The Joint Public Salvation (SOS) of the Slavic Peoples is called upon to form the idea of a socio-political structure that guarantees the sufficiency of conditions for the Spiritual evolution of mankind. The condition for this is the reunification of a single Slavic (Russian-Ukrainian-Belarusian) people, which will become a catalyst for spiritual awakening, the forerunner of the formation of a single State, a qualitatively renewed cultural formation that can become an example of life for other peoples, a center of gravity on the world stage, a condition for salvation from destruction planet Earth and humanity - as a biological species.

The SOS of Slavic Peoples is developed from the objective fact that the representatives of the biological species "Homo sapiens" living on Earth belong to four different species, which, in turn, within these species are subdivided into varnas (castes) depending on the Spiritual experience - the structure of the psyche, which forms information -algorithmic human behavior.

The state of general despondency and ruin (a global crisis of Western civilization) was brought about by another turmoil, which is a consequence of the falling away from the Almighty of the Slavic peoples, who voluntarily renounced their mission - the mission of the creature people, the foundation of God on Earth. A United Power is an opportunity for everyone - to be realized in a single family of peoples in accordance with his level of spiritual development, abilities for self-organization, self-development with a feasible contribution to the common, responsibility to his neighbor, the people, guided by peace:.

The peoples of the State are the main asset. The stimulation of the birth rate and the revival of the institution of the family is the guardianship of the state level, since it is the main value and the most important factor in the preservation and development of the state.

Serving the Fatherland is an honorable duty and privilege - each in his place, each to the best of his ability.

Unconditional priority of the national legal system over international law.

Elimination of crime. Refusal from the moratorium on the death penalty for the most serious crimes: treason to the Motherland, crimes against children, the spread of drugs, terrorism, corruption, sodomy.

In the foreign policy sphere, the emergence of a new strong Slavic Power with high international status and corresponding unique economic attractiveness will determine its dominant role and the possibility of forming international rules on the world stage, both in the military-political and financial spheres.

Social justice rests on a reasonable living according to conscience and in harmony with Nature, the formation of a threshold of necessary consumption sufficient for life without parasitic excesses. The condition of social justice is to keep, - to limit the wealth of those who have no more than five times the income level of persons with minimum incomes.

The socio-economic benefits of restoring the unity of the Slavic people will become a powerful source of improving the welfare of the population. All citizens of a single State, using their knowledge and skills, will be able to receive a high-quality education, purchase housing, receive decent income, and will have a standard of living determined by the necessary necessities of life. The minimum bar for the share of the middle class in the general structure of the population will be set at no less than 85 percent.

This requires:

· To ensure the unity of social norms governing pension provision, in which the amount of pensions would exceed the subsistence minimum;

· To provide sufficient medical and social support to citizens for temporary disability, childbirth, unemployment and retraining;

· To create a unified system of ensuring the quality of drinking water and food products;

· Carry out a reform that improves the quality of communal systems using new energy sources of domestic production;

· To expand the volume of housing construction, to resolve the demand for providing the population with high-quality housing, taking into account the necessary mobility of labor resources;

· To form a unified educational space, to move to unified educational norms;

· To create conditions for the all-round development of national cultures of the peoples living in the territory of the State, in the range of conciliar Russian culture;

· Create a single information space, accessible to everyone as they need it;

· Observe religious tolerance for religious activities.

Now the fragmented and colonized Slavic states in the structure of the world economy are largely specialized in the supply of raw materials and labor, which are required by the parasitic core of the world industrial system to increase unrestrained consumption. All this, undoubtedly, contradicts both the interests of each of the Slavic states and their ideas about justice, since it "works" only for their even greater dependence on the US and the EU.

Restoring financial independence. The current situation in the world economy has created good preconditions for a new regional reserve currency to enter the world financial market. These chances can be used by the currency of the United Power, which in general will be self-sufficient, and therefore potentially claiming the leading role of the world financial market, including in the status of an international financial center. The transition to a single monetary unit is the most important condition for all other binding processes, since economic life is the Caucasus and the customer for the legal system of the State, its institutional and other internal organizing systems, which together will allow to eliminate the consequences of the forced deindustrialization of recent years and revive the national industry in the shortest possible time.

The exclusive right of the State to dispose of natural resources. Sale of resources and manufactured products in the foreign and domestic markets for the national currency. Due to the addition of economic potentials, the expansion of the capacity of the united internal market, the development of cooperation, the use of the advantages of the division of labor, the implementation of a coordinated policy in the markets of third countries, a consistent increase in the total gross national product will be ensured.
