Khakhaleva: how is the wedding of the judge's daughter, the protests of farmers and Kushchevka connected?

Deputies, members of the ONF and, finally, members of the Council of Judges of the Krasnodar Regional Court became interested in the wedding of the daughter of a judge from Krasnodar. Checks are underway, materials are sent to the Prosecutor General's Office. Judge Elena Khakhaleva herself calls the information noise around her daughter's wedding ceremony a custom-made attack. In social networks, they joke that they "planted" her daughter's wedding. But seriously, the media again recalled the protests of the Kuban farmers and Kushchevka.

Nikolai Baskov and the tractor march - these words would hardly ever have been able to meet in one sentence, if not for the wedding of the daughter of a judge of the Krasnodar Regional Court, Elena Khakhaleva, on which they allegedly spent $ 2 million. Over the past day, almost all the persons involved in this story managed to comment on the situation. Speakers at the celebration, Iosif Kobzon, Valery Meladze, Soso Pavliashvili and Nikolai Baskov said that they did not take money from the relatives of the newlyweds - they spoke out of friendship. The ex-husband of Khakhaleva, who, according to her, paid for the banquet, said that he spent 5 million rubles on the wedding. The judge's mom added: the media hype is a custom attack.

The information bomb exploded on Sunday, July 16, after the angry post of the famous lawyer Sergei Zhorin. On the same day, blogger Ilya Varlamov was outraged by the wedding. Even earlier, the name of the judge appeared in the post of blogger Oleg Lurie. He wrote that Khakhaleva's husband Robert, with her help, was taking land from small farmers.

The newlyweds played the wedding more than a month ago. There was no instant reaction, but a week before the celebration, the Moment of Truth-93 Center of Independent Experts and Journalists published on YouTube a half-hour film “Golden Judge Khakhalev” (see video at the end of the article). This center itself on YouTube was registered in April, and within a few months the channel also posted the films “The Golden Judge” and “The Golden Judge - 2”. Recently detailed material about Khakhaleva's criminal activities was published on the Kompromat.ru portal and so on. Kuban journalists off-record say that there is a war between two influential clans in the region, and now we see one of the parties in the attack.

However, it was easy to find those who openly accused the Khakhalev family of various crimes even several years ago. The sensational story of the attempts of the Kuban farmers to set off on a tractor march to Moscow is directly related to the judge and her ex-husband. It was Khakhalev who was accused of raiding by the farmers, and his wife was accused of making unjust decisions. Here is the story of Vladimir Shamshurov:

“The legislation in force at the time of the reorganization of the farm did not provide for the ownership of legal entities to land, but Khakhaleva wrote in the court decision that during the reorganization of the farm, the peasants contributed their land shares to the authorized fund of the farm, thereby losing land. This is one point. The second point - in the same year, February is always half a year earlier than August, so we had a reorganization in February, and we received land only in August. That is, we could not in any way contribute it to the statutory fund, since we did not have it. Nevertheless, she wrote that they brought in, and our farm was taken over."

Local media write about Robert Khakhalev as a major latifundist. He is also credited with owning a pawnshop, a microfinance organization, and several construction companies. No one knows about the reasons for the divorce of the spouses, but by the very fact of the dissolution of the marriage, Elena Khakhaleva explained that her declaration did not indicate the income of a former family member. The Khakhalevs also have a son - 27-year-old Kirill, United Russia, who became a deputy of the local Legislative Assembly at 22, that is, immediately after graduation. He is married to the daughter of the head of the Krasnodar Regional Court, that is, the immediate boss of his mother - the main character of this story, Elena Khakhaleva. The new family member is the husband of Elena Khakhaleva's daughter, that is, the groom at that very wedding - the deputy investigator of the western district of Krasnodar, who, very successfully, was transferred from Gelendzhik to the capital of the Kuban right for the wedding. Elena Dryukova, a farmer from the Caucasian region of the Kuban, continues:

“There is a tough, well-organized, very competent raider group, which consists of officials, judges, law enforcement officers, prosecutors of the Krasnodar Territory, employees of the Krasnodar Territory administration. This is not my conclusion, this is the conclusion of the Human Rights Council. Khakhaleva is in charge of these vessels, all raider seizures pass through her. Each district has its own judge."

The council of judges of the Krasnodar Regional Court, where initially they did not intend to react to this scandal at all, later announced the start of checking information about an expensive wedding. In particular, the council will ask the organizers of the celebration to submit financial statements. The wedding was organized by the father of the bride, ex-husband of the judge, landowner, usurer, builder and friend of all the stars of Russian show business - Robert Khakhalev, whom the Kuban farmers are accused of raiding. However, the participants of the tractor march at one time were called by the local media as dummies playing on the side of another rival clan. In the report of the Center for Independent Experts and Journalists "Moment of Truth-93", which tells how the raiders take away the last land from an 87-year-old woman, nothing is said about how these thousands of hectares ended up in the property of the pensioner.

Previously, in the Kuban, they fought for land, shooting at each other, now it seems that YouTube and blogs are being used. What other noble family may be behind the series of revelations is not known. But this is not at all important to society. Such facts rise to the surface that you understand: Kushchevka did not leave the region anywhere, except that there was less blood.
