In his report titled “Reincarnation Studies by Three Independent Authors,” published in 1994 by the journal of the American Society for Psychical Research, the expert writes: “In 80% of cases, it was possible to identify a deceased person whose biography matched the child's memories. Of these, in 51% of cases this person was not familiar to the child's family, in 33% it was a family acquaintance, in 16% - a relative. Out of 123 cases, only one looks like an obvious invention or self-hypnosis."

So, Engin Sungur was born in December 1980 in the Turkish city of Antakya. Once in childhood, driving with his parents past the village of Khankagiz, the boy suddenly told them that he used to live there and then his name was Naif Tsicek. Shortly before his death, he traveled to Ankara, the boy added.
