The heads of the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) submitted tax returns, which clearly show the far from low or even average standard of living of the heads of this extremely important institution responsible for social policy.

It is known from textbooks on journalism and sociology that, on average, this or that information trend lives, depending on the scale, from several days to several weeks. However, in the past month, the most visible of them had such a powerful social resonance that it is unlikely to fade away in the foreseeable future, if it does not go into the category of eternally sick and constantly exaggerated topics.

We are talking about a government bill to raise the retirement age in Russia, which was announced exactly on the opening day of the World Cup, June 14. And on June 16, the document was submitted to the State Duma.

Against the background of unrelenting discussions of this extremely sharp and controversial step, the trend was further developed in the form of the publication of these declarations of the Pension Fund managers. And this data showed a very high standard of living of the bosses who own luxury real estate, yachts and luxury cars.

Provided guidance

The head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Anton Drozdov, who has been in this position since 2008, earned 3,940,107 rubles in a year. According to the declaration, the manager owns two residential buildings and three land plots. His wife owns Mercedes and Lexus cars. The Drozdov family also owns a 7-room apartment with an area of 225 sq. meters and a summer residence.

Deputy Mr. Drozdov - Nikolay Kozlov - looks like an even better-off person. His income for the year amounted to 9,241,766 rubles, and his wife's "earnings" were even more - 16,357,910 rubles. Kozlov owns three apartments, his wife one more. The Kozlov family, of course, has a dacha with a modest area of 198 sq. meters, however, it is located in Cyprus. The wife of Nikolai Kozlov is also registered with Lexus and Toyota RAV4 cars.

Deputy Head of the Department of Capital Construction and Property Relations of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Mikhail Borodin has the most modest income for the year - 1,091,597 rubles. However, he owns a sea motor yacht Delphia 1350. The vessel is 13 meters long, 4 meters wide, and thus has an area of 52 square meters. meters. The Delphia 1350 yacht costs on average 140 thousand euros, which is equivalent to 10, 3 million rubles.

An extremely well-to-do life, according to his declaration, is led by Pavel Khripunov, head of the Infrastructure Management Department of the PFR Automated Information System. During the year, he earned 18,953,013 rubles, although most, according to the official version, is a loan for an apartment. At the same time, Khripunov is dependent on his unemployed wife, who owns a country house under construction with an area of 310 sq. meters. Khripunov owns a Cadillac car, and his wife owns an Infinity car.

Ilya Eliseev, the head of the PFR Administrative Department, has the most luxurious fleet of all executives. He owns an Infinity QX56 worth about 2.8 million rubles, a Honda GL 1800 motorcycle, which could cost the owner 1.6 million rubles, a Sea-Doo jet ski worth 1.5 to 2.5 million rubles. Eliseev's wife owns a Mercedes C-200 car, which costs about 2.8 million rubles. Eliseev's income for 2017 amounted to 2,603,226 rubles.

Among other declarations, at least two more stand out. The head of the PFR department for organizing purchases, Alexei Stepin, has an income of 2 million rubles, but owns a Porsche Cayenne car.

lava of the PFR department in the Tver region Evgeny Shamakin earned 2.558 million rubles in 2017. The manager owns two apartments and half a share in another apartment, as well as a garage, a land plot of 15 acres and a Toyota Land Cruiser. During the year, Shamakin increased his income by 470 thousand rubles.

Not lagging behind the chief and his deputies. So, in 2016, three deputies of the Tver head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation earned 1 - 1.4 million rubles, in 2017 a fourth was added to the three deputies, and the total income of employees increased to more than 5 million rubles.

FIU as a different reality?

The total income of 186 employees of the Pension Fund, which, according to First Deputy Prime Minister Anton Siluanov, has a deficit of 1 trillion rubles, amounted to 506 million rubles. PFR employees, therefore, earned 32 million rubles more in 2017 than a year earlier.

The media report that FIU employees often fly on business trips. At the same time, representatives of the fund use business class and buy tickets no cheaper than 100-200 thousand rubles. In the geography of flights, for example, Geneva or Paris are often featured. According to the official version, representatives of the FIU fly there to exchange experience with their foreign counterparts. In 2017, employees of the Pension Fund spent 27 million rubles on business trips, which even attracted the attention of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).

Apart from declarations, there are a lot of details about the far from poor life of the FIU employees. For example, the FIU in the status of an institution subscribes "magazines for the wealthy" - Forbes, Esquire and RWAY. Real Estate Bulletin. The cost of an annual subscription to these and other magazines for the Pension Fund of Russia is 4.3 million rubles.

Most likely, it will be completely superfluous to talk about the difference that exists between the income of employees of any ordinary budgetary institutions and the Pension Fund. The more surprising is the difference between the currently paid average pension in the amount of 14 thousand rubles and the earnings of representatives of the fund.

We will not deny that a number of major managers of the Pension Fund were or are now entrepreneurs. What is partly due to the property they have accumulated and the income they receive. Even if the manager does not personally manage his own business, he can still receive dividends.

However, it is worth paying attention to the fact that this whole "feast" really takes place during the "plague" - the Pension Fund is empty, has a trillion dollar deficit, and it is getting more and more difficult to fill. Anton Siluanov, one of the main initiators of the new pension reform, has already announced this several times, who does not deny the fund's problems, the absence of a self-sufficient pension system in Russia, and so on.

Experts and economists have repeatedly said that raising the retirement age can lead, among other things, to an increase in poverty in Russia. And this growth, oddly enough, can occur against the background of an increase in the incomes of those people who will implement this reform.
