The gentlemen took the United Arab Emirates and Great Britain as a standard, where such departments are already working. If something like that was announced in KVN, one could laugh heartily, but alas, such news are usually harbingers of new mockery of "human capital" - that is, ordinary citizens.

He acted there as a moderator at the roundtable "AI technology is changing companies and the economy: acquisitions and threats."

If with our “affordable medicine”, God forbid, two-thirds of currently able-bodied men and women live to retirement age, they will be expected there a “living wage” in the form of minimum wages, which is actually problematic to survive on. And in fact - why do our pensioners need benefits at the same British level? The main thing is that they will not be deprived of the attention of the new ministry of millionaires. I remember that George Orwell in his dystopia "1984" had a ministry of love, in which they "sprayed" the human personality of everyone who was able to think independently. There was also a ministry of truth, which in practice did exactly the opposite - that is, lies and brain processing 24 hours a day. And, of course, the Ministry of Peace, which was responsible for the war and the constant escalation of the degree of hatred in society. Now, however, we are in all seriousness offered to establish a ministry of happiness and loneliness in Russia - naturally, solely for the good of the people. What will be the true tasks of these institutions - let everyone decide for himself, there is where fantasy roam. According to the Orwellian formula, these goals and objectives should be exactly the opposite of the names of departments.

As for artificial intelligence, fanatical faith is officially being formed into a religion, of which not only German Gref is an adherent. The world's first digital church is founded in Silicon Valley, preaching the "joys" of transhumanism in its "Path of the Future" doctrine. Its creator, ex-engineer at Google and Uber, Anthony Lewandowski, brought the idea of "God out of the car" (deus ex machina) to its logical conclusion. The atomized humanity, devoid of traditional values, is planned to be handed over to the “ministries of happiness, love and loneliness”, where it will receive its “soma mug” and go into virtual dreams. Once again, you are convinced that futuristic writers are the best forecasters and predictors.

In conclusion, it remains to remind Mr. Gref of the sad future of his fiefdom. He cites the example of the UAE, where they are seriously engaged in supporting artificial intelligence, but it is in this country that there has been no loan interest for a long time. Islamic banking implies a high level of ethics and morality, excluding lending to individuals in difficult financial situations, as well as making money by banks from other money (i.e., out of thin air). And if we are to use foreign experience, then we need to start with the elimination of gaskets in the person of Sberbank, comrades who, without alternative, impose their disservice on us when doing business, making payments and transfers, and having this eternal gesheft.
