Recently, a trend has appeared in the information field, which is supported by many talkers and writers, admins of groups in social networks, which can be expressed in the following terms: "a digital concentration camp is coming, total chipping and similar slogans." These statements did not appear from scratch.

Technologies have appeared that allow this kind of control and management of people, and opportunities have opened up for building this very "digital concentration camp".

But the fact is that these very "talkers" who paint us gloomy pictures of the future are themselves working to make such a "concentration camp" a reality. With this article we will try to figure out why this is so, and most importantly, we will show the ways of building a future in which there will be happiness for everyone, and not just for a small stratum of the “chosen ones”.

So, technologies are really emerging with the help of which one can control the financial flows of each person, analyze his behavior, views, preferences, and even model future actions.

And if you set yourself the goal of driving the population into an "electronic concentration camp", where everyone, on pain of being deprived of material wealth (or even freedom), does only what the "system" prescribes, then this goal is technically feasible. In other words, if the concept of introducing digital technologies is anti-human, then a "concentration camp" will be built.

  • Is the technical progress objective, as a result of which the digital technologies in question appear? Yes, it is objective.
  • Will we stop it if we shout at every corner: "guard, we are being driven into digital slavery"? No.

Technologies will quietly be introduced into more and more new spheres of life, and after a while it will be possible to say that the system of "accounting and control" has been built.

Why did we say at the beginning of the article that those who paint gloomy pictures of the future are working to implement this very version of the future? But because these very bloggers and journalists lead people away from us taking part in the formation of the concept of introducing new technologies. And since the people do not participate in government, it means that others will govern, and whether they will take into account the interests of the majority is a big question.

Management is an informational process. To disseminate information is to manage

Therefore, we believe that the people should actively participate in the public discussion on the introduction of digital technologies into life, so that the fruits of technological progress are beneficial, and this benefit is felt by everyone, and not only the owners of international transnational corporations.

In other words, we must get involved in the process of forming the concept of introducing digital technologies into life, so that the concept is formed fair. True, for this it is necessary for the older generation to master smartphones and computers more deeply, and young people should not only watch entertainment content.

Everyone needs to learn “mat. part . Otherwise, due to the illiteracy of the people, an unpleasant situation may occur (very mildly), for example, a scam called MMM was previously run. Then there was a low financial literacy of the population, now there is a low literacy in digital technologies.

Further, we will show that there can be many benefits for an ordinary person, the quality of life can be significantly improved. Let's try to identify the key points at which, like on a railway switch, a turn in one or another direction of development is possible. But first, I would like to say a few words about the ways of introducing new technologies into life, to debunk the myths and ideas of many as it should be.

Examples of publications on the topic of "electronic concentration camp"
Examples of publications on the topic of "electronic concentration camp"

Examples of publications on the topic of "electronic concentration camp"

Looking through the publications on the topic of "electronic concentration camp", the opinion was formed that the opponents themselves imagine the process of transition to it as violent.

Something like that if every person is caught, a chip is forcibly inserted, or on pain of death they are obliged to submit their prints, a snapshot of the retina of the eyes, the timbre of the voice, etc. to a certain database

In fact, this is far from the case. More often, such things are implemented in life in such a way that a person "himself" wants it.

For example, you will get tired of standing in lines in a supermarket at the checkout, seeing how people identified by the “system” simply pass by, looking at the camera installed at the exit, after a while you yourself will go to submit biometric data. Or, if they return a part of the funds for purchased food products, if they "pass through the system", then many will also want this for themselves. This is how, imperceptibly, and, as it were, "at the request of the people themselves," innovations enter life

What good can digitalization bring to people, which will soon enter all spheres of society? Many things. We will not be able to cover all the spheres of implementation in this material, but those that we will try to describe will be enough to understand the possible future and for ways of action on the way to it.

Let's start with the fact that the program, combined into a single system for controlling human income and expenses, will allow working and receiving income only according to the "white" scheme.

Here, many will see a punishing sword that will be carried over the wallet of citizens. But, this will make it possible to identify persons who receive income unearned, parasitizing on the rest of society, corrupt officials, and here is the first key point at which it is necessary to persistently propose to introduce punishment for unearned income, and reduce taxes, since the number of taxpayers will increase by reducing those who does not pay them.

We understand that now many do not pay taxes not because of a good life, but when the system does not give a choice, it’s time to declare the need to bring the tax system to a state where it is beneficial to live by the law.

Next moment. Full control over expenses will allow collecting information on the structure of purchases of each person in the database. And here we see the second point in the public discussion. It is necessary to demand that this information be used not only for statistics, but also for subsidizing certain groups of goods.

For example, when buying food, you can return a certain percentage back to the buyer's account. Here, options are possible, for example, you can single out "healthy" food (vegetables, fruits, etc.), and unhealthy foods (sweet soda, alcohol, etc.), and manage the health of society, stimulating those who eat right, go to sports halls, libraries, and imposing additional costs on those who drink alcohol, smoke, hang out in night bars, etc.

Can such a policy contribute to a healthier society? We think so.

And such digital tools as CSP - public digital platforms - will allow creating a network of horizontal connections between people for organizing even local self-government at the level of a house, city, district, even exchanging goods and services without intermediaries.

This will allow everyone to get involved in the management processes, and such a mass scale and involvement will contribute to the fact that anti-popular decisions will have little chance of being made.

Social rating

Many have heard about the introduction of a "social rating" system in China.

For reference. In China, for more than 15 years, various fields of activity have been digitized and brought together into a single database. They can be used to track the history of the actions of a single person, and on their basis assign him a certain "rating"

So, for some negative actions (non-payment of fines, taxes, loan payments, foul language) and some positive (visiting certain places, participating in certain types of social activities, etc.), a person is awarded “points”.

And if a person's “rating” is below a certain value, he is denied the right to use air travel, loans, etc. This is a vivid example of how, without the participation of the people, a system is implanted “from above” in which “parameters” are adopted without the approval of people who are beneficial to a certain small “elite”.

We think that after running in China, such a system will be tried to be implemented in other countries. It is important at the implementation stage to get involved in the discussion process so that the “assessment parameters” are in the hands of society. For example, so that this system is not used to eliminate activists disliked by the authorities.

It is necessary to create public control over what is extremist and what is simply an alternative to the existing one. There should be a system for appealing ratings, because artificial intelligence is far from always able to assess the situation fairly, because it has no conscience. Moreover, the system should imply public discussion and announcement of arguments, because the judicial system in which judges can make biased decisions is far from ideal.

And can the "social rating" system have a positive effect on people? We believe that it can. If you use foul language, constantly cross the road at a red light, smoke, drink alcohol, spend time in a casino, then this is at least by artificial intelligence (AI), although, based on generally accepted ethical standards, the people themselves will be assessed as wrong behavior.

And for this, both in the opinion of others and in the opinion of AI, you will have a "low rating". If you are actively acting for the benefit of society, helping people, then this should at least be reflected positively. What do you think? If people do fewer negative actions and more positive ones, is it good or bad?

What is good and what is bad
What is good and what is bad

There is a natural process of transformation of society from primitive savagery to righteousness. And a properly configured "social rating" mechanism only helps this process. Let us repeat that the main thing here is to prevent the construction of a system of struggle against the "unwanted". Correctly set the "parameters" of the assessment and provide for mechanisms of public control.

Planned Economy

We have already mentioned above the capabilities of AI for accounting for all purchases of each person. How else can this data be used? Let's say you buy a liter of milk three times a week and a dozen eggs once a week. Can you predict that next week you will need three liters of milk and a dozen eggs? Can.

And AI can, by summing up such forecasts for the inhabitants of an entire city, issue a production plan for a week, month, year. And these are (for a minute!) The prerequisites for the transition to a planned economy!

A planned economy not only creates stability in society and reduces the burden on the environment, but also (attention!) Does not need interest on loans

This means that it becomes possible to free oneself from the oppression of usurers-parasites with all the ensuing positive consequences up to the construction of a society where no one lives at the expense of the labor of others. Separation of needs

It is no secret that now there is a stratification in the society according to the level of income. And people with low incomes are rightly ranked among the socially unprotected segments of the population. To support such people, a cumbersome system has been built, which allows you to receive targeted support from those who need it.

But the system works very badly. To get help, people need to collect mountains of information, which is why many do not contact her. It would be easier to pay some kind of unconditional benefit to everyone, but at the moment, this will not be socially fair.

After all, there are people with a good income who simply receive it "in the dark", there are asocial elements who spend their income more on alcohol, tobacco, degradation, but not on their children and development.

So, the system of accounting for income and expenses will make it possible to qualitatively change this situation, but there is a moment, another key point, which can direct the development of society on a completely “different path”. In the dialogue about the protection of "socially unprotected layers of the population", it is possible to propose to divide all human needs into two groups:

  • demographically determined (housing, food, clothing, communications, transport),
  • parasitic-degradative (alcohol, jewelry, some types of cosmetics, tattoos, nightclubs, game industry, … the list will be replenished).
Two groups of needs
Two groups of needs

In other words, it is necessary to highlight what a person needs for life and development, and what, on the contrary, leads to his degradation. And after that, subsidies should be paid on the first list of goods and services, and increased taxes should be imposed on the second.

In this way, it is possible not only to help the needy strata of society in a targeted manner and without cumbersome bureaucratic procedures, but also to help society enter a qualitatively new stage of development. Namely. The division into two spectrum of needs will cause a decrease in demand for parasitically degraded goods and services.

Further, this will lead to a reduction in their production. Further, a huge number of able-bodied population will be freed, which will be a problem for the authorities. Then you can go in two ways: either mow down the "extra" people, or provide them with work.

Here, in a public discussion, it will be necessary to propose to follow the Stalinist path - he dreamed of a six-hour working day. This will need to be secured at the legislative level with the preservation of wages not lower than the previous earnings. What qualitative changes will be after that in society, we think, is understandable.

People will spend the free time on raising children, on their own development, on social activities. This will entail the opening of a mass of hobby groups, sports societies, etc.

The creative potential of people will be in demand. And this will be expressed not only in an avalanche of inventions and discoveries, but also in reaching solutions to issues that have been raised by many philosophers and thinkers. We mean questions about the meaning of life, the structure of the universe, about the Creator.

Anticipating the objections of opponents who will say that “nothing depends on us, everything will be decided for us without us, the choice has already been made for us, we are small people, etc.” »Disseminate information of similar content on social networks. Maybe someone wants the people to think that way. This is an indirect intelligence sign that, in fact, the opposite is true.

Much depends on us. And it is not for nothing that as a proof of this statement, at all times there are individuals who, by their actions, change the situation, showing all of us that everything is in our hands.

For future technologies

Apparently, there are some "forces" who, having studied the potential of digital technologies, decided to use them to arrange a world in which a small group of parasites will be warm, satisfying and safe, and all the rest will be controlled by artificial intelligence, and there will be mechanisms " disconnect "any unwanted from the provision, so that the rest" do not rock the boat."

And, building such a system, at the first stage, it became necessary to exclude people from the process of developing a concept for introducing digitalization into life. And therefore, there is support (material, informational) of those bloggers, writers, journalists who, without explaining the possible positive aspects of new technologies, urge to mindlessly shout "guard, we are being driven into a digital concentration camp."

By this, time is won when the true possibilities of new technologies will be revealed by everyone, but it will be too late, since the "concentration camp", as they fruitlessly yearn for, will already be built.

Management Priorities

Readers interested in management theory know that management tools can be conditionally attributed to one of 6 groups (or several at once), which helps to analyze these management tools (priorities) and outline development paths to an acceptable result. Let us recall these priorities. From the sixth priority to the first, the speed of impact decreases, but the sustainability of the result increases. So:

  • 6 - power,
  • 5 - means of genocide through poisons,
  • 4 - financial,
  • 3 - ideological,
  • 2 - historical,
  • 1 - methodological.

Let's analyze the "digital concentration camp" taking into account these generalized controls.

Society Management Priorities
Society Management Priorities

We think we can say that digitalization has an impact on society on each of these management priorities.

On the sixth, power priority, you can see the system for identifying people who commit offenses. Moreover, it will work not only in public places equipped with cameras, but also by indirect signs to determine the persons involved in crimes.

The detection rate will increase sharply, due to this, the number of crimes committed will decrease. The fear of inevitability of punishment (and this is the third priority) will reduce the likelihood that a potential criminal will decide on his plan. This also includes the fight against financial crimes, bribes, kickbacks, business protection, corruption. Bottom line: reduced crime.

On the fifth priority digitalization can affect the health of society by reducing the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, reducing counterfeit products, because if all purchases are monitored, and on their basis, if not a rating, then a certain “portrait” of a person will be drawn up, and this will contribute to a stricter attitude towards the use of harmful, unhealthy products.

And when divided into demographically determined and degrading needs of people, the consumption of food products, which can be attributed to the latter (soda, energy drinks, chewing gum, etc.), will also decrease.

About the fourth priority control was mentioned above. Controlling income and expenses will allow you to get an opportunity to end poverty, you just need not to silently accept what is proposed, but to enter into a discussion, offer the available tools to use for the benefit of the person.

Perhaps the above groups of controls are understandable and obvious to many. Not everything is so obvious with higher priorities, let's look at them as well.

The third priority is ideological … It must be said that the ideology that dominates society determines most of the intentions and actions of people. In the USSR, there was an ideology of building communism, and the actions of people were aimed precisely at this. Hence the desire of people to draw closer, help each other. Now the dominant ideology is to enrich yourself as much as you can. Hence the desire for profit, corruption.

For example, if in the Soviet Union the director of a dairy plant set himself and the team the task of feeding people, now he is striving for maximum profit, hence the huge amount of products stuffed with "chemistry" - the ideology has changed, the approach to activities has also changed.

With the massive introduction of digital technologies into life, if society remains silent and does not take part in the discussion of innovations, a new ideology may be established, which sounds something like this: "do everything according to the rules, and you will be fine."This is unacceptable, since a person will become a slave to the system and his main goal will not be to violate any setting that is controlled by the AI. It should not be forgotten that digital technology is only a tool.

And they should help people live, and not be a punishing instrument for the unwanted. We must build a just society where everyone can fulfill their potential, and the digitalization of most spheres of life should make it easier for us to do this.

On the second, historical priority after the digitization of books and other written historical sources, through the control of servers and various "wikipedias", we will most likely be shown dark examples of life "before" and bright pictures "after". This will be done to justify the need to digitize all spheres of activity in order to make us live according to the above ideology. But our task is to recall from history examples of the life of societies when they were under total control. Their bottom line was always sad.

First, highest priority generalized controls, you need to understand the goals and meanings.

Remember that digital technology is just a tool. Here is an ax - also a tool, you can build a house with it, but you can also chop off your head

It all depends on the purpose for which it will be used. If life goals are reduced to consumption and receiving pleasure, then there is no time to think about higher priorities. But if a person seeks to build a future for himself and his descendants, in which everyone will be fine, then goals and ideals will not be associated with momentary pleasures.

When analyzing and discussing certain digital technologies, you must always have a picture of the future we are striving for. And to put at the forefront those goals that we want to achieve, and not "whether the system will approve or not."

The main thing is that the system of assessments "what is good and what is bad" came from within the person himself, based on his conscience, and not taken from the system.

What will ultimately be built will depend on this. Whether it will be a digital concentration camp, where only a handful of parasites will be good, or a fair society in which everyone has enough and everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential, depends on everyone's understanding of the results that this or that technology can lead to.

Conclusion

It is clear that not all aspects of life change have been considered after digital technologies enter most spheres of human activity. Take, for example, the reduction of document circulation, paperwork, ease of access to various services. With this article we have tried to show that not only when it comes to digital technologies, but in many other cases, any innovation is not “either white or black”.

Before fighting an unborn "monster", you should always think about the positive effect that you can get. And take over so that innovation improves life, and not vice versa.

Conceptually literate people are able to build the future they dream of. And a bunch of parasites cannot resist this, even though they now own all the money in the world.
