First, you need to clearly and clearly say that the new law is a direct violation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. We read part 2 of Art. 39 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: "State pensions and social benefits are established by law." According to paragraph 1 of Art. 7 "On labor pensions in the Russian Federation", it is established (provided): "Men who have reached the age of 60 and women who have reached the age of 55 have the right to an old-age labor pension."

But after all, according to Part 2 of Art. 55 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation clearly stipulates (prohibited): "In the Russian Federation, laws should not be issued that abolish or diminish the rights and freedoms of man and citizen."

Of course, the new law abolishes the rights of citizens in the direction of deterioration!

Of course, human rights guaranteed in Art. 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: “Man, his rights and freedoms are the highest value. Recognition, observance and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms is the duty of the state."

Therefore, a new law should not be adopted without changing the Constitution of the Russian Federation, that is, first it is necessary to change the Constitution - to abolish all the above-mentioned rights of citizens, and then write a new law on the retirement age from scratch.

And according to Art. 135 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the parliament of Russia (Federal Assembly) itself cannot change the above articles of the Constitution from chapters 1 and 2 of the Constitution, and if necessary, the Constitutional Assembly must be convened. And this is already very serious!

In general, it turns out that the government has started to seriously change the Constitution along the way, but, however, it is modestly silent about it.

I don't know much about how the Pension Fund was used. There is information from some sources that it is empty, and it is not clear where the funds come from. Apparently, some kind of subsidies and borrowings are being given. In general, a very opaque pension scheme.

In general, I want to say that raising the retirement age in the Russian Federation is one of the new manifestations of the genocide of the authorities against the people. Few will live to this age. After all, along with raising the retirement age, we continue the policy of destroying people by “soft” and “invisible” means. One of them is the food genocide. We have no products as such. And talking about successful import substitution is a bluff. In fact, if we remove all the toxic additives, we have only 50% food security. Obviously, even if the current threshold of the retirement age had been preserved, then in this case, many would not have lived up to it. And what can we say about its increase!

And there is one more thing - false statements about the fact that, they say, people will work. Where will they work? There is an unspoken directive not to hire people over the age of 50. We already have hidden unemployment in tens of millions of people. In our country, almost half of those who are in a mature working age imitate some kind of work. In fact, there is no work. For those who crossed the threshold of the 50th anniversary, the situation is generally catastrophic.

Therefore, I can harshly assess the government's decision as another manifestation of genocide.

Now there is a frenzy called the "World Cup". Gigantic sums of money were thrown into the preparation of this championship. This is another manifestation of the insanity of our government, which swelled billions in the championship - not even rubles, but dollars. Thus, you can cut budget money. This is a very serious problem. If this money were to be used for retirement benefits, it would probably not be necessary to raise the retirement age now.

People always turn to me: here you are, they say, Valentin Yuryevich, an economist. Yes, we have not had an economy in our country for a quarter of a century. Economy is house-building, and we have house-building going on. In fact, no one is involved in the economy, the economy is broken into separate bricks. And these bricks are for sale. And this is called "market economy". In fact, the country is being sold off and these hundreds of billions of the so-called sovereign reserve fund are farmed out. This is, in fact, money that has been stolen, including from our retirees. And this money was sent overseas, which is interest-free and indefinite lending to our geopolitical enemy.

I'm not even talking about the fact that there are hundreds of billions in offshore - and, according to my estimates, $ 3 trillion. This is also stolen money. But the authorities are keeping mum about this side of the issue. Instead of blocking further capital outflows, they are carrying out such pension reforms.

And if the authorities now adopted a law or at least a presidential decree on the introduction of a ban on the cross-border movement of capital, we would save billions every day. According to my estimates, we have a net outflow of $ 100 billion per year. By net outflow, I mean not only the outflow of private investment, but also under the guise of official dividends, huge funds are exported from the country. Plus, an increase in gold and foreign exchange reserves is also a kind of export of capital. Moreover, the export of capital, which does not give us any income. Moreover, we can lose these assets in the form of gold and foreign exchange reserves at any time. Because at any time, sanctions may be announced to freeze or even seize these assets.

So everything is extremely simple and extremely arrogant and cynical. Instead of solving fundamental key issues, they save on pensioners.

The murmur goes on. I cannot say when quantity will turn into quality. But something will happen. After all, no one could imagine a scenario of events a century ago: the February Revolution, the October Revolution, the Civil War, the intervention. And now something like that is brewing, some kind of thunderstorm. Hopefully, the air will clear up after a thunderstorm.
