Kaviraj was born in 1946 in the Netherlands. At the age of 14, he started working in forest nurseries and organic dairy farms.

On one of his trips to India, he became seriously ill and was cured with homeopathy. The desire to understand what cured him after all else failed led him to study homeopathy in the 70s, after which he ran Dr. Chatterjee's rural clinic for ten years.

He started working with plants in Switzerland in 1986, when a friend asked him to try to heal an apple orchard badly damaged by red rust.

This experience inspired him to undertake many years of research in Australia and Europe, the results of which formed the basis for a guide to farm and garden homeopathy.

In recent years, he has tirelessly visited one country after another, spreading his experience teaching homeopaths, farmers and gardeners around the world, in Haiti, Kenya, Canada, India and finally France.

He died on March 2, 2013 in France at the age of 66.

Excerpt from an interview with Vaikuntanat D. Kaviraj, Hpathy Ezine, December 2008.

The use of agrohomeopathy can, of course, transform agronomy tremendously at the place and time where and when it will be applied. This would be a real green revolution. I see other benefits, for example, for forestry, which I am going to say more about. However, given the huge amount of money involved in the agronomic business, the chances of using agro homeopathy are slim. My only hope is that this can happen in India, where many farmers in Rajasthan are already applying this concept, if my book, translated by Mr. Leethief into five Indian languages, finds application in as many farmers as possible. If I had money, I would start a business like I did in Australia and provide the first course of treatment for free so farmers can see that it works and that the long-term effects of the drug will save them a lot of the money they are now spending on poisons. At first, I would give them the opportunity to be convinced, and then I would charge a fee - less than for the same amount of poison.

Imagine the first benefit to the farmer: a reduction in the cost of treatment by at least 75%, and possibly even 90%. Further, he will be able to sell his products as organic, getting the best price for them. In addition, he will never again risk his health so much by using pesticides, and the cost of his health insurance will go down. It will also live on cleaner land, stop polluting groundwater and thus contribute to better governance of our planet and a cleaner environment.

For the consumer, this has the same benefits - healthier, poison-free food, a corresponding decrease in health insurance, and a better quality of life. This will significantly reduce government health care costs - the savings cannot be quantified now. As a consequence, this can lead to significant tax cuts, allowing people to buy things that they currently cannot afford. This will help to significantly ease the economic crisis we are in now and significantly shorten its duration.

A cleaner environment will bring other benefits as well. If we consider that we are harvesting less than 50% of arable land, and if we also take into account that 30% of the crop is lost due to pests and diseases, we understand that our crop reflects low productivity in relation to consumption of carbon dioxide, CO2… If we also take into account that 30% of our forests suffer from the same, we are faced with the fact that due to plant diseases the absorption of CO2 reduced by 50%. If homeopathy is applied, we will reap several benefits from this scenario.

  1. There will be more plants and they will be healthier, that is, the absorption of CO will increase2.
  2. Increasing the number of healthy trees will have the same effect on CO2.
  3. The area of green spaces on our planet will grow by 30%, and all of them will absorb more CO22than diseased plants can do.
  4. Greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced by one and a half to two times.

You might think that my calculations are irrelevant, but we must take into account that diseased plants reduce consumption by 50%. Add to them 30% of those that do not absorb it at all. In general, the absorption of carbon dioxide is now well below the norm.

It is known that pesticides, herbicides and fungicides are made from fossil fuels, just like fertilizers, so reducing their consumption and stopping their production will also help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from farms by 30-50%, which is quite tangible.

Homeopathy not only improves plant health, but also encourages them to grow taller and larger, so that more foliage will lead to increased absorption of CO2.2… This increase will be 30-50%. Compared to the existing absorption rate of 100%, an increase in absorption of up to 160% can be achieved.

besides the benefits noted by Steiner, it has some other characteristics that are especially important for agriculture. First, it promotes seed germination, which makes them almost 100% viable. Then, she strengthens the plants. Its best feature is its ability to green the desert in record time, allowing the sand to hold an immense amount of water for extended periods of time - up to 6 weeks after spraying; water is trapped in pockets below the surface to such an extent that when you put a shovel in it, you take it out wet. My experiments in Australia showed that a 100 hectare site in the desert turned green in 3 months, and remained green. Desert greening can dramatically increase our arable land and thus increase CO absorption.2 another 30-40%. It will also help alleviate world hunger and provide adequate food for the entire world population. Provided, of course, that we share the benefits equally.

Since healthy people think more harmoniously, it is very likely that homeopathy for humans and livestock will also be of great benefit and will be more readily applied everywhere. This will lead to an even greater reduction in health care costs, which currently represent about 10%, if not more, of GDP in different countries. If we also consider that healthier people are more employable, the benefits are staggering, as GDP grows by at least 20%, because the time wasted due to illness is enormous. In short, the benefits far outweigh the costs of transformation, and the sooner we implement them, the better. We could even heal the entire planet at a fraction of the cost of technological "solutions" that only cause more problems. Since healthy people are less prone to exploitation, this idea is not as implausible as it sounds.

The Monsanto story

After I found the snail remedy, Monsanto and her companions became nervous. Imagine losing an entire market in one city due to a competitive product. When you consider that there were 200,000 gardens in Perth and Monsanto was selling snail pellets that seemed to be out of fashion - and they were very popular, by the way - her excitement was not so unexpected. The market had a turnover of 2 million a year, and they couldn't take it and just give a damn about it. Therefore, they decided to remove me from their path by hook or by crook.

They set the National Register (NRA) on me to make me pay a heavy fine for not registering my product. I explained to them that the drug had already been registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The national registry told me that it was illegal to sell a product without registration. I explained that in private gardens it is allowed to use anything without registration. The register stated that if I sell it is an agricultural chemical and therefore registration is required. So I gave them a bottle and suggested that they check the chemical composition of its contents.

Then they took me to court for fraud: they said it was just distilled water. Hence, this was the worst kind of fraud. The judge wanted to know how I could sell it, and it seems to be successful. I brought testimonies from happy clients and gave them to the judge. Then I said that Reg might think I was able to fool people with a placebo. Even animals can be so fooled if you think they respond positively to trying to help. But if Register thinks I can fool with placebo plants, then they are more superstitious than we are with our so-called moonshine drug, which, by all accounts, contains nothing but water. And if water is an agricultural chemical, they should sue the clouds for pouring rainwater onto the land without registering. The judge told them not to distract the court with nonsense anymore.

Then there was an attempted kidnapping. In Australia, if you have something wrong with your car, you simply open the hood and everyone will stop to help - sometimes you are far from the nearest garage or even from the city, and therefore those who are in trouble are helped. And then one day I had a banal trouble with a car, I stopped and went out for help. They acted as if they had no idea about the problem, and when I ducked under the hood to see, I was stunned with a sock full of sand on the head. When I came to my senses, it turned out that I was tied up and was in the trunk of a car moving to no one knows where. Since I did a lot of yoga in my youth and was very flexible, I was able to turn my hands forward and untied the knots with my teeth. After that, I freed my ankles and pushed the back of the seat forward to see if I could know what they were up to. These guys were not professionals in abductions, they decided to take me a hundred kilometers into the desert and leave me to return myself, without food and water. If they had succeeded, I don't think anyone would have found my bones by now.

They stopped somewhere at a gas station to buy food, and I could have escaped there, but I decided to find out who ordered the kidnapping and why. When they wanted to check the trunk, I kicked it open. The idiot who opened the trunk put his finger in the keychain, the finger almost came off, and in the end it was completely broken. The other guy was so overwhelmed that I was able to neutralize him too. My judo black belt came in handy. I frightened them with a jack and told the healthy man to bandage the injured finger of the second. After that I sat down with them to find out what and why.

It turned out the boss had ordered them to kidnap me, promising a royal bounty of 10 per person to force me to stop production. I took them to the nearest police station, where they sued me for assault, and I counterclaimed them the same. They decided that it was self-defense on my part, but they got away with it.

The next attempt was arson. They decided to set fire to my factory, which was on the windward side of the industrial area. The fire department was not far away, so the firemen were able to extinguish the fire before the fire reached my warehouse with alcohol. After that, I moved into a building made of steel and brick. Then they attacked my representatives, beat them and took them to the hospital. Eventually I met the publisher of the Australian Mining Monthly (Australian Mountain Monthly -), a magazine about the benefits of mining, and that publisher wanted to do something sustainable with their money. I offered to help the mining industry rehabilitate old deposits that were no longer used but needed to be restored to their original state after closure. I also warned him that he might be wasting his money, given agribusiness efforts to eliminate competition. He advised me not to worry, as mining and agribusiness get along well, and he is confident that they will not interfere. They did not interfere.

In the meantime, the Registry increased its fees and tried to get legislation passed requiring registration of my products. The fee rose from AU $ 20 to AU $ 200 and then to AU $ 2,000, increasing every two years. Finally, in 1999, they pumped it up to AU $ 20,000. It was over for me because with 30 products, that would add up to A $ 600,000 a year. With a turnover of 2.5 million, we could not afford it and had to close the business. In 2000, I left Australia to try my luck elsewhere.
