The electoral rolls of the 1950 elections already included persons born from 1928 to March 1932.

Destroyed on the basis of ethnicity or for being in the ranks of the resistance, 5. Exported forcibly for labor in Germany.

Due to the lack of official data, on these points, on the last three points, it is possible to apply a comparative method according to official data, in Belarus the total losses - 800,000 people, exported to Germany - 300,000 people.

In Ukraine, the total losses of both the Ukrainian SSR and the annexed territories: killed on a national basis and in the ranks of the resistance - 2,500,000 people, loss from difficult living conditions - 1,500,000 people, taken to work in Germany - 3 million people …

So the total losses in each of the two republics are over 12%, but we take 10% and by 1946 the population in the annexed territories was 17,813,070 people, of which 30% are people under 18 years old, this is 5,343,921 people, the number of persons eligible to vote is 12,469,149.

To find out the increase in this population by 1950 and by 1954. Here are the official data on the birth rate per 1000 people, by year:

During this period of time, there is no decline in births or deaths, since any decline would automatically cause a double surge, in other years, which is unlikely meticulous statisticians or journalists would have overlooked. So the myth of the "Holodomor" does not correspond to historical realities !!!
