No one then could have imagined what catastrophic consequences would inevitably entail the inclusion of two fundamentally new provisions in the basic law of a state defeated in the Cold War: Article 13, Clause 2 and Article 15, Clause 4. Only two articles of the American version of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: the refusal of the Russian state to protect its traditional values (ideology) and the recognition of the priority of international law over domestic law, today allowed the outside to launch a mechanism of guaranteed self-destruction of our millennial state.

The winner always dictates his own laws to the loser. The 1993 coup d'etat in Moscow was no exception to this rule. Under the terms of the surrender, a classic raw material colony was to appear on the site of the second industrially developed country in the world. Hitler, having shed a sea of blood, was unable to achieve this strategic goal. It was an external enemy. But what the external enemy could not achieve, the internal one achieved in just twenty years. Yeltsin and Co., with the support of the American "fifth column", were able to destroy not only the USSR, but also the entire competitive domestic industry, in practice, de-industrializing Russia.

But has the millennial civilization code of Russia changed at the same time? Has the faith, morality and cultural orientations of the majority of the people, the fundamental foundations of our entire existence changed? No, they haven't changed. Moreover, our people for the most part did not accept the "reforms" imposed from the outside, perceiving everything that was happening as a deliberate destruction of the country, outright robbery and illegal seizure of the national property by criminals and compradors.

But why the Americans undertook to rewrite our laws as well, it became clear only now. It was not at all about building a democratic free Russia that their advisers were concerned about then. The United States pursued a more ambitious goal than destroying the material foundations of the national economy and ousting its main industrial competitor from world markets.

Their main goal was to get a guarantee that Russia could never be reborn. To this end, a mechanism of guaranteed self-destruction of Russia as a civilized multinational state, which was controlled from the outside, was built into the Russian state machine in advance, ensuring the destruction of the fundamental humanitarian foundations of our entire existence. This time bomb should have been triggered in the event of a weakening of the United States or any serious problems for the Americans, in order to exclude any potential possibility of revenge on our part. And such a moment, it seems, is now coming. The second "Great Depression" is not far off, which inevitably entails a global redistribution of the world.

The specificity of the world redistribution and of the wars of the 21st century themselves lies in the art of waging a war with someone else's hands. Today, global transformation strategists are simultaneously using two forms of forceful impact on resource-rich countries: external and internal. At the same time, the "internal" unrest is designed to destroy the fundamental foundations of society, creating a nutritious protest environment for the supply of "cannon fodder" to Islamist radical networks for the implementation of "external" aggression.

External forceful influence today is carried out in the traditional form of direct military aggression, but without the use of their own armies, with the exception of their intelligence, communications, transport, logistics and management resources, including military instructors. In some cases, as, for example, it was in Libya, the use of bombers and cruise missiles of the Air Force and the Navy from a safe distance.

At the same time, the main stake in an external attack is made on the use of cannon fodder of an ideologically motivated army of international terrorists-Wahhabis (Salafis), formed from the totalitarian sects in Islam historically controlled by the Anglo-Saxons and their networked military structures.

The internal destructive impact is based on the launch of a guaranteed self-destruction mechanism from outside through the purposeful use of the power of state coercion and the institution of law. For this, it is enough to reorient the national legal system and the state's repressive mechanism to destroy traditional spiritual, moral and national cultural values, including the institution of the family. Instead of the primacy of collectivist principles, the principles of individualism must be elevated to the fore. An old truth: it is difficult to break a bunch of twigs, but breaking twig after twig is easy to achieve.

Substitution of domestic law by falsely understood international law is, in fact, a process of replacing it with a special type of domestic colonial law imposed by the victor on the defeated side. The legalized priority of "international law" and the thoughtless borrowing from it of norms and customs alien to our people, while the state refuses to protect its own traditional values (national culture and ideology), allows us to use all the power of the state's repressive apparatus to destroy the very foundations of society. After that, the final destruction of basic traditional values, the institution of the family, motherhood and childhood will, in fact, be carried out by our own hands - by the hands of fooled and disunited compatriots.

Given the special role and capabilities of the national legal system in the destruction and preservation of the country, only trusted and loyal people should have been appointed to supervise it. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the legal and judicial system of the state was left at the mercy of Dmitry Medvedev and his people, as well as the ever-memorable reform of the system of national education and science. In this regard, the statements of Dmitry Medvedev, who, when he was president of the Russian Federation, said that the history of the Russian state is only twenty years old, looks far from accidental and not so harmless today. The predictable failure of his affordable housing program. The list goes on.

I do not think that this statesman is so naive that he sincerely believes in the transmigration of souls or the possibility of changing national self-identification, demonstrating by all his actions the desire of his team to forcibly Europeanize the Russian and other indigenous peoples of Russia. In fact, to make us Germans or Anglo-Saxons so beloved by their hearts …

This is the fundamental difference between Medvedev's position and that of Putin, who in 2007 almost literally included our arguments in his message to the Federal Assembly when he spoke about the essence of the national idea. Then we openly warned the liberals in the Kremlin that for 90 years now both Marxists and liberals have been chopping branches under themselves, trying to impose on our people spiritual, moral and cultural values alien to them, which carries with it unacceptably high risks of destroying our state. But the correct words from the high Kremlin rostrum were never followed by any real deeds.

But after all, it was our country with its entire tragic history after 1917 that helped open and formulate the law of the irreplaceability of social norms, having paid for it with a lot of blood. The law is formulated as follows: A higher-order social norm cannot be replaced by a lower-order norm. In this case, only the whole set of social regulators (1. Religious 2. Moral and moral 3. Culture as a positive experience of ancestors and the institution of the family - language, folklore, education, science, family institution, etc. 4. Law 5. Politics) together with the economic regulator of the lowest, sixth level, in their indissoluble unity, they allow to coordinate and harmonize relations in society.

It is quite obvious that nothing new will come and will not be able to replace the purposefully destroyed ideals, values of an intangible order and centuries-old national traditions. To break is not to build. As it will never be possible to make a German or an Englishman out of a Russian, replace Orthodox ethics with Protestant, and replace the unknowable Russian soul, divine love and Christian morality with naked rational calculation. After all, what is good for a Russian is death for a German. And no one has proven that the opposite is not true. With the British, everything is still worse and neglected.

Unlike these "advanced" carriers of the island ideology, our "backward" men would never have guessed to do to their women what, unfortunately, in practice, the "enlightened" Britons did to them when, in the heat of the fight against witches, they burned everyone at the stake. their beautiful women. But after all, as the classic rightly said, it is beauty that will save the world. Therefore, it is no longer surprising why all subsequent generations of English men gave up on themselves and transferred relations with each other to a rational monetary basis, sincerely considering any local confused a real lady, and an attractive-looking gay man - her full-fledged and full-fledged, as it now turns out, substitute. Having included their own bachelor ideas and principles of behavior in the fundamental law of our country, the Anglo-Saxons, it seems, may soon try to demand from us to repeat their historical "feat" in relation to their better half, in order to then force us to switch to same-sex marriages out of despair. I will make a reservation right away that this will not happen, since our beauties can enter a burning hut, stop a galloping horse, and drown any Briton in an ice-hole. It is not for them, the wretched disenfranchised, to teach us how to love women and bear children.

Seriously speaking, the following is absolutely clear: if the state does not protect its values, including the institution of family, motherhood and childhood, then others will do it (or hypocritically declare what they will do). Moreover, when the state itself begins to destroy the basic values, then all those who disagree will begin to go over to the side of its enemies.

Our geopolitically opponents perfectly understand all this and use it competently. Thus, the inevitable mass protest against the destruction of the very foundations of our existence, caused by the Anglo-Saxon "mine" inherent in the system of Russian domestic law, will create the necessary breeding ground for irreconcilable fighters to fill the network of Wahhabi terrorist organizations spread by the same players.

The external form of military aggression determines the need for constant replenishment of terrorist detachments with cannon fodder. Young fighters are needed for the war. Therefore, the ideologists of totalitarian sects strive to attract, first of all, young people into their ranks. Preferably stubborn, dark and uneducated young men and even adolescents, in working with whom it will be easy to reduce everything to primary human instincts and base passions.

Note that the principle of creating totalitarian extremist sects in different religious denominations is the same and is based on the pride of an immature mind. A trap for young minds is the use by radicals of the same deceptive Protestant proposal to directly cognize the truth through the Koran or the Bible, excluding the influence of all intermediaries (spiritual and moral authorities, the institution of church or monasticism, icons, monuments of material culture and historical traditions, parents and loved ones …). In the same way, today in different countries of the world, the Anglo-Saxons and Israelis are trying to distort and destroy the meaning of basic social norms and regulators, focusing on the destruction of the institution of the family, motherhood and childhood, morality and spirituality. After that, the young man easily becomes the object of ideologically motivated manipulation with direct appeal to his most base instincts.

It is easy to seduce an impatient and intolerant young proud man by instilling in him the illusion of an instant solution to the most complex contradictions with the help of … the physical elimination of dissidents. You don't have to study and work, let alone think. Kill the unbeliever, and all the problems accumulated in society will be resolved by themselves. Here, an alternative stake is placed on the instinct of domination - on the right to force for a person with a low educational qualification. An automaton in his hands gives him the full right to dispose of the life and death of all infidels or their loved ones. And murder and violence, impunity quickly turns a person into a wild beast. The eternal human laziness, unwillingness to study and work, to master a labor specialty by the sweat of their brows contributes a lot to the self-deception of neophytes.

A special role in attracting young people to Islamist radical networks is assigned to the free satisfaction of their sexual needs. The cynical use of the primary reproductive instinct in all its traditional and non-traditional forms and manifestations is carried out under the guise of "religious" fatwas (free sex, pedophilia, sodomy, violence against women and men …). And here the well-known weakness of Islam plays into the hands of it and our enemies.

The Anglo-Saxons' stake on the radical currents of Islam is explained by the varying degrees of resistance of traditional confessions - Orthodoxy, Catholicism and Islam - to the penetration of a special type of extremist heresy into the environment of believers.

It is known that totalitarian sects practically do not take root in Orthodoxy. History has convincingly shown that this is the most resistant religious faith to external influences. That is why they beat Orthodox Serbia, Greece, Cyprus, the cradle of Russian Orthodoxy in Syria … Unlike Orthodoxy in Catholicism in previous centuries, it was possible to do this. In medieval Europe, Protestants and Catholics with weapons in their hands took to the streets of cities and began to massacre each other. But today, even a sophisticated provocation with Breivik, whose project has a clear Israeli trace, did not allow a Christian version of jihad to be modeled and launched into a series.

And only in Islam - in the youngest world religion - totalitarian sects of Islamic radicals are now experiencing their rebirth. Perhaps this is the effect of the historical influence that the British special services have always had on the formation and development of these radical movements. Let me remind you that even at the end of the 18th century, a close friend of the founder of Wahhabism, Muhammad Ibn Abdul-Wahhab, was a British spy, Mr. Hamfer, whose advice he always listened to. Many researchers point out that the Muslim Brotherhood organization, created in 1928, with its institution of fidaev (Islamic militants), like a number of its modern offshoots, has also always been in the zone of British strategic interests.

Today, both internal and external forms of forceful pressure on sovereign states are based on the same method. The enemy is purposefully trying to compromise and destroy the three main social regulators of the traditional civilized state: religion, morality and culture (including language, folklore, literature, education, science, the institution of the family, etc.). To replace true values with artificial, openly cannibalistic surrogates, placing at the forefront the ideology of individualism, permissiveness, sexual freedom and licentiousness.

Today, under the pretext of the supremacy of universal human values, the absolutization of individual rights and the priority of international law, both the Western countries and Russia have been hit by a wave of destructive legislative initiatives: juvenile justice, legalization of same-sex marriages, marriages with inanimate objects,with oneself or with animals, the legalization of pedophilia, the Bologna process of destruction of national education systems and its "ill-considered" reforms, the destruction of science, the law on culture, etc., etc.

The international youth forum "Moral imperatives in law, education, science and culture" held on May 16-17, 2013 in Belgorod, organized by Professor, Doctor of Law Elena Safronova and her associates, perhaps, for the first time visibly and vividly revealed the presence of a dangerous systemic defect in our state machine - the presence in it of a mechanism of guaranteed self-destruction of the fundamental foundations of society and the state, twenty years ago deliberately built by the Americans into our domestic legal system, as well as numerous signs of the beginning launching this dangerous process. The conference participants carried out a detailed analysis of the various sides and facets of the problem, which at the system level revealed the following. Today, in almost all strategically important humanitarian areas and spheres of our life, an internally coordinated process of their deliberate deformation by the methods of state coercion is being launched. What is the contribution of the new norms of the Russian legal system, borrowed from the system of international law.

So, in only one package of legislative initiatives, experts of Lyudmila Ryabichenko discovered at once 9 bills aimed at destroying the institution of family, motherhood and childhood (at the initiative of B. Altshuller, two laws: No. 1 and No. 2. No. 1. Law No. 42197-6 FZ " On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on the implementation of social patronage and the activities of guardianship and guardianship bodies "for the compulsory control of families and the removal of children from any family. Main conclusions:

1. In the Russian legal system, a latent, deliberately organized systemic defect has been identified that has an unacceptably high level of risk of launching a process of guaranteed self-destruction, destruction of the fundamental foundations of our society and state. Self-destruction begins with a targeted attack on the institution of family, motherhood and childhood.

2. A direct connection has been established between the process of destruction of our traditional spiritual, moral and national-cultural values by the methods of state coercion, with another negative process - the spread of terrorism and radical Islam of the Wahhabi persuasion in Russia.

To minimize the negative consequences of these processes, it is necessary to make appropriate changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, to suspend the process of thoughtless borrowing of new norms of international law into the system of domestic law of the Russian Federation and to conduct a thorough analysis of the risks of possible negative consequences of such borrowings; taking into account the problems identified above, create a system of interdisciplinary comprehensive examination of new legislative initiatives and law enforcement practice.

In conclusion, I will repeat once again the obvious thought: if the state does not defend our traditional values, then this process will be led by its implacable opponents.

In fact, it turned out that the masses of peasants, having experienced all the hardships of Soviet economic policy (the fight against wealthy peasants and private property, the creation of collective farms, etc.), flocked to the cities in search of a better life. This, in turn, created there an acute shortage of free real estate, which is so necessary for the placement of the main support of power - the proletariat.

It was the workers who became the bulk of the population, which from the end of 1932 began to actively issue passports. The peasantry (with rare exceptions) did not have the right to them (until 1974!).

Along with the introduction of the passport system in large cities of the country, a cleanup was carried out from "illegal immigrants" who did not have documents, and therefore the right to be there. In addition to the peasants, all kinds of "anti-Soviet" and "declassed elements" were detained. These included speculators, vagabonds, beggars, beggars, prostitutes, former priests and other categories of the population not engaged in socially useful labor. Their property (if any) was requisitioned, and they themselves were sent to special settlements in Siberia, where they could work for the good of the state.

The country's leadership believed that it was killing two birds with one stone. On the one hand, it cleans the cities of alien and hostile elements, on the other hand, it populates the almost deserted Siberia.

The police officers and the OGPU state security service carried out passport raids so zealously that, without ceremony, they detained on the street even those who received passports, but did not have them in their hands at the time of the check. Among the "violators" could be a student on his way to visit relatives, or a bus driver who left home for cigarettes. Even the head of one of the Moscow police departments and both sons of the prosecutor of the city of Tomsk were arrested. The father managed to quickly rescue them, but not all of those taken by mistake had high-ranking relatives.

The "violators of the passport regime" were not satisfied with thorough checks. Almost immediately they were found guilty and prepared to be sent to labor settlements in the east of the country. A special tragedy of the situation was added by the fact that recidivist criminals who were subject to deportation in connection with the unloading of places of detention in the European part of the USSR were also sent to Siberia.

Death Isle

The sad story of one of the first parties of these forced migrants, known as the Nazinskaya tragedy, has become widely known.

More than six thousand people were disembarked in May 1933 from barges on a small deserted island on the Ob River near the village of Nazino in Siberia. It was supposed to become their temporary refuge while the issues with their new permanent residence in special settlements were being resolved, since they were not ready to accept such a large number of repressed.

The people were dressed in what the police had detained them in on the streets of Moscow and Leningrad (St. Petersburg). They did not have bedding or any tools to make a temporary home for themselves.

On the second day, the wind picked up, and then frost hit, which was soon replaced by rain. Defenseless against the vagaries of nature, the repressed could only sit in front of fires or wander around the island in search of bark and moss - no one took care of food for them. Only on the fourth day they were brought rye flour, which was distributed at several hundred grams per person. Having received these crumbs, people ran to the river, where they made flour in hats, footcloths, jackets and trousers in order to quickly eat this semblance of porridge.

The number of deaths among the special settlers was rapidly going into the hundreds. Hungry and frozen, they either fell asleep right by the fires and burned alive, or died of exhaustion. The number of victims also increased due to the brutality of some of the guards, who beat people with rifle butts. It was impossible to escape from the "island of death" - it was surrounded by machine-gun crews, who immediately shot those who tried.

Isle of Cannibals

The first cases of cannibalism on Nazinsky Island occurred already on the tenth day of the stay of the repressed there. The criminals who were among them crossed the line. Accustomed to surviving in harsh conditions, they formed gangs that terrorized the rest.

Residents of a nearby village became unwitting witnesses to the nightmare that was happening on the island. One peasant woman, who at that time was only thirteen years old, recalled how a beautiful young girl was courted by one of the guards: “When he left, people grabbed the girl, tied her to a tree and stabbed her to death, having eaten everything they could. They were hungry and hungry. Throughout the island, human flesh could be seen ripped, cut, and hung from trees. The meadows were littered with corpses."

"I chose those who are no longer alive, but not yet dead," a certain Uglov, accused of cannibalism, testified later during interrogations: So it will be easier for him to die … Now, right away, not to suffer for another two or three days."

Another resident of the village of Nazino, Theophila Bylina, recalled: “The deportees came to our apartment. Once an old woman from Death-Island also visited us. They drove her by stage … I saw that the old woman's calves were cut off on her legs. To my question, she replied: "It was cut off and fried for me on Death-Island." All the flesh on the calf was cut off. The legs were freezing from this, and the woman wrapped them in rags. She moved on her own. She looked old, but in reality she was in her early 40s."

A month later, hungry, sick and exhausted people, interrupted by rare tiny food rations, were evacuated from the island. However, the disasters for them did not end there. They continued to die in unprepared cold and damp barracks of Siberian special settlements, receiving a meager food there. In total, for the entire time of the long journey, out of six thousand people, just over two thousand survived.

Classified tragedy

No one outside the region would have known about the tragedy that had happened if it had not been for the initiative of Vasily Velichko, instructor of the Narym District Party Committee. He was sent to one of the special labor settlements in July 1933 to report on how the "declassed elements" are being successfully re-educated, but instead he completely immersed himself in the investigation of what had happened.

Based on the testimony of dozens of survivors, Velichko sent his detailed report to the Kremlin, where he provoked a violent reaction. A special commission that arrived in Nazino conducted a thorough investigation, finding 31 mass graves on the island with 50-70 corpses in each.

More than 80 special settlers and guards were brought to trial. 23 of them were sentenced to capital punishment for "looting and beating", 11 people were shot for cannibalism.

After the end of the investigation, the circumstances of the case were classified, as was the report of Vasily Velichko. He was removed from his position as instructor, but no further sanctions were taken against him. Having become a war correspondent, he went through the entire Second World War and wrote several novels about the socialist transformations in Siberia, but he never dared to write about the "island of death".

The general public learned about the Nazin tragedy only in the late 1980s, on the eve of the collapse of the Soviet Union.
