DIVISION of the people and its subsequent fragmentation into an ever smaller fraction should be beneficial to someone. otherwise why all this? There must be a BENEFICIARY and there must be a clearly readable BENEFIT from the actions taken.

In principle, one does not need to go far, everyone knows the beneficiary for a long time and perfectly well, now these are non-state international parasitic financial structures, which benefit from the confrontation of peoples, wars and other troubles.
