A wave of indignation among Internet users was caused by the recently published data of Rosstat on the average monthly nominal salary in Russia. Rosstat says that the salary of Russians increased in April by 10, 4 and now amounts to 43 550 rubles.

The head of the Ministry of Labor Maxim Topolin also reported on the record growth of real wages (10.5%) in January-February.

However, according to Internet users, all this is “a blatant lie! The average salary of a production worker is 15,000 rubles. The middle-level official - 45,000, the top one - 1.5 million. In fact, this is the media's propaganda of the government's lies."

However, even then Topolin had the audacity to say that the incomes of Russians would increase. Even then, Topolin's antisocial decisions were explained by the fact that the minister did not keep anything in the country, he had two households in Bulgaria, and in 2016 his wife was one of the 10 richest wives in the Kremlin and the White House. In addition, it was Topolin who lobbied for the law on parasitism. Let me remind you that according to this law, medicine for the unemployed must be completely paid. In addition, the unemployed had to pay tax - at least 20 thousand rubles a year.

January 2018. Topilin was accused of covering up the lawlessness in the All-Russian Society of the Blind. And he did it well, despite repeated complaints from the disabled themselves to Putin. It is clear that the case concerned money that disappeared in an unknown direction. And Topilin himself received not small sums for services. And all this got away with our minister.

But how did it happen that Topolin became a minister?

Everything is very simple. The foundation was laid back in mid-2008. Then Topolin was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Health by a personal decree of Putin. And the minister of the department was Golikova. It was thanks to Topilin that she successfully implemented her very dubious projects.

So it turns out that Topolina lobbied Golikov. Why? They say that they studied together at the same university and they had a very warm relationship. Whether it's true or not, I don't know. It is clear that such a person is unlikely to deserve a place in the government, but this is in moral terms. And although, at the beginning of the year, many confidently declared that the path to the government for Golikova and Topolin was closed because of the scandal with the society of the blind, today we see these faces there. That is why we will ask ourselves the question for a long time: "Show us this Russia, where are such salaries ?!" But!

I don’t know how in other regions, but in the Rostov region, in a mine, I get 18-20,000 a month. At the moment, there is practically no production due to the policy of the management of the company and the administration itself, earnings have dropped to 16,000 per month. And this is work in very difficult conditions with a lack of oxygen and high pressure, every working day is a battle, such are the conditions and we work for low wages.
