Quite recently, we were equal to other personalities - the great creators of our earthly history. They worked and tried for us, created, invented, thought and all this in order for the world to improve and have its own prospects for the future. But their appearance and their names are not as well known in our society as we would like, people forget them, the authenticity of history is gradually being replaced by propaganda.

There are many of them, but you can list the most hardworking ones:

N. Tesla (1856-1943) - Serbian scientist working in America since 1884. First of all, Tesla became famous for the invention of the transformer, sometimes it is called more simply - the Tesla coil.

D. Mendeleev (1834-1907) - Russian chemist, founder of the periodic system of chemical elements. He not only studied chemistry, or rather he paid little attention to this science, but we know him precisely by the table he created, because it became a breakthrough in the field of science - chemistry.

G. Galilei (1564-1642) - Italian scientist: astronomer, mechanic, thinker. He is famous for the invention of the telescope and for the fact that he opened the way for scientists to look at the stars.

I. Newton (1642-1727) - to whom the discovery of the Law of Universal Gravity and many more scientific and useful discoveries belongs.

Georg Ohm, Leonardo da Vinci, Michael Faraday, Nicolaus Copernicus - they all contributed to the development of science and society. We know about them from school textbooks, from magazines, from TV, from movies. We must not forget about these people, their achievements have left a deep imprint on the history of mankind.

Or maybe their inventions were given too high status? Maybe they impose on us the opinion that the creations of these scientists helped us to develop in the field of science? Maybe the telescope was invented even before the birth of Galileo, and the one who invented the transformer was not Tesla, but someone else? Maybe universal gravitation was supposed earlier than when Newton did it? It was common for many European scientists to ascribe to themselves other people's inventions, they thought of themselves as the best, since they considered themselves the highest race on the entire planet. Of course, this does not mean that most of the discoveries are appropriated by someone and are plagiarized. But there were other peoples in the world who also comprehended the secrets of being. For example, the Mayans, Aztecs, Incas had a lot of knowledge in the field of science, especially astronomy. Chinese scientists, in parallel with Europe, conducted experiments and made discoveries. But they did not ring the whole world about them, were in no hurry to patent and appropriate only one person in the whole world. After all, many other discoveries lay on the way to one discovery.

The Tunguska phenomenon is often attributed to an experiment associated with N. Tesla, claiming that he tested the means of transmitting electricity without wires. Nowadays there are even rumors that a secret climate weapon is being created according to Tesla's dangerous project. But not infrequently, Tesla himself spread the word about his creations - in order to attract the attention of the press; to heat up the intrigue that originated in society. Tesla was a fan of his craft and died alone and poverty. He was often called obsessed with his own hobby.

What is associated with N. Tesla often becomes a subject for controversy, and not for reasoning. This person has been surrounded by a mystical aura of mystery for decades. His world fame is based on this, but Tesla's creations also deserve attention. Isaac Newton also deserves attention, his discovery was truly the greatest, but Newton only proved the Law of universal gravitation, the first to express this phenomenon was Robert Hooke. The British scientist Hooke did not enjoy authority among historians and among Newton himself, so his achievements are hushed up to this day. The telescope, the authorship of which belongs to G. Galileo, also has early roots, they belong to an unknown young man looking at objects through the lenses assembled together.

If you ask the question: does anyone know the creator of the periodic table of chemical elements, then the name itself will give the answer to the question. Most often, Mendeleev's invention is called by his name (periodic table). His creation is used in all corners of the planet. You won't forget him, even if you want to.

In addition to chemistry, Mendeleev was engaged in a number of other studies: physics, metrology, geology, meteorology. He did not disregard teaching and pedagogy, in this area he had good success. The fate of Mendeleev was not easy: his father died, then his sister died, but finally exacerbated the situation - a fire at a glass factory, completely destroying their means of living. But, despite the mountain of misfortunes that continued to prevail over Mendeleev, he coped with all the hardships and continued to work for the good of his society. He took a chance and left room for other elements in his table - over time, his predictions came true. Dmitry Ivanovich himself said: "Be proud only of what has been done for others." He did not consider himself a genius: "He worked all his life, here is a genius for you."

But there are masters in our world to erase great people from history and put others in their place - less useful to modern society. Their abstract theories have been implanted in the minds of the current generation, although they do not contribute to the prosperous development of mankind in any way. Perhaps, if the theory of the Big Bang or the origin of man from a monkey were not widely promoted by Europe and the United States, then it is unlikely that society would have a great interest in them. I won't argue that the theory of relativity is as relative as its name, but how did it change society? What did you discover in the knowledge of man?

What are inventions, creations, discoveries for? To help, medicine, production, nature; to inspire actions, to bring up the best qualities in a person; to discover the secrets of the universe and find sources of common good. But some discoveries seem too confusing, lacking simple proofs or repulsive numbers and calculations. They have almost no place for images and words, they look dry like a mathematical solution.

If society is imposed on abstract theories or promoted competition, then it will lose interest in life. And therefore, some of the more useful inventions or discoveries were initially soaked or simply destroyed in the bud. But there were people who found the strength to resist an unjust threat, they were not afraid of ridicule and criticism and moved in a given direction.

Of the most modern, the great creator of the past is undoubtedly Sergei Pavlovich Korolev (1907-1966). We have heard a lot about the feat of Yuri Gagarin, but the name of Sergei Pavlovich was generally hidden from the public for many years.

The Soviet scientist, who managed to tear off the spacecraft from gravity, sent both a satellite and a man into space. His ideas, which some people called cosmic fantasies, overcame not only the gravitational forces of the Earth, but also the power of doubts that appear on the way to a dream. Yes, it was the dream laid down from childhood that led Sergei Pavlovich to the greatness of world success. But his dream was not abstract and unattainable, he clearly defined the course of subsequent action. He focused on every detail, every screw and could not stand it when a defect was made in the work.

Even as a child, Sergei was drawn to the sky, he really wanted to fly and in his youth showed an interest in aviation. But due to the opposition of his mother, he had to retreat and abandon his earlier plans. But curiosity in the aviation environment did not fade away, but only grew and penetrated the field of science and technology. During his studies, Sergei managed to work, attend circles, give lectures. Then, advancing in the aircraft industry, he made his first and rather successful glider. On the way to astronautics he was inspired by the works of K. E. Tsiolkovsky, he studied them many times, again and again finding creative ideas in them.

Russian and Soviet thinker V. I. Vernadsky (1863-1945) is also not popular among modern scientists. His seemingly fantastic idea remained written on paper. Perhaps, the person who could study his works and benefit from them for scientific research has not yet been found. And perhaps his idea is simply hushed up by society, so as not to interfere with the expansion of theories that work for capital. Most likely, V. I. Vernadsky is perceived mainly as a philosopher who talks about the impossible. His hypothesis about the transition of the biosphere to the noosphere is more unfounded than not feasible. But Vernadsky made a contribution to biochemistry, published many scientific works. He left a mark on paleontology, geology and other fields of science.

Even less famous, but more important today is the work of A. L. Chizhevsky. A. Chizhevsky (1897-1964) devoted his entire life to the most complex and most important object of our Universe - the Sun. Today the Sun is behaving strangely, it's time to remember the works of Chizhevsky, which went into obscurity in the middle of the last century.

If you go through the achievements of Korolev, then we can say that they were given to him not easily. The life of Sergei Pavlovich turned out to be unpredictable: unjustified indictment, interrogations with the use of brute force, stay in correctional camps and, as a result, early death (at the age of 59).

When his rockets soared upward, envious people appeared who did not put up with his successes. And since Korolev was a rather sensitive person, he had to defend his point of view in the face of constant resistance. It was his boundless striving that helped him to go towards the goal.

The statement that Sergei Pavlovich competed with the American engineer of German origin V. F. Brown, looks kind of ridiculous. Korolev undoubtedly wanted to be the first and became one, but, nevertheless, he primarily served for the good of the fatherland, he himself sometimes complained: “What have I done for my country? What is the use of me? But the benefit from Korolev was great - he laid the foundations of the cosmic epic in the history of the world. He was able to show what not only a Russian person is capable of, but also a person in general. There is no doubt that today you can find a lot of harm from the cosmic achievements of man: huge expenditures of money, littering of near-earth space, damage to the ozone layer. But these are already problems of modern society. The main thing was proved by Korolev: a person is not just a market consumer.

But if all these people contributed to our history, then what is driving the locomotive of the progress of science today?

Remembering the latest achievements of mankind, two come to mind: a spaceship and an atomic bomb. But if the first has already become familiar and even sounds somewhat banal, then the second fidgets on the lips of almost every adult on the planet. But why are weapons of mass destruction so famous? Because all of us today are threatened with an apocalypse - a nuclear catastrophe, and space exploration has mainly been transferred to the computer. We know a lot about atomic weapons, but only in general terms, the essence of the invention is not important to us. In general, we try not to fill our heads with the necessary knowledge. But with this weapon, the Americans incinerated two Japanese cities - Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And those bombs dropped in 1945 may seem like a toy in the nuclear industry. Modern inventions are many times more powerful and effective.

But wouldn't it sound silly to say that the atomic bomb is an achievement? It turns out that the destruction of foreign peoples is world progress. No, this is not an achievement - it is the desire to suppress the well-being in our world. The spaceship is made of noble motives, as an opportunity to know the Universe and prove the enormous abilities of a person. The atomic bomb was created in the name of evil. It is scary to admit that the other side of man has reached its climax in the devilish image of the destroyer.

In modern society, a scientist or a poet is not popular, today even the names of athletes are drawn into political scandals. Nowadays, the propaganda tool is cinema, and recently it was considered art and enlightenment. Television serves as a supplement to the intoxication of society, and Hollywood stars or politicians are popular.

Why then do we need great people? It is natural to create great things; to break forward; to fill our lives with meaning. But they not only served the development of society, they showed people an example - the power of their talent. They were the creators of their creations, because they had their own opinion, their word, their views on the world. They did not use templates or dogmas, they sculpted the original.

But if the scientists of the past centuries completed their great inventions, then the geniuses of the twentieth century handed over their work to us. At first glance, it looks fantastic, and you can argue that they, too, walked in step with progress. We can say that their ideas: either they have completely taken root in the case, or in general, are only theory. But if you think about it, you can decide that these people have slightly succeeded in the development of mankind, they have overtaken progress, breaking away from ordinary society.

Vernadsky's noosphere needs an explanation. Korolev's space awaits interplanetary flights on board with a man. Chizhevsky's solar-terrestrial connections require deep study and analysis. Again, you can refer to the fantastic judgments of the author, but even in the time of Galileo, flight into space looked like madness.

V. Vernadsky thought without bias, in his view the biosphere looked like a living organism. Penetrating into the depths of earthly research, he could unite the living and the dead. It seems like a parallel between two worlds, but rather that everything in the world is interconnected. Then, observing complex processes in the biosphere, we can say that it has a mind.

S. Korolev never stopped there - while inventing one rocket, he already represented another. Many times he tried to land the device on the moon, but never once was he satisfied with his result. His dream was to conquer Mars and send the ship on a longer voyage. These are the future accomplishments that he left to us.

A. Chizhevsky turned out to be very close to solving the solar-terrestrial connections. But ahead of the time of discovery, he lost the support and the necessary theoretical knowledge. Most likely, by studying the Sun today, one can interpret not only its influence on humans and the Earth, but also discover that what people have been looking for for a long time - a source of inexhaustible and cheap energy.

We should be interested in the works of our scientists. Focusing society only on their known achievements or completely hiding them, we are being led in the wrong direction. And sometimes we ourselves delude ourselves, believing that the work of former scientists will be incomprehensible to us.

All these people: V. Vernadsky, A. Chizhevsky, S. Korolev overcame a long way in search of benefits for the good of society. But at the same time, they left the opportunity to continue working, offering to open up new horizons. Can you explain what the noosphere is? Probably. It can be assumed that this is a single thought of the best minds of mankind. And perhaps soon processes will flow in the Earth's biosphere, interacting with processes in the Universe.

Is it possible, finally, to study the connection between the Sun and the Earth in order to understand and explain how the Sun affects the biosphere of our planet? Can. Today, there are the necessary technologies, tools, calculations for this. Although the history of the study of the Sun is not as voluminous as the history of the biosphere, there is information that requires only a sound mind and inquisitive intervention.

Once, in a conversation with his colleagues, Sergei Korolev said: "The universe is waiting for a person." He lived with a perspective on the future and his thoughts penetrated far beyond the orbit of the earth. But the interests of people in the knowledge of the world seemed to have been exhausted and lost their orientation, or everyone was carried away by the universal idea of individuality and enrichment. Or maybe it’s just that we all believe that there is nothing to discover today. Bogged down in luxury and vanity, humanity has ceased to be interested in science, art, space, some have ceased to see beyond their noses, having in their hands communications and a wallet.

The strange thing is that meaningless theories that have no evidence in practice are perceived as valid and proven fact. And the ideas and achievements of modern scientists are forgotten or lie on the shelf.

But the more stupid thing is that the theories of relativity, the origin of man, and the big bang do not bring us any benefit, but to be exalted to the skies increasing the income of not the best people on the planet. And that which can save us from disease, feed the hungry and end wars is suppressed and deleted from life.
