work. Fostering dignity based on attitudes towards adversity plays a very important role in school life, due to the fact that failures in mastering knowledge are a big trouble in learning. It is very important that the children see trouble in a friend's lagging behind, in his poor grades, sympathize with it, and not remain indifferent to the fact that there are losers in the class.
3. It is unworthy to use the results of the labor of others, to hide behind someone else's back. This is a sphere of very subtle spiritual relations associated with teaching and with the whole structure of the life of the collective and the individual. To be a hard worker is an honor, to be a freeloader is dishonor. We consider the cultivation of such a view to be the focus of the convictions on the basis of which a citizen is formed. It is very important that the first amazement, the first revelation experienced by a person was the thought: I did this with my own efforts, I achieved this with my mind. Great educational skill is required to help the weak, incapable, and unintelligent. Whatever help is needed, it should hurt the pride of the person being helped. The little person needs to develop the desire to ultimately get rid of help. It is shameful to be weak - such a conviction seeks to establish the master educator in the weak. The tension of thought, the search, the independent solution of the problem is a fertile field on which you can grow people with a strong spirit.
4. It is not worthy to be fearful, relaxed; it is shameful to show indecision, to retreat in the face of danger, to whimper. Fearfulness and indecision give rise to cowardice, meanness, betrayal. Courage and courage are the sources of courage. Where it is dangerous, I must be the first - this is a moral rule our teaching staff strives to make the norm of behavior. The manifestation of courage, courage, decisiveness, fearlessness in the face of danger, resilience is an incomparable state of mind that leaves an imprint on the entire appearance of a person, giving rise to true nobility in him. I am convinced that it is only in courage and courage that a person truly expresses and knows himself.
5. It is unworthy to give vent to needs and passions, as if freed from the control of the human spirit. Whether you want to eat or drink, relax or warm up by the fire - your body needs this, but do not forget that you are human! Satisfying your needs, you must show nobility, restraint, endurance. It's not just modesty. This is something higher and more significant: by dominating your needs and passions, you elevate your spiritual essence.
6. It is not worthy to be silent when your word is honesty, nobility and courage, and silence is cowardice and meanness. It is not worthy to speak when your silence is honesty, nobility and courage, and your word is cowardice, meanness and even betrayal. How much speaks about a person's dignity is his ability to be a wise ruler of the word, a master who owns this delicate human instrument!
7. It is unworthy of a real person not only to lie, to be hypocritical, grovel, adjust to someone's will, but also not have their own eyes, lose their face. Hearing is disgusting and disgusting: it is worse than betrayal. Earning a ear, reporting on a comrade is tantamount to a shot in the back. Here we enter the sphere of very delicate human relations, the nobility and purity of which largely determine the moral character of a person for life. To cultivate the courage of speech and the courage of silence, the educator himself must be noble and courageous. We must be able to respect our own opinion, the conviction of a small person, especially a teenager, even when not everything in his behavior seems clear and justified to us.
8. It is unworthy to throw words lightly, to make unfulfillable promises. I see one of the very fine lines of a truly human character that a teacher hones in for a pet to be a personality of crystal clear and firm words. This requires the education in a young soul of what I would call the nobility of will. From an early age, a person should be taught to set goals aimed at self-education, self-improvement. Let this goal be seemingly insignificant at first; but a person should not live in vain; they must be driven by striving; let the achievement of the goal bring him joy and pride.
9. Excessive self-pity is unworthy, as well as a ruthless attitude, indifference to another person. It is unworthy to exaggerate personal grief, grievances, troubles, sufferings. Tearfulness is unworthy. A person is adorned with endurance. The atmosphere of perseverance, endurance, inflexibility is, figuratively speaking, the light in which a small person sees the true values in his behavior.

How familiar things evolved
A modern person gets so used to everyday things that he does not even think about what path one or another device, equipment or technique had to go through so that they become constant helpers in every home. As Plait writes in Death From Above, a gamma ray burst is the most striking event since the Big Bang.
