First of all, they will check the mansions of immigrants from Russia, the countries of Central Asia, China and the Arab states. The inspectors will have questions about any real estate of foreigners worth more than 30 thousand pounds.

By the way, today more than 7% of real estate in London belongs to foreign citizens. Most of it is concentrated in the central part of the city, where mansions are indecently expensive. For example, Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich bought the famous four-story Lindsey House in central London a few years ago, which cost $ 150 million.
