Our legislation, proceeding from the principle of protecting society, provides for punishment only in cases where minors and minors become the object of interest of homosexuals …"

With the arrival of Stalin, the purges begin, society and the party get rid of Jews, homosexuals and other degenerates. On December 17, 1933, a Resolution of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee was published, which became a law on March 7, 1934, according to which "sodomy" again became a criminal offense; this norm was included in the criminal codes of all Soviet republics. During the Stalinist purges on April 24, 1939, when interrogating the People's Commissar Yezhov, it became clear that the person who played an important role in organizing the assassination of Emperor Nicholas II with his family and in the subsequent destruction of corpses was a Jewish homosexual who later became Yezhov's homosexual lover in Kyzyl-Orda; their connection was mutually active. It was Philip Isaevich Goloshchekin, about whom Prince Georgy Evgenievich Lvov testified during his interrogation in July 1920 in Paris, that this man was an absolute Jew; it is also known that the name "Philip" was only the party nickname of Goloshchekin, but in reality his name is Isai Isaekovich or, as the Jews say, Shaya Itsovich-Isakovich. In October of the same 1939, this Jewish homosexual was arrested at the direction of Lavrenty Pavlovich Beria, and two years later he was shot.

There is reason to believe that Goloshchekin was not the only Jewish homosexual among those murderers: it is clear that Jews are not engaged in homosexuality alone.
