The law in today's "civilized world" is a sacred cow, which cannot be encroached upon. All the more closely, applying our common sense, we should deal with this concept. Moreover, be so careful not to fall under the "punishing sword of justice." But I will try even more, not for my own skin, but for the well-being of our Motherland and our people, who do not need either turmoil or another bloodletting. This is correct and achievable. Therefore, I do not call anyone to either change the constitutional order or to violate the existing norms of the law. But for the correct understanding - I urge.

The law as a reference for the executioner

Back in school, we were told that the law appeared thousands of years ago. And it existed precisely as a reference for the executioner - an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth (Jewish law). Everything is clear and there is no need to invent new executions every time. So what, in those days, people were only engaged in mutual self-mutilation? Of course not. They lived, loved, made friends and worked. And they did it not at all according to the law of that time, but according to customs and something else.

But a lot of water has flowed under the bridge since then. Maybe today the law is no longer just a manual for the executioner, but something more? And there is. Now only the Criminal Code has retained the punishing essence of for-KON. The rest of the codes are in the form of prescriptions. Only they are no longer based on traditions and customs, but on the principle humanism (from Lat. humanitas - "humanity", homo - "man"), from which the concept of law stems.

It is humanism that underlies Western civilization, their laws and codes, and does not underlie ours. So what is it, and is it possible to live by this principle?

Humanism as a mental disorder (megalomania)

Do you think that humanity in the understanding of Western civilization is about compassion, caring for someone, or, God forbid, about love? You are greatly mistaken. It's about selfishness (pride). He is in charge there, and the rest is strapped on the side. It is a shame to be selfish only with us. Don't believe me? You are welcome:

“The principle of selfishness as a universal principle of human activity was recognized in the Age of Enlightenment. The term egoism itself appeared in the 18th century. French thinkers of the 18th century formulated the theory of "reasonable egoism", believing that the basis of morality is correctly understood self-interests ("reasonable self-love", Helvetius) "(Wikipedia).

Already at the beginning of the 20th century, the magazine “ Egoist". It has its own readers, and they do not hide their preferences. They are not ashamed to buy and read it. We don't even have such a magazine today, we don't have it yet. It still sounds ugly, like a magazine “ Wretch" or " Petty tyrant ».

If you do not understand, re-read the above quote or any serious literature on humanism. Understand and never forget that selfishness is the deepest foundation of Western civilization … One of the goals of this article is to learn to distinguish between people affected by this mental illness and healthy people.

Humanism was created several centuries ago as the complete opposite and denial of the religious worldview. And it is based on the principle of selfishness. In Christianity, Islam, Judaism, the place of the highest value was occupied by lord … Man has always been to blame, from birth he owed everyone and constantly repented.

When it became difficult to keep people in this rein, the "shepherds" of the Western nations voiced a new, secular ideology in order to drive people to the other extreme. In this theory of humanism, the place gentlemen occupied by the man himself. And all the other fabrications were required only to substantiate for some reason the glimpses of morality that appear in people. They also cover humanism with its predatory grin.

According to the principles of humanism: "Man - his rights and freedoms are the highest value" … Like this! No, and there will not be in the world a being more valuable (and therefore great) than a man. When does this radiant greatness arise? That's right, at the moment of birth. This radiant value is inherent in a person until his death, no matter what he does, no matter how dirty he is. Hares, elephants and dolphins, trees and grasses, planets and galaxies - all prostrate themselves!

So this person would have remained unconditionally valuable and great, if such a great multitude had not been running around the earth. It is clear that greatness has to be shared. But what is the highest then? Stupidity turns out.

Therefore, Western thinkers endowed every person with rights … As if, tore off each of his own piece of the world, within which he is infinitely great, valuable and omnipotent. This is how the "right to private property" and all individual rights appeared. Violate and transgress them in no case! There, behind every fence of rights, sits a small, but infinitely great god-almighty. Maybe bite.

However, splitting the world into pieces is a half-measure. I want complete and boundless greatness. So god-pride always dissatisfied with his position. He will definitely grab something from a neighbor, on occasion. And if such types are forced to live side by side, then trust each other at their word. Here and helps out Contract … If some splendid, priceless person put his signature on the agreement, then the next day this brute will not open up. That's all the basis of modern "civilized" Western society.

It is a civilization of selfishness, sealed with the ink of treaties. A bunch of egoists who strive to divide and own everything that is possible for their own pleasure.

This is what the Westerners constantly reproach us for - in their opinion, the value of human life here in Russia (among the Russians) is negligible! Wasn't that what they shouted about in Bolotnaya Square?

They write on the posters - "The rule of law, not the king." And they don’t even understand that the authorities are not some kind of fence - “I’m standing here, I don’t let them go there.”

Power is the trust of people to someone … The world is so arranged that it can only be possessed by a living being, just someone, like a "king". And the "handbook for the executioner" is beyond its power. And even the customs are not capable of this. Person for this it is necessary, and not simple.

The rally in the swamp was a good indicator of the degree of contamination of our society. After all, most of its participants really came voluntarily and free of charge. They actually think so. But sometimes it seems to me that it would be better if they were paid. In fact, the price of a person (if we are talking about him, and not about his life, death, wedding, rights, funeral …) is commensurate with his qualities and capabilities. And this is a healthy approach. And since someone turned out to be insignificant, then …

However, we are really far from the western "highest value". We are clearly not humanists … And this is encouraging, because the principle of humanism is strikingly similar to the medical definition of disease: “ Megalomania; delirium of grandeur (Greek Μανία - passion, madness) - a type of self-awareness and personality behavior, expressed in the extreme degree of overestimation of their importance, fame, popularity, wealth, power, genius, political influence, up to omnipotence …"

In my opinion, the main principle of humanism (which is so similar to delirium of greatness) does not correspond to reality. And nothing effective and viable can be built on false principles. And if this principle is the basis of the theory of law and legislation, then these things should also be unviable. Except, of course, for the punitive function of the criminal code. But living in all this is in no way impossible. And we live. Let's finally understand what forces actually create peoples and powers.

What is KON and what is KON?

The well-known democrats of the Athenians also had the custom of ostracing (that is, distrust) their politicians. This was done through voting, where votes were cast in the form of broken clay shards. Hence the name. After all, in Greek, the clay pot was called ostracon … And in Russian it is also spicy. because KOH - this is the edge, and the edges of the shard are really sharp.

So what did our ancestors mean when they said "Live at stake" and "Punish by law"?

To live according to the stake means to perform the actions prescribed by the stake. As if limited to them. That is, those that lead everyone to the intended goal. That's all. This is a healthy, conscious life. In fact, any society can exist and develop only in this way. And to live according to the principle “What is not forbidden is allowed” is cretinism. Imagine that the legislators decided to rid the people of sexual perverts. Suppose they adopted a law where they forbade intercourse with: animals, birds, dead people, people of the same sex. But right there you will find florophyllas, ichthyophiles and even insectophiles. There is no result - powerlessness.

Isn't the same thing happening now with the restriction of the sale of drugs? After all, they do not have time to update the lists of prohibited substances, as new ones appear. Law enforcement agencies try to live according to artificial invented principles, and then complain that they were struck by the lack of power. Why, one should not live by prohibitions, but according to the prescriptions, in pursuit of certain goals.

Carnal love should produce healthy offspring. This is her task. If this result is not achieved, then something is wrong, not at stake. Adolescents should strive to take their place in society, become useful … If instead they are doing nonsense, then again it is not okay. There is already a tenth question, what is he trying to entertain himself - smokes bamboo or plays on a snag. The main thing is that lives not on the line, and this is the first thing to deal with.

Sometimes a person is engaged in completely harmless activities, but they can conflict with the purpose of society. Imagine, for example, that during the Great Patriotic War, while defending Moscow, some of its residents suddenly decided to start rebuilding roads in the western direction. This is actually a good thing, if you do not take into account that the roads were dug on purpose, as an obstacle for the advancing enemy. It is clear that such people will immediately become outcasts. These would-be road workers will be punished according to the "laws of wartime" as traitors.

To do the same with the fifth column in Russia is only hindered by our general lack of understanding of what is happening. There is a private understanding, but there is no general understanding yet. These "Westerners-humanists" all the time try to do some kind of seemingly good things, gather on swamp areas, care about the disabled and the rights of everyone, except for people who really form the basis of our society. Malicious dispersion of the forces and means of the state, this is of course the same betrayal.

These genetically modified people, without doing anything illegal, manage to become outcasts and destroy their own state. They do not know our goals, and do not recognize our ancient horses. Therefore, only for humanists-egoists the question: "What is the meaning of life?", Could become an insoluble riddle. There is no point in their lives, even look with lanterns. They want to live only for themselves, loved ones, and even to be considered useful. Such a contradiction cannot be resolved.

Is Western Civilization So Terrible?

When you tell people the structure of the foundations of the Western world, many people think that this is a kind of propaganda. Bulging flaws and hiding advantages. After all, it cannot be that all Europeans and Americans are so proud.

Of course it cannot. Many of them are kind and have wonderful human qualities. But what is the point if these deep generic urges emerge in them unconsciously, in the form of surging emotions? They are just feelings. The majority does it anyway, according to their worldview. But there he reigns false western worldview. It is it, clothed in laws, science and philosophy, reigns supreme in the occupied lands and in the minds of the inhabitants.

And what about compassion, morality, love? They are there. How can you dismiss them immediately? Only this is something secondary and beautiful (Euro-optional). It is there, apparently, has to do with art. It seems to be worth reckoning with, but the main thing is Law … Remember how the Chief Minister said in the film “An Ordinary Miracle”: “… A princess cannot die of love. Love really causes illnesses, but they are not fatal, but rather amusing … . It is such a frivolous place assigned to our ancient horses in that other world that we call the West.

Obviously, I am not engaged in propaganda, but only show the main and the secondary in their civilization.

Where can I find KOH?

Western civilization really scary … By imposing a false vision of the world, it disfigures a person at the genetic level. After all, we, people, are so arranged that the worldview we have adopted determines our thoughts and actions. And those, in turn, always change our genetics and even our appearance. Sometimes they cheat terribly, to the point of complete dehumanizing.

In order not to fall under this "skating rink" we must firmly stand on our ancient horses. But where can you find them? Probably, in search of this treasure, you need to go around the whole earth, go up to heaven and go underground. Perhaps we should find old texts minted on gold plates. Or, in the deep Siberian taiga, pull the gray-haired old man out of the cave, who will tell us everything. Of course, these are not bad options, but in reality, everything is much simpler.

For millennia, our ancestors lived, worked and fought according to the ancient horses that led them to a high goal. Over the years, horses have simply entered our bloodstream. They are known to all normal people, and are called moral norms, and in Russian, morality. This is exactly what was the main thing with us, what became superfluous in Western civilization, and for which they had to look for an excuse in the person humanism.

We have a mechanism for controlling the execution of these rules - conscience. Usually it is present in a person and easily copes with the assessment of his actions. Our ancestors had a separate concept and about justice … It successfully replaces all manuals for executioners, and all criminal codes.

Justice was used to interact with those who live by law … An interesting fact: even in our criminal code there is a record that justice should be carried out on the principle of fairness. True, this term has not received further development in criminal law. As a result, they are judged strictly by the law. It is interesting that even today, when going to court, our people often want to restore justice. But every judge knows that the court is not concerned with seeking the truth and restoring justice. It only defines legality.

People are at a loss. They are amazed that law and justice are not the same … They know for sure that the court must judge fairly. Ask yourself: how do you know this? Why are you so sure? Because it is the voice of your ancient blood. This is generic memory. The world around you has been terribly changed, but you are still the same people from fabulous antiquity.

Without even realizing this, we live and act every day. at stake … In the morning we get up and go to work, although it is always easier to steal. And not because we are afraid of punishment, but simply ashamed to live at someone else's expense … We bring our earnings to the family, spend on children, and not only on ourselves, but not at all because the family code says so. It would simply be a shame to be otherwise.

Conclusion

It would seem that our life today is strictly governed by legal norms built on the principles of humanism. But humanism is a morbid megalomania … And law in its modern sense is a product of that very mental illness. It turns out that all this construction around us, so formidable and harsh in appearance, is not viable. It needs to be fed, spooned and supported all the time, otherwise it will fall apart.

In fact, the world, as before, stands on the truth, morality and justice … And we are the keepers of this ancient horse we are with you … Every day, with our hard work and moral core, we keep this world from falling. Where these foundations disappear, violence, blood and death very soon come. And all the formidable law enforcement agencies become startlingly helpless.

Of course, it is no coincidence that they are trying to recognize justice as fiction, and conscience is removed from dictionaries as an outdated concept. This is done on purpose. In order to deprive humanity of reason, and therefore the ability to survive. For this, in our worldview, the basic concepts are being replaced. Simple and effective. Replacing the memory of the past (history), they took away from us purpose … The goal is gone - they are erasing our con, as if they were superfluous. He was replaced by law … He was always punished, but now, it turns out, according to the law it is necessary live.

The way out is simple. We remember and firmly put the following truths in our minds:

- You should live according to KON.

- KON is registered in us as morality and is checked by conscience.

- According to FOR-KONU, outcasts (who do not live by KONU) should be punished, and justice is the measure for him.

- It is the bearers of morality and justice with a conscience that are the basis for peace and prosperity in any society.

It is already possible and necessary to live this way. There is only a little left. The next station on our way is Target.

Addition

The sovereign state of Ukraine is going to build a wall on the border with Russia. It is assumed that it will be a massive structure equipped with modern surveillance and countermeasures. Well, isn't it wonderful that they named this building European Shaft!

Those columns that have been standing in the Urals since the time of Peter 1 and marking the border between Europe and Asia have long been untrue. This is where the great confrontation between the two worlds manifested itself - in the European Val. Two civilizations collided again.

But is it really not clear to us - if they are building a wall against us, then they are afraid! So what is the whole Western world afraid of in us? Apparently what we are strong with. What we have and what they don’t have. What is it - oil, missiles, army? What naivety. Good but not enough. All this has happened before, but the walls around us begin to appear only when we become ourselves. We gain intelligence and strength.

Our main weapons are truth, justice and conscience. Do not be shy, but you should be proud of it. And be sure to use. This is great power, even for one person. And when millions unite to achieve a common goal, for the sake of truth and justice, they transform the whole world. They make the enemy terrified, because this power arises, as it were, out of nothing. The ugly Western civilization remembers this well, because it regularly gets slapped from us. Every hundred years.
