Indeed, in the past one and a half to two years, the agency has united the efforts of scientists - opponents of the Kyoto Protocol (KP) and its continuation - the Paris Agreement (PC). Round tables, meetings, conferences were held, articles and videos were published … The author of this message also took an active role in these events, moreover, I spoke about "anthropogenic global warming" from the most extreme positions - its complete denial. Although a significant part of the researchers who participated in the discussion of this issue in IA REGNUM, recognizes its possibility, but opposes anti-Russian discriminatory actions "within" the above international agreements. At the same time, none of us denies the greenhouse effect on planet Earth.

The author had to come to grips with the issue of the greenhouse effect and the participation of various gases in it in 2000, when he was invited to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation to participate in the preparation of materials for the report of Minister B. A. Yatskevich at a meeting of the Russian government dedicated to the issue of climate change. This report was heard and approved by the government on December 29, 2000.

The study of a large number of materials and data on the role of various atmospheric gases in the planetary greenhouse effect led to the following figures: water vapor - 80%; carbon dioxide - 10%; IGAS (small gas constituents of the atmosphere) - methane, ozone, freons, etc. - 10%.

Note that at that time the dominant role of water vapor in the planetary heat balance was modestly hushed up … Anthropogenic carbon dioxide was declared to be the main culprit of climate change, and climate change itself was diagnosed as unidirectional anthropogenic global warming. Actually, the Kyoto Protocol, signed in 1997, was dedicated to the fight against it. Its goal was proclaimed to reduce the greenhouse effect by reducing CO emissions.₂member countries by 5% from the 1990 level.

Imagine this picture: your car is stuck in a mud puddle 15 meters long. Wise consultants suggest that you take off your expensive fur coat and throw it in the mud under the rear wheel so that the car can move 5 millimeters. I am afraid that such consultants would have to undergo a long treatment. First from injuries sustained from the driver's mount, and then in a psychiatric hospital from an underlying illness. However, in our sad reality, the authors of such advice receive Nobel Prizes (see Vladimir Gubailovsky. "The Nobel Peace Prize was awarded for the fight against global warming").

World Political Game "Global Warming"

In the United States, over the past 24 years, four presidents have changed in the United States, three of them are the predecessors of the current President Donald Trump, who ruled for 8 years. Every 8 years, the party representation of the US supreme power changed, and with it its attitude to the Kyoto Protocol, that is, to "global warming", also changed.

The Kyoto Protocol was signed in December 1997 when Democrat Bill Clinton was the President of the United States. In 2001, he was replaced by Republican George W. Bush. One of his first statements was the rejection of the Kyoto Protocol, as contrary to the interests of the United States and lacking scientific justification. America's ignorance of the CP lasted 8 years. Democrat Barack Obama, who replaced George W. Bush as President of the United States, became a supporter of the Kyoto Protocol. In the very first year of his rule, he was extremely active in the Copenhagen summit on climate change, essentially threatening the leaders of the participating countries that did not want to prolong the Kyoto Protocol. At the end of his reign, supporters managed to organize the signing of the Paris Agreement. And now the Republicans are in power again. During the election campaign, Donald Trump declared that global warming was “an invention and intrigues of the Chinese” … Over the past few days, his position has changed dramatically, but obviously not under the influence of scientific arguments.

This means that the scientific essence of the issue of climate change is not of interest to the world's largest economy. It is clear from this that the Republicans, backed by oil companies and industry, were unwilling to shoulder the burden of climate agreements and restrictions.

The Democrats are backed by the banking sector, that is, world finance. There are no problems with money, and they will not have to pay, they are preparing themselves to collect the world's contributions for the "smoke". They are waiting for money and are trying to use the problem of climate change to control the world energy, since CO₂is an indicator of the power supply of states. In the United States, they are opposed by the Rockefeller clan, but in Europe they are supported by the Rothschild clan. On both front lines, the forces are impressive, so the fight is going on with varying success. A revenge for the complete defeat at the Copenhagen meeting (see Alexander Artemiev, Andrey Kovalevsky. "The Copenhagen summit ended in failure") for the "globalists" was the 2015 Paris Agreement. Characteristically, in Russia, his ardent supporters were A. B. Chubaisliving off the squandering of the budget (Adleiba Nikita. “The Accounts Chamber found only losses instead of innovations from Rusnano”), as well as the banker G. O. Gref. The opponent of the PS was the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. A complete analogy (or rather a projection) with the balance of power in the United States.

Thanks to the active position of the opponents of the PS in Russia, its ratification was postponed until 2020. It remains to be hoped that in the remaining time the country's leadership will understand the danger of the game called "Global Warming". Russia is the only country in the world where a significant part of the population lives in high latitudes. Someday we will wait for an order to liquidate Russian cities on the Arctic coast. They will impose such fines on heating Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Vorkuta, Tiksi, Norilsk, Pevek and Anadyr that it will be cheaper to leave them than to heat and illuminate them in the polar night.

Discussion of the problem of climate change in Russia

So, the opinion of the relevant ministry was expressed at a government meeting on December 29, 2000 and was generally supported by the government. In the same report, in the preparation of which I had to take an active part, Minister B. A. Yatskevich proposed revising the Montreal (on preventing the destruction of the ozone layer) and Kyoto (on combating climate change) protocols as having no scientific justification, but the Kasyanov government did not dare to take such a step.

In 2004, the academic community addressed the issue of climate change. The basis for the conclusion of the RAS on the problem of the Kyoto Protocol was the four-month work of the council-seminar organized under the President of the RAS on the initiative of V. V. Putin. The conclusion of the RAS scientists was adopted at the meeting of the council-seminar on May 14, 2004 and was officially called "The judgment of the council-seminar of the RAS on possible anthropogenic climate change and the problem of the Kyoto Protocol." On May 18, 2004, the results of the seminar were summed up by the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yu. S. Osipov. In about formal negative opinion on the advisability of ratification Of the Kyoto Protocol by Russia, it was noted that there was no scientific justification for it. The opinion was sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Minister of Industry and Energy VB Khristenko (see "The Russian Academy of Sciences believes that the Kyoto Protocol is not in Russia's interests").

On December 15, 2009, on the eve of the opening of the Copenhagen Summit, in the building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry A. Medvedev met with scientists from the Russian Academy of Sciences (see "Meeting of the President of the Russian Federation with scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences"). One of the main topics of discussion was also the topic of climate change:

Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Nikolai Laverov and Director of the Institute of Global Climate and ecology of Roshydromet and RAS Yuri Izrael briefly described what research is going on in the field of climate and advised the president not to succumb to the general panic that has now been created in the West around this topic. “We must take a balanced position! Do not take on hard-to-fulfill obligations to reduce industrial emissions, - said RAS President Yuri Osipov … - But the transition to modern machinery that reduces fuel consumption would significantly change the situation.

“So now interest in this issue has warmed up, and in all this I already feel the taste of money. Otherwise, they would not have been doing it so zealously, - noted Dmitry Medvedev. And since this is so, it means that we are dealing with big politics, and with big money, and at the same time - with a threat to which we will need to respond all together."

Presidential doubts about Nikolay Laverov also supported the "drama" of global warming … He actually called on the president at the Copenhagen summit to "weigh the position" and not take "heavy obligations" on the country, except for those that would be useful for the country's development. "Overestimation of negative consequences is the commercialization of problems," said Nikolai Laverov. "Problems with the destruction of the ozone layer by refrigerants were discussed, but we proved that this is not so."

I can only add to what has been said that NP Laverov's remark on the ozone layer in the last sentence of the selected text refers to my “hydrogen concept” (see “25 years of the hydrogen theory of the origin of“ozone holes”), which he knew well and supported. So, thanks to his personal decision, my topic was included in the State program "Global changes in the natural environment and climate", the initiator and scientific leader of which he was.

Methodological errors of modern climatology in the study of atmospheric processes

A disastrous situation has developed in modern meteorology - atmospheric processes are studied on the basis of knowledge about the processes taking place in the atmosphere itself. It is difficult for us to imagine a dermatologist who deduces all skin problems only from his knowledge of the structure of the skin, and this doctor does not even suspect about the presence of internal organs in the human body - liver, stomach, kidneys and their effect on the skin condition. However, modern meteorologists absolutely do not need knowledge about the planet as a whole and about its internal spheres. Although the mass of the atmosphere is one millionth of the mass of the entire planet, and it was formed as a result of a geological process - degassing of the liquid core of the Earth.

Figuratively speaking, the Earth's core is the mother's womb of the atmosphere. The process of deep degassing, which formed it, continues to this day. Without considering it, it is impossible to understand the life of the atmosphere.

The main environmental problems of our time - the destruction of the ozone layer and climate change - are associated with a change in the chemical composition of the atmosphere, that is, we are talking about chemical processes on a planetary scale. The study of such processes is carried out by a special science of the geological cycle - geochemistry, however, for some reason, only the results of laboratory chemists studying the processes "in a test tube" are based on the basis of international agreements. A tragic mistake. Planetary chemistry must be dealt with by geochemists, which they have been doing for many years.

So, back in 1934, the great Russian scientist-geochemist and founder of the science of biogeochemistry V. I. Vernadsky wrote (see Vernadsky V. I.₂ in the modern atmosphere is extremely low, and does not correspond to the absorption capacity of the biosphere. In other words, the biota is starving. And in the Cretaceous time, about 70 million years ago, the content of CO₂ in the atmosphere reached 0.5%, that is, it was 17 times higher than modern and life on the planet flourished. Therefore, the current content of CO₂ in the atmosphere (0.03%) is a geochemical anomaly that is detrimental to the biosphere in general and to humans in particular.

The main cause of human mortality is cardiovascular diseases, in our time it can be directly related to a lack of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and therefore in human blood, which leads to vascular diseases (see Agadzhanyan N. A., Krasnikov N. P.., Polunin IN "The physiological role of carbon dioxide and human performance." Moscow - Astrakhan - Nalchik: Publishing house AGMA, 1995. 188 p.).

Is global warming possible?

Historical geology gives an unambiguous answer - no doubt! Over the billions of years of its existence, the climate of our planet, including the last hundreds of millions, tens of millions, millions of years, has repeatedly changed. Epochs of glaciations set in, which were replaced by subtropical conditions in the middle latitudes. Moreover, the planet experienced sharp climatic changes at the historical stage of its existence, that is, on a human scale of time.

Has our planet been experiencing climatic changes in recent years? The answer is unequivocal - yes, it does. However, they are expressed not in a unidirectional warming of technogenic nature, but in an increase in the contrast of synoptic processes and weather anomalies in the continental parts of the planet. An abnormally hot month is replaced by an abnormally cold, abnormally dry - abnormally humid, and the aforementioned contrast alternates in time and space.

Such anomalous weather is convincingly described by the ozone algorithm, which was proposed by the author back in 2001 and substantiated in detail in dozens of publications of the special quarterly column "Climate Control" in the journal "Space and Time", where official information on weather anomalies is compared with maps of ozone anomalies of the World Center ozone in Canada, as well as in a number of publications on the IA REGNUM website (see Vladimir Syvorotkin. "Ozone against carbon dioxide").

Ozone weather anomaly algorithm

Since the late 70s of the last century, the total ozone content (TO) in the atmosphere has experienced sharp fluctuations under the influence of geological processes. Emissions of ozone-depleting hydrogen gas from the bowels leads to a local decrease in the TO, fluctuations of the geomagnetic field - to a local increase in the TO. Under positive TO anomalies, the surface air layers cool down, under negative ones they heat up by several degrees. With this heating, the pressure drops, and nearby anticyclones can shift to the area of TOC deficit. If they come from the south, they bring abnormal heat (in the Northern Hemisphere). If - from the north, then - abnormal cold. The zone of contact of TOC anomalies of different signs is the arena for the development of dangerous meteorological phenomena (AMP) - heavy rainfall, freezing rains, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, avalanches, etc.

Oblivion of the Vienna Convention (VC) for the Protection of the Ozone Layer

The Vienna Framework Convention was adopted on March 22, 1985. At present, it is signed by 197 states and is still valid, but completely forgotten, or rather ignored. Let us recall its main provisions (see International and Russian legislation in the field of ozone layer protection):

So, VC points to two major problems arising from the destruction of the ozone layer - an increase in the flux of biologically active ultraviolet radiation, which threatens life on the planet, and the effect of TOC changes on the weather and climate. In the Kyoto Climate Change Punch, you will not find a line or letter that speaks of this issue. But the Vienna Convention is a valid agreement, and the program of scientific research, spelled out in it, is binding on 197 signatory countries, that is, all UN member states.

The results of my modest efforts show convincingly that the truth about the causes of climate change is on this path. But it turns out that modern climatologists do not need this truth. There is no need to go far to prove this statement. Let's remember the Paris meeting on climate, it was held relatively recently from November 30 to December 12, 2015 in the suburbs of Paris. It was attended by 195 delegations from countries participating in the UN Framework Convention on Climate, a total of about 4,000 people. It should be assumed that these thousands included the best climatologists and meteorologists of the planet. During the days of the conference, abnormally warm weather was established in Europe, which for many participants in the PS served as direct evidence of anthropogenic warming. The fact that at the same time and here the ozone layer was severely destroyed (see Fig. 1), the best climatologists of the planet did not notice, in any case, it never occurred to anyone to associate the weather anomaly with the state of the ozonosphere.

That unambiguously proves their (climatologists) professional unsuitability or (more likely, but worse) engagement. The foregoing allowed us to draw the conclusion made in the title of this text.
