When the parental community of Russia fought against the introduction of the GIS "Contingent" in schools (the stage of implementation of the Education-2030 foresight project) - and as a result was able to cope with it with the support of the President - hardly anyone expected that in just a couple of years a liberal -globalists will fully reveal their cards, and their interference in the educational process will become total.

Today, alas, it is quite clear that the rhetoric they put into the mouths of the supreme power about the "big breakthrough" of the national economy at the expense of sovereign technical progress is not worth a pittance. In fact, under these mantras, compradors do exactly the opposite - they destroy the remnants of sovereignty, turn the state into a “digital ecosystem”, into a market platform, which will then be swallowed up by transnational corporations and usurers. The banks and the largest companies in the world are owned by a limited circle of families - "owners of money." And the leadership of the Russian Federation, strictly following their guidelines for "transparency", openness of data (approved, for example, at the G20 summits), has already begun to hand them over our future - the national educational system and personal data of students, i.e. the younger generation of Russia.

The editorial office of Katyusha received a message from a reader from St. Petersburg:

"Good day. I want to ask a question. The school introduces a program under the beautiful name G suite for education. As I learned - this is collecting information for some kind of cloud … In fact, as I understood, the same "Contingent", only for the school !!! Anything known about this program? How to correctly refuse to enter it? " - the reader asks her question and encloses a form for an additional agreement with the school, providing for the creation of an account for her child in the Google service.

Yes, this is not the "Contingent" for you, which, at least de jure, was a Russian product. Under the pretext of introducing an electronic information and educational environment (EIE) at the school, the mother is invited to consent to the participation of her child in the corporate account created by the school based on cloud services and applications of the Google corporation (!). Requirements for EIOS can be found in the old Lebanese federal state educational standards for higher education, adopted at the end of 2015. In particular, the program for the training of bachelor teachers, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science, has the following point:

7.1.2. Each student during the entire period of study must be provided with individual unlimited access to one or more electronic library systems (electronic libraries) and to the electronic information and educational environment of the organization. The electronic library system (electronic library) and the electronic information and educational environment should provide the ability of the student to access from any point where there is access to the information and telecommunications network "Internet" (hereinafter - the "Internet" network), both on the territory of the organization, as and beyond

The electronic information and educational environment of the organization must provide:

- access to curricula, work programs of disciplines (modules), practices, to publications of electronic library systems and electronic educational resources specified in work programs;

- fixing the course of the educational process, the results of intermediate certification and the results of mastering the bachelor's program;

- conducting all types of classes, procedures for assessing learning outcomes, the implementation of which is provided with the use of e-learning, distance learning technologies;

- the formation of an electronic portfolio of the student, including the preservation of the student's work, reviews and assessments for these works by any participants in the educational process;

- interaction between participants in the educational process, including synchronous and (or) asynchronous interaction through the Internet.

As you can see, four years ago, globalists created a loophole for promoting remote learning via the Internet, collecting a student's digital portfolio, forming his individual educational trajectory, controlling his curriculum, disciplines studied (up to their detailed content), exchanging information online through personal accounts, a complete record of the history of grades, reviews and other results of educational activities. Today, all these aspirations of foresight officers have migrated to the federal project “Digital educational environment” within the framework of the national project “Education” approved by the Government.

But when transhumanists from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the National Technological Initiative, the Skolkovo School of Management and other NGOs, on their “intensives”, persistently suggest that universities enter into an experiment on the control and management of students with artificial intelligence, they forget to tell who will be the operator of this global ecosystem, who will develop algorithms for neural networks, from the cradle of defining people to the appropriate castes. Let's fill this gap and find out what personal data of Russians goes to the servers of the flagship company of Silicon Valley and who can access them.

G Suite for Education is a collection of Google applications (mail, cloud storage, calendar, spreadsheets, documents, etc.) designed specifically for educational institutions. It is available worldwide exclusively to officially accredited non-profit (i.e. government, municipal) primary, secondary, vocational and tertiary education institutions. Opening up access to the service means creating a corporate Google account for students and teachers, which is managed by the educational institution. Below is an excerpt from the privacy policy:

“The school shares certain personal information of students and teachers with Google, such as usernames, email addresses and passwords, and sometimes additional email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses. Google may also collect personal information from users directly from their G Suite for Education accounts. This includes phone numbers, profile photos and other data added by the users themselves , - in other words, we are talking about all the data of students, teachers and parents, about curricula and programs, about grades and other activities that are entered into Google services.

But that's not all:

“We also collect information that students and teachers provide when they use Google services. Such data include:

-device information, such as model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network data and phone number;

- information from the logs, including information about the use of our services and events on the device, as well as the user's IP address;

- location information obtained using various technologies, including IP addresses, GPS and other sensors;

- unique identifiers, such as the version of the application;

- information about cookies and similar technologies that are used to obtain information about the browser or device, such as language and other settings."

Who, in the end, gets access to this information klondike, besides Google itself? We read on.

“In some special cases, we may provide access to the collected information to third parties. We do not disclose personal information of users to companies, organizations and individuals not affiliated with Google. The exceptions are the cases listed below

If the user's consent is obtained. We share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google with the user's consent

If it is required for service management. G Suite for Education administrators have access to user information in Google Accounts in the school's domain

If external data processing is carried out. We provide personal data to Google affiliates and other trusted companies and individuals for data processing on behalf of Google; however, processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Notice and other applicable privacy and security requirements

- If required for legal reasons. We share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google when we have a good faith belief that accessing, using, collecting or disclosing that data is necessary in order to:

1.fulfill or comply with applicable law, by-law, court order, or enforceable request from a government agency;

2. to enforce the Terms of Use or to investigate their possible violations;

3. identify, suppress or otherwise prevent fraud, as well as eliminate technical or security problems;

4. Protect the rights, property or safety of Google, our users, or the public at large, as required and permitted by law."

In other words, if Google employees “in good faith” believe that the disclosure of customer personal data is necessary for the needs of the companies affiliated with them or “for the good of the whole community,” they will gladly pass it on to third parties. And now some well-known information that some might have forgotten. Google is an American multinational corporation owned by the world's largest investment and management companies (holdings): BlackRock, The Vanguard Group, FMR, LLC, and others. The same offices are shareholders of all the leading Wall Street banks - that is, by the Fed shareholders. Accordingly, Google belongs directly to the "owners of the money."

Google has repeatedly been involved in scandals related to the violation of citizens' right to privacy. In 2013, former US intelligence officer Edward Snowden spoke about the government's PRISM program, the National Security Agency paid Google and other IT giants millions of dollars to spy on Internet users. The company was also accused of direct interference in the affairs of foreign states, of censorship of the Russian English-language media outlets RT and Sputnik. It is obvious on which side it stands in the information war for a multipolar world. But why go far - as recently as September 20, the head of the State Duma commission to investigate interference in the internal affairs of Russia, Vasily Piskarev, invited representatives of Google and Facebook to the next meeting, threatening them with serious fines for trying to influence the outcome of local elections (the information was confirmed by Roskomnadzor). And on September 10, the State Duma in the first reading supported the bill providing for fines of up to 18 million rubles. for refusing to store personal data of Russians on the territory of the country.

How legitimate is Google's penetration into Russian education? Naturally, here you can see continuous violations of the Constitution, federal laws "On information …", "On personal data", "On education …". But all this is only if the parents have not previously signed an agreement with the school for the provision of educational services. Then we can speak with complete confidence about coercion to conclude an agreement (violation of Art. 421 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), illegal collection of personal data, imposition of additional services, education in electronic (remote) form, etc. However, if parents by hook or by crook were nevertheless forced to sign such an agreement (according to the laws and regulations of the education departments, it is not a mandatory document when enrolling in school), it will be much more difficult to get out of such an additional agreement (the photo of which is given above).

Signing an agreement on educational services (which is now massively imposed on citizens, hiding behind the anti-constitutional Federal Law "On Public Services") is in any case a big mistake on the part of the parents. Often, it is drawn up cunningly and, given the current situation in education, it opens a legal loophole for school administrators to do whatever they want with children (including putting digital experiments on them), and in case of subsequent refusal from the parents, to oblige them to teach their children independently, use them as a repressive mechanism, etc. Many simply do not know that, according to 273-FZ "On Education …" and Art. 421 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, signing an agreement with a school is a parent's right, not an obligation. If you have already signed it through an oversight, ignorance, or being confident in the reliability of the educational institution, you must seek its termination.

As you can see, today the cyber-lobbyists make full use of the administrative resource, put pressure on school principals, introduce rating systems so that the leading schools of “innovations” take higher places and receive priority funding. The administration of the educational institution, having received valuable instructions from their budget "sponsors", in turn, begins to put pressure on the parents. And after it seems like a voluntary signing of all contracts and agreements by moms and dads, the digitizers' hands are untied. They not only arrange chaos with our personal data, but also present the situation in such a way that citizens themselves, allegedly with both hands, are in favor of an e-school, starting to promote new reforms even more furiously.

How “democratically” digital “agents of change” operate can be judged from this frank comment on the Internet by “advanced” computer science teacher Sergei Afonin, speaker at many “innovative” educational platforms such as the EdCrunch forum, winner of awards and diplomas for promoting ideas "Digital transformation".

Digitizers leak private data about the educational process in the Russian Federation to the "owners of money"
Digitizers leak private data about the educational process in the Russian Federation to the "owners of money"

This is how digital fascists, with their hands untied thanks to the legal nihilism of parents, are trying to “do good to us”. These are the methods they use to lead us to a "bright" future. And the stage following the general digitization has already started - we are talking about the transfer of Russian education under the control of global platforms such as Google, which poses a huge threat to national and personal security. So it's time for the entire truly patriotic community to agree on a real strategy for confronting and protecting national sovereignty, while the deputies are fraudulently in the form of calling Western IT specialists "on the carpet" to the State Duma.
