Today, the education sector is becoming the main field of confrontation. And American universities play a double role in this.

Firstly, it is through the leading American universities that our universities are integrated into the global educational market. The second mission is a total restructuring of consciousness, and it is in American universities that such programs are developed, which are then implemented, using various methods, here in Russia. That is, the first task is to integrate us into the global educational space, which should work for transnational business, and not for Russia, and the second is transferring people to a completely different system of values, restructuring or shaping a worldview. And here we are again entering the religious sphere, because we perfectly understand that we are talking about preparing people to accept a global system of government and a world supreme ruler.

" For more than twenty years, education reform has been going on in the country, who is really behind it?

The more we begin to learn about how our so-called education reform is taking place, the more the picture emerges that this project was being prepared for a very long time, was developed in great detail, both strategically and tactically. And it is no coincidence that much of what is happening today is borrowed from the German plan "Ost" - an extensive project, which, among other things, concerned the education system. We know perfectly well that American intelligence used the same developments that were in the hands of German intelligence, which was working on the eastern front. Therefore, much of what is being implemented today closely resembles the details of that plan.

"TOMORROW". On the basis of Gehlen's developments, the CIA emerged.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. Yes, he was directly involved in the creation of the CIA. Today this is all the more serious and dangerous because the latest technologies are now involved, which did not exist before. Thanks to these technologies, calculated to completely disorient a person, people often do not even understand what is happening. But we need to talk about how exactly the special services are involved in reforming our education, or rather, in the abolition of education as such. The consequences of these so-called reforms are so destructive that even people far from politics are beginning to understand that we are talking about something more serious than just perestroika.

"TOMORROW". But people close to politics, for some reason, continue to close their eyes to this.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. And people close to politics either participate in this, or this is how they think of this new world for themselves. That is, someone participates consciously, perfectly understanding that we are talking about destruction, and someone participates, because he thinks that in this way he will join this new world, because this world can only be like this and no other.

We must start with the fact that, firstly, very important processes are underway in the public life of the world community, which are primarily manifested in the United States and without understanding which we will not understand what is happening in our country. We have repeatedly stressed that we are talking about the total privatization of all spheres of public life, not only property, but also the social sphere. The privatization of the state, which is carried out by transferring the functions of the state to private structures, is a very important point, one might say, key. This is done in different ways. The most common is public-private partnership, a process that has been in full swing in the United States somewhere in the late 90s - early 2000s, where the state actually turns into a simple instrument of transnational corporations that begin to appropriate those functions for themselves. which were previously carried out by the state apparatus. That is, it has always served corporations before, but today we are talking about the fact that instead of state structures, an offshoot of the corporations themselves begins to operate, which in fact means the final erosion of the boundaries between the state and the private sector.

The second very important process that is taking place in America is the blurring of the line between the military and civilian sectors. The military-industrial complex of the United States, which we previously studied very seriously, which, by the way, is not being done today, is turning into a single community, a kind of monster in which the boundaries between the financial, military-intelligence and educational spheres of the United States are blurred. Therefore, any corporation works for the national defense of the United States, any corporation can actually become a quasi-state entity, because it is private firms that become state contractors and take on the functions of the state.

The next important point for us is that American universities are organically included in this intelligence community. In them, the development of fundamental science was carried out earlier, but today, due to the fact that these principles of the military-industrial complex are changing, they are acquiring an increasingly important role. Because the American higher education system itself is very different from our educational system, and for the most part American universities are private structures, private corporations that are governed by their own councils, boards of trustees, which include wealthy graduates of these universities. On the one hand, they sell knowledge (diplomas), on the other hand, they carry out research for money commissioned by government agencies and the same private corporations, for example, commissioned by DARPA - the Agency for Advanced Defense Research Projects, which is an agency of the Pentagon. And a very large part of universities work for these orders, that is, for the military intelligence complex. This must be very well understood. In their new development strategies, the Americans emphasized that today war is taking place in many areas, the most important of which, in addition to information and psychological, they consider the sphere of behavioral confrontation, when those values and cultural norms that are formed at a deep, irrational level and are laid in the process change. education.

"TOMORROW". Therefore, it is the educational sphere that is so important for reforms …

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. This is an area that they could not fully control. Since the Soviet education system was deeply rooted in traditional culture, it was extremely difficult to rebuild it so easily, so it was rebuilt gradually. Today they pay key attention to the sphere of education and religion, for them this is the sphere of war, this is the sphere of confrontation. This education is perceived in our country as one of the areas of social policy, the Americans do not.

Today we see that in the process of education it is possible to totally rebuild the consciousness of people, young people and, in fact, to form anew the consciousness of preschool children. And given that our preschool education is now included in the process of lifelong education - and these are children from two months to seven years old, then when they put our education under their control, we understand very well that in fact we are losing our children. Because it's one thing to rebuild the minds of adolescents and young people who still have some already accumulated knowledge about traditional culture through songs, through fairy tales, through literature, through Soviet films, and another thing is preschool education. What will be laid down in two or three years will then remain as a matrix.

Therefore, today the education sector is becoming the main field of confrontation. And American universities play a double role in this. And if we talk about the system of values being introduced today, about the worldview that underlies the economic and political activities of the "masters" of the world, then we will again come to the very thing that we have already spoken about many times - this is transhumanism. Why is it about transhumanism? Because today the so-called Western economy, having gone through several stages - the first, second, third and other technological structures, has approached the so-called sixth structure. If we try to understand its essence, then such a very terrible thing becomes clear: earlier the development of technology and economics worked to create favorable living conditions for a person, that is, it was aimed at changing the conditions of a person's life. Today's technologies are aimed at changing the person himself and his essence. That is, we are talking about changing the bodily and spiritual nature of a person - it is for these purposes that the latest technologies are used - NBIK technologies: nano, bio, information and cognitive. Of course, along the way, they create even more comfortable conditions for the life of a few, but the key direction is to change a person as such and turn him into a kind of biological object and the main source of profit.

"TOMORROW". And universities are the stepping stone of this education.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. We are talking about the dismantling of education, because now, instead of education, a system is being introduced to fill a person with certain competencies. Education itself is being abolished. All 90 years it changed, gradually eliminating one thing and then another. First, these federal standards were introduced, which replaced knowledge with competencies, then they introduced the Unified State Exam, then the Bologna system. Then they began to privatize and transfer them to certain paid services. All this was done gradually. But the final stage, at which Russian education should be transferred to a global one, has become the documents of recent years. This is, of course, primarily about the "Strategy for innovative development of the Russian Federation" adopted in 2011 until 2020, which is a very important milestone.

Innovation is renewal, and the education system has become a key focus of this renewal.

The main attention is paid to education in this document, and in the first version of the "Strategy …" a whole chapter is devoted to the need to create a renewed person - “Innovative person”. It is said that it is necessary to shape a person who must become adaptive to constant changes, be a producer of these changes, have an entrepreneurial spirit, etc.that is, in fact, we are talking about the formation of a new person on new principles, and this must be done from preschool age, from early childhood.

Then it says that our education needs to move to international standards, attract international foreign specialists, use the English language everywhere, and everything in the same spirit. That is, the main attention is paid to the international factor.

"TOMORROW". And in teaching, priority is given to English.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. Yes. Since 2013, universities have been implementing the "5-100-20" project, according to which a third of the programs in the bowels of universities must be in English, and an effective contract, according to which the payment of teachers is related to how actively they use English., write textbooks in a foreign language, give lectures in a foreign language and in foreign universities. In some universities, even the language training of graduate students is already at the level that the Institute of Foreign Languages used to provide. The point is that according to the "5-100-20" program, the status of English is actually the same as that of a language university, in which a foreign language is studied as the main subject. Graduate students at these universities must even publish an article in a graduate student collection in a foreign language in order to pass the exam in a foreign language. That is, his scientific work should be in English, and this is a condition for both techies and doctors.

"TOMORROW". To make it easier for foreign observers to select the right people and their jobs.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. It's like that. In accordance with the innovation strategy, the Education Development program for 2013–2020 was adopted. and the Concept of the target program for the development of education for 2016–2020, approved in December 2014. It states that the main thing is the formation of a competitive human potential, that education should be competitive in the global educational market. And nothing is said about the formation of an educated and developed personality serving the Fatherland, about the formation of patriots. There are not even such words and concepts. The main tool for actively integrating us into this global market is the "5-100-20" project, which provides for the inclusion of five Russian universities in the 100 best universities in the world in accordance with world rankings. The project is being implemented in accordance with a government decree (March 2013), which provided for the creation of a council for the selection of these universities on a competitive basis. I want to emphasize that this is a government decree, and the Duma and legislators are very poorly informed about this, if at all. Then the government decree approves the composition of the competitiveness council, which included six representatives of Russia, including Livanov, Gref, and seven foreigners - among them the head of Skoltech Edward Crowley, who is a professor at the University of Massachusetts and a member of the advisory committee of NASA, a department of the US federal government working in close ties with the Pentagon. In fact, this international body began to manage the project.

The competition passed, 15 universities were selected (and these are the best, mainly technical universities of strategic importance), which began to receive state support due to their transition to international standards, in which the main indicator is a certain percentage of foreign specialists and foreign students, corresponding programs, organization and management system, etc. This is how the total restructuring of our universities began, and the last meeting of the Council on Competitiveness, which took place in October, just confirmed that we are talking about a change in the Russian mentality. For example, board member Michael Crowe, president of the University of Arizona, who spoke there, said that "the good news is that universities, even just participating in the competition, are changing their thinking, regardless of whether they win or not." Because in order to participate in this competition, it is necessary to make changes in accordance with the rating criteria. Then Livanov said the same thing. “Those who work in these universities change noticeably, they speak a different language, they make different decisions. This is not for the sake of ratings. We are talking about more important institutional changes. "And the deputy chairman of the council, Andrei Volkov, noted:" It is obvious that the 5-100 project is becoming more visible and interest from universities is growing."

That is, for them the project should become a model according to which the rest of the universities will be transformed. In October 2015, six more universities entered the project, and it seems that things are heading towards the fact that others will join it, and the rest that do not fit into the standards will simply be abolished. This is done by merging regional universities into flagship universities, in which their complete reorganization takes place, the liquidation of entire areas, the reduction of the teaching staff, etc. –2020, 40% of universities and 80% of branches of universities will be abolished. Further, it was said that a whole network of innovation centers for secondary schools would appear, and 95% of preschool teachers should switch to a new teaching method. And whoever does not meet the new requirements will leave.

Then we see the following: in 2014, on the initiative of the Higher School of Economics, universities from the "5-100" project created the Association "Global Universities", which adopted its own charter, which states that this is an NGO that does not aim to make a profit, but can engage in entrepreneurial activity. This non-profit organization is governed by a council, which is elected by the meeting, and headed by the rector of the Higher School of Economics, Kuzminov. In addition, the council may include representatives of four ministries: the ministries of education, finance, labor, economic development, and the Federal Migration Service. How all this is justified from the legal point of view - this, of course, needs to be analyzed by lawyers, but it turns out that all this was created without any participation of the legislative authority, which is very poorly informed about this. And we are talking, I repeat, about the best universities, that is, those that are supposed to provide training for our military-industrial complex.

"TOMORROW". Which tomorrow will ensure the competitiveness of this very military-industrial complex …

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. It includes strategic universities, which, having found themselves in the Association "Global Universities", are integrated into the global market of educational services. Each university creates its own international department or department for international cooperation. And if earlier such a department existed in the Ministry of Education, now this function is transferred to the institutions themselves, coordinated from a single center, which should unify everything. Now a single center for the recruitment of foreign students has been created, by 2020 the program provides that at least 10% of teachers will be foreigners, 15% of students will also be from abroad. For example, I was told that some faculties have already been liquidated at the Far Eastern University, instead of which research institutes have been created, where a third of the programs are taught in a foreign language. In order to reduce the percentage of students coming from Russia, the requirements for the USE results are overestimated, which is why the number of foreign students is growing: Mongols, Chinese and others. In some universities, the rector is elected by an international council …

"TOMORROW". If some international council elects a rector in a Russian state university, then, in fact, through funding, the definition of research directions is taken under international control.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. Yes, private and corporate foundations, international aid agencies, bilateral and international organizations are increasingly participating in the financing of these universities. That is, a kind of transnational educational business structure is being created, which is turning into a channel for pumping our brains and our technologies to the West. This entire process is supervised by three structures: HSE, Skolkovo and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). In Skolkovo, this project is directly handled by the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, established in 2006. It is enough to go to her website to see what programs they are already implementing. For example, within the framework of the Education 2030 foresight project, new professions should be created by 2020 - energy auditors, network doctors, GMO agronomists, IT genetics, bioethics, network lawyers, virtual worlds designer, virtual world architects, interface designers, IT preachers, interface designer, internet community organizer, child image expert, child safety specialist, transmedia product architect. In the field of education: moderator, tutor, game master, mentor of startups, developer of tools for teaching states of consciousness, coordinator of educational online platforms. Financial sector: talent private equity fund manager, multicurrency translator, intellectual property appraiser, and so on …

"TOMORROW". GMO agronomists have been announced, which means that the ban on GMOs in our country will be canceled in the future.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. I don’t know if it will be written in the diploma "GMO-geneticist", but this competence is approved. This foresight project "Education 2030" is being dealt with by ASI. Dmitry Peskov, one of its active participants, used to work at the Metaver firm, which developed projects for the education of the future. And in one of the interviews that appeared before the creation of the ASI (created in 2011), Peskov says: "This is not a classical education, this is a form of barcamps." That is, this is an informal conference, when those who want to get together themselves, then they post it all on the Internet, that is, it is done as invented in Silicon Valley. Then he says: "This is similar to what Serdyukov is doing in the army." Then Serdyukov was still a minister and was destroying our military education, and Peskov welcomed this, because, as he put it, "That which has rotted must be removed." According to their plans, the entire education system itself must change. Universities will operate on the principle of venture funds. Instead of teachers, there will be preachers, exams will be replaced by metagames, the defense of diplomas will be in the form of presentations, and the diploma itself as a document should not exist, since a student card is issued for life. That is, a person begins this education and then can choose a university and study wherever needed, because he learns throughout his life. The main thing is to bring the student and the business investor together so that the project developed by the student can be realized in some kind of business. Education will become asynchronous, people enter the university in teams, develop a project, defend it, then an investor buys it out and that's it - you can move to another university. Such a model exists at the Institute of the Singularity, created by Google and NASA and implementing transhumanist projects.

"TOMORROW". They "sharpened" education strictly for the creation and selection of economically justified inventions, there is no place for a worldview in this education.

Olga CHETVERIKOVA. Exactly. This was openly stated by Pavel Luksha, a professor at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, during the official opening of the Global Future Education Foresight. "Classical education does not meet the needs of the post-industrial society … there is a growing demand for obtaining not a set of general knowledge and skills, but strictly defined skills." That is, everything that does not generate income, like our humanitarian, history education, for example, is simply not needed. Hence the attitude towards the Russian language, in which two hours a week were left at school. Naturally, history is not needed, humanitarian subjects that teach thinking and form a person's consciousness, his worldview are not needed. Only through historical thinking and through historical education can we realize who we are, understand ourselves, understand society itself, the meaning and content of social processes. Instead, they impose on us transhumanism, which is aimed at changing human nature, bodily and spiritual, which forms posthumans, cyborgs. At this stage, everything merges, the abolition of education is a transhumanist project.

I think it is extremely important to emphasize here that one of the key mechanisms for restructuring consciousness and dismantling our education as such is online learning. When we discussed the concept of distance education in 2014, they explained that if distance education is introduced, then many universities will be abolished. That is, we are removing classical universities and introducing this distance learning instead. And Peskov, by the way, said a very important thing. He said that education in the future will be of two types - distance education and human education. Remote will be cheap, and human will be expensive. That is, it means that the elite retains a classical education, human, and distance learning will be introduced for gray biomass.

But the most important thing is different. Recently Eric Schmidt, the head of Google, said this, not very clear thing, that the Internet will soon die. That is, the Internet is already ineffective for the implementation of communication between specific people, and the task has been set - to create a neuronet. What it is? If the Internet allows you to connect people using laptops, smartphones and everything else, then a neuronet is a direct connection between the brain of one person and the brain of another person. A chip is implanted and this chip enables people to communicate directly, even on an emotional level. Further, a whole network is created, controlled from one center, which makes it possible to directly and completely control the consciousness of a person. The creation and implementation of a neuronet provides for a program of measures developed in Russia for the formation of fundamentally new markets, which is called the National Technological Initiative (NTI). I want to emphasize that the Ministry of Education and Science is participating in its development. Neuronet is one of the most actively promoted programs, which will primarily be used on our children, since it is emphasized that it is very effective for use in the learning process, and, of course, we are talking about distance learning. This is the latest achievement that puts an end to any classical education and, in general, to education as such, because instead of education, simply an instrument is created for controlling consciousness through chipping, that is, preparing a person to accept a world electronic state and a world ruler, if we speak in language geopolitics.

"TOMORROW". Let's return to the Ost plan as a summary. The Soviet Union was defeated not by force of arms, but, let's say, by cognitive means, and what is happening now is their next modification, in which a social group is chosen - children, an instrument is chosen - education. Then you just need to calmly "educate" them for ten years, and when people who are trained through a neuronet grow up, the country will be deprived of its sovereignty in a bloodless, natural way, through training and a change in the worldview paradigm, but the neuronet will not allow the next generation to think again, because such the program establishes not only communication between people, but also control over this communication from one transnational center.
