The average human brain generates about 60 thousand thoughts per day. Yes, it generates, produces, gives birth, creates again, but about 70% of the thoughts will be the same as yesterday, i.e. the same ones that were generated yesterday.
What's the focus? On autopilot. The brain remembered yesterday's program, and today played it 70% of the day. Even if today you have a great promise to change your life for the better, and yesterday you were moping all day, then, unfortunately, today you will still mope to a greater extent, by 70%.
But, continuing to think about the good today, tomorrow you will be moping by 50%. So the day is not far off when the brain will automatically generate a feeling of happiness. And to do this, you need to start programming it right now, the first two facts will easily help with this. The first is to learn how to imagine a good day even on a bad day. The second is to see the good even in a bad day.
And now for an example. You were having a bad day, and on top of that, you got caught in the rain and got your feet wet. We returned home, put the shoes on to dry, and our feet got steamy. You can go into a dull tailspin and start feeling sorry for yourself and lamenting. Can. But tomorrow there will be a new day and it will be much better, but your brain will give out almost today's program of bad luck and happiness will be canceled.

The second fact is that you see in everything the confirmation of infidelity, even when it is not a priori, because you see what you want to see. You find a double meaning in words, find fault with films, songs, project other people's infidelities onto your half (all women / men are the same), etc.
The third fact is that 70% of the brain works on autopilot, and this autopilot is sure that the other half is cheating or is sure that it is ready to cheat. And tell me, where will such a relationship lead? Then, when there are no reasons for unhappiness, a person created them for himself out of nothing and really became unhappy.
The most important thing is to learn how to train your brain. Train for good thoughts. Force your brain to register positive thoughts. Fill the autopilot with good thoughts (facts one and two). The more often and harder you train your brain, the faster and easier it will be for you. Because then the autopilot will begin to work on your feeling of happiness, and not vice versa.
Your brain needs to be turned off periodically
This does not mean that turning off the brain completely (and this is impossible), all functions aimed at the work of the body will work, and you need to turn off your thoughts. Bad thoughts, of course. How to do this if they keep poking into your head? For this, there are techniques such as prayer, reading affirmations (positive mantras) and many others.
Read the right book, watch the right movie, attend the right seminars and courses, talk to the right people. It is difficult to say what exactly will be correct. Sometimes the right people will be those who will "beat" you with their problems, sometimes those who will show / share their happiness with you, sometimes, those who will not know about your problems, and with them you will feel like an ordinary person.
As a rule, it is the latter, and they are exactly the right ones for you at the moment. Not always grieving for a couple or communicating with those who know about your troubles, but deliberately loudly amuses you is the best option. People tend to feel sorry, but pity will be detrimental here.
Choose the right vacation for yourself, preferably active: skiing, diving, hiking. Do whatever you want, the main thing is that the process absorbs you completely, then it will be difficult for negative thoughts to penetrate into the brain.
The more often you focus on the processes that are physically taking place in your life now, the more effectively your brains will be “cleared”. Start some process right now and you will see how quickly you get out of the tailspin of negative thoughts.
