There have always been, are and will be talented inventors, especially in Russia. But are their inventions really needed by society? Or is there someone who artificially limits and directs the technological development of civilization? Using the example of the inventor Anatoly Pavlovich Budyonny, we will show how such outstanding personalities are controlled.

Anatoly Pavlovich Budyonny, born in 1938, graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1963, published 25 scientific papers and inventions even before graduation. In 1970 he defended his thesis of candidate of technical sciences. All patents in his name, inventions, are in the public domain on the Internet.

In 1967 he invented, manufactured and tested a processor with 50 million operations per second, the fastest processor in the world at the time.

When Budyonny showed his processor at the Institute's Technical Council, the first thing they asked was: "What foreign analogs are there?" He proudly declared: "There are no analogues!" He was sent to the 1st department, where he was given to read (under the signature of non-disclosure) a closed order of the Minister of the radio-electronic industry Shokin, the essence of which is "not to accept for consideration projects that have no foreign analogues." Immediately after this, the inventor is imprisoned on a far-fetched case.

How the entire electronic industry of the Soviet Union was artificially slowed down is described in detail in the article on the Kramol portal "Soviet computer technology. The history of take-off and oblivion."

Anatoly Pavlovich himself, as a very perceptive person, of course, guesses that his fate, his breakthrough, so-called "closing" technologies were very unsuitable for someone. And this someone acted very actively: all Budyonny's correspondence was opened, criminal cases were organized (he went through six prisons, was in cells with criminals, sat in Matrosskaya Tishina), endless difficulties with work were created.

Anatoly Pavlovich, having a fair sense of humor, called these forces that kept him under the hood, "Keepers of Failed Realities", meaning that if events in the future, as a result of the use of his inventions, will not go in the direction that someone needs, such options were suppressed by them in the bud. Of course, everything can be blamed on the special services, but is it just them?

It is worth overlooking how in some Paraguay a "cold" thermonuclear fusion plant will start working, a synthetic blood substitute will be invented in Russia, or, as with Morty, they will start treating cancer with a Navajo shaman conspiracy. And where, in this case, to put all the energy or the health care business? How to explain to millions of unemployed that because of the invention of the "eternal light bulb", and one new-born Leonardo took and made in the garage, how to explain to those who are accustomed to idle eight hours a day at the hated machine tool that his services are no longer needed. This means that you will not have a big mac and football on a color TV screen. Why then live? The mob never asks such a question. And it’s better that you never think about it.

Oleg Markeev, "Lethal Exodus", fragment

Here is a letter Anatoly Pavlovich Budyonny once wrote to Russian President Vladimir Putin:

Dear Citizen President!

Let me remind you that the production of any traditional product in Russia is unprofitable even with equal labor productivity due to geographical features. Only innovative production can be profitable if the prime cost is no more than half the market price.

In 1990-1991, I made such inventions, and welding machines became 3-5 times lighter. But a rare chance for Russia was missed. And so from Southeast Asia there were 12-14 kg change-overs, "tracing papers" from my devices. In the Polytechnic Museum my apparatus is 6, 5 kg (if it has not been stolen yet).

Now I have invented "quasi-constants", which again give a chance of cost price 1/3 of the constants. I contact manufacturing plants, but time after time they turn out to be "raiders" whose purpose is not to make money at all, but to destroy the enterprise. They are not independent, their owners are hiding behind them.

Now I have an idea that it is possible to reduce the weight of the "quasi-constants" by half. It is not obvious, and therefore it would be an invention. If it will be. And if there is an inventor himself.

How can this be done in real life, if I am a bum, Moscow officials have stolen my apartment, it is impossible for me to fight them. The bum has no address and no connection. How can an invention be realized?"

The common people are taught that as soon as a breakthrough technology is invented, it immediately gets commercial development and reaches the consumer. However, the present inventions, which relate to so-called closure technologies, are tracked and slowed down.

This maintains the established order of things under the pretext of protecting against unemployment and the collapse of the global industrial and technological chain. And the majority of the population continues to work slavishly for a small elite, foul the planet, burning expensive oil in technologically outdated internal combustion engines.
