Why was it necessary for the US authorities themselves.

Maybe, of course, these are attacks, but I suppose that this is a healthy fear that a real monster may fall into the presidency, or, to put it more mildly, a woman without appropriate moral principles, who does not disdain the organization of mass crimes, murders and cooperation with international terrorists.
