The Earth and its ionosphere is a giant spherical resonator, the cavity of which is filled with a weakly electrically conductive medium. If the electromagnetic wave that has arisen in this medium after going around the globe again coincides with its own amplitude (enters into resonance), then it can exist for a long time.

One of the main frequencies is 7, 8 Hz and, interestingly, it exactly coincides with the frequency of the alpha rhythm of the human brain (man and nature are one). Alpha rhythm (from 8 to 13 Hz) is, in short, the frequency of the brain of a person lying with closed eyes in a relaxed state (not sleeping, dozing). The Schumann frequency was so stable for a long time that the military tuned their devices to it. However, Schumann's frequency began to rise.

NASA has developed a device that emits vibrations with a frequency of 7, 8 Hz, harmonizing and calming the brain. The device is used primarily in the field of astronautics, for astronauts who have been for a long time far from the Earth. Due to the fact that the astronaut's brain does not feel the resonant frequency of the Earth, he starts having headaches, distracted attention, dizziness, etc. (space sickness).

There are five main groups of brain waves:

Beta waves (beta rhythm, 13-30 Hz): They arise in an active, vigorous state, when you have to think a lot and actively, and attention is directed outward (it corresponds to the level of everyday consciousness, in which sensory perception of the external world prevails). A high beta wave activity always corresponds to a high release of stress hormones.

Alpha waves (alpha rhythm, 8-12 Hz): Are fixed in a state bordering between sleep and awakening, arising in a state of wakefulness during rest, relaxation or shallow meditation with closed eyes (in its highest stage, it corresponds to the level of superconsciousness corresponding to the level of enlightenment and freedom). Even reading a textbook with theta waves contributes to a greater assimilation of the material.

Theta waves (theta rhythm, 4-7 Hz): Arises during shallow sleep, deep relaxation and meditation (this corresponds to the level of penetration into the subconscious, at which there is a release from suppressed emotions and mental blocks). Increase the ability of memory, focusing attention, stimulate fantasy, promote vivid dreams. Some people find that half an hour of theta waves a day replaces 4 hours of regular sleep.

Delta waves (delta rhythm, 0.5-3 Hz): Appear during deep sleep without dreams, trance, hypnosis. Gamma waves (30 Hz and above): go side by side with the concepts of "hyperconsciousness", "hyperreality".

These four basic rhythms, corresponding to the four basic states of human consciousness, were described in ancient times in ancient Indian philosophical texts, in particular, in the Upanishads, where they called:

* daytime wakefulness or, in today's language, beta state, * sleep with dreams (alpha state), * dreamless sleep (delta state) and

* deep meditation leading to a state of liberation (theta state).

vibration of gratitude (thank you) - 45 hertz;

heartfelt gratitude - from 140 hertz and above;

unity and communication with other people - 144 hertz and above;

compassion - from 150 hertz and above (and pity is only 3 hertz);

love, which is called the head, that is, when a person understands that love is good, a bright feeling and great strength, but it is still impossible to love with your heart - 50 hertz;

the love that a person generates with his heart for all people without exception and all living things - from 150 hertz and above;

unconditional, sacrificial love - from 205 hertz and above.

From this we can conclude that in order to control people, in order to slow down the spiritual development of people, they must be kept at low vibrational frequencies. This is facilitated by the entire currently created "culture", the media, the entire information field of our society, food, medicines, etc.

Schumann's frequency began to grow in 1986 and has already reached 14-15 Hz, which corresponds to the beta rhythm of the brain, conscious activity.

Since the 80s, the birth of indigo children on Earth has increased, and today there are almost 100% of those born indigo. At the same time, various sources indicate that the majority are born with small cerebral dysfunction. They have practically no alpha rhythm, it is a low-frequency brain rhythm that functions from birth at higher frequencies.

So what are the ways to increase vibrations? How to maintain and improve mental and physical health, to come to Happiness and Harmony?

Remember how we talk about an unfortunate person - he is depressed, he walks as if he were lowered into the water, which is heavy on his soul. And, conversely, if a person is happy and healthy, then we say that he is on the rise, as if he flies on wings, that his heart is light. That is, folk wisdom has retained hints of ancient knowledge about high and low vibrations of energies.

Everything sickly, evil, dirty has low vibrations, and everything healthy, happy, joyful has high vibrations. Pathogenic bacteria and microbes can live only at low vibrations, while high vibrations are intolerable for them, they burn them. Therefore, as many have probably heard, the wounds of the winners heal so quickly and, on the contrary, the wounded of the losing side get sick for a long time and seriously. And any disease is characterized by the energy of low vibrations (clairvoyants see a kind of energetic mud in the diseased organ of a person, and the aura of a depressed or unhealthy person looks dirty gray. And a person overflowing with happiness and health seems to glow (especially eyes), often even ordinary people notice it. This means that a person is filled with light energy of high vibrations.)

The world around us is one, the differences are only apparent, external. Energy is at the heart of all that exists, and what modern scientists call energy-informational exchange occurs between individual organisms. That is, "bad" energy is also "bad", low-vibration information. And when we read our newspapers, full of descriptions of crimes, violence, or watch TV, from where violent news, cruel and vile films are splashed on us (pornography is also vile, "dirty" energy), then we tune in to these low vibrations of dirty information and absorb it into ourselves.

The same happens when we slander ourselves or listen to the unkind speech of other people, when we have evil, vengeful thoughts and feelings. Even obscene expressions carry "dirty" energy of low vibrations, which stains us and lowers our energy level. And the energy-information exchange occurs in the same way as with a radio receiver: to what frequency of waves we tuned in, we accept that program. And therefore, if we lowered our vibrations with evil thoughts, feelings, words or deeds, then we immediately tune our body to receive "dirty" energy, which serves as an ideal breeding ground for pathogens.

So how can you reach high vibrations, create conditions within yourself in which disease-causing bacteria and microbes cannot exist? To understand this, one must observe happy healthy people. What makes them different? As a rule, these are kind, joyful people, they are not interested in base conversations, gossip, they are not inclined to condemn other people, they are not envious, they do not exhaust themselves with the experiences of life's failures and difficulties, but they are industriously and calmly looking for a way out. They subconsciously learned to tune in to higher vibrations and avoid lower vibrations. And by virtue of the corresponding cosmic laws, they structure the space around them in a special way and, as they say, luck smiles at them more often and fate develops better. They get sick less often, are more efficient, and even need less sleep. Therefore, you will be able to improve your health and even destiny by the mere fact that you will take a closer look at such people and try to adopt their positive attitude towards life and towards people.

Now let's look at other, more targeted ways to raise your vibration. Let's start with the famous formula beauty will save the world. Beauty is that which most fully corresponds to its high purpose, which is harmonious.

People are usually limited only to external concepts of beauty, but a base person can also be beautiful, and therefore people do not believe in the saving role of beauty. But the outer side is only a tiny part of our personality, our world. There is a much more important and voluminous part - the inner world of a person. Its share in our personality is immeasurably greater, and therefore the beauty of our inner world influences our life immeasurably more than our external data.

Beauty, or rather harmony, has such high vibrations that it transforms both a person and the world around him. And when the proportion of harmonious people in society reaches a certain critical mass (not as large as some think), then a qualitative leap will occur in the life of society, and humanity will rise to a new stage of evolution.

Look upward often, toward the blue sky, toward the bright stars. From there, from space, a stream of cosmic energy is directed to the earth, energy of a higher order, which fills you, if you tune in correctly, with the very energy of high vibrations that is so necessary for physical and mental health. Admiration for the beauty of the sky and the stars, as well as reflections on spiritual topics, helps to tune in to this energy.

The same energy of high vibrations is diffused in the nature around us. Admire the beauty of nature more often: lush green trees and grasses, blue rivers and lakes, beautiful flowers. It is in nature that a lot of harmony is still preserved. And if you contemplate it with admiration and love, then a kind of unity occurs, a connection to the pure energy of nature.

Another possibility of energetic recharging from the nature around us is direct contact with trees. To do this, you need to choose the tree you like the most (preferably birch or oak, but in no case maple, aspen or willow, which take energy (although in some cases these trees can also help when a person is overwhelmed with negative energy, as well as Some types of headaches.) Try to mentally make friends with this tree, best of all if they are the same trees, for example, on your route to work or near your home.

Place your palms on the tree and mentally tune in to it. Remember to do this with love. If you practice, you will soon begin to notice the life rhythm of the tree - you will, as it were, wiggle slightly. Then you will feel the energy pouring into you - clean, refreshing and healing. And if you regularly do this exercise, then it will be enough for you a couple of times a day for a few minutes to communicate in this way with your tree friend, so that you have enough vigor for the whole day. Just try not to splash this natural energy with irritation or other negative emotions.

Breathe in the primordial life energy. Pay special attention to the silence around the trees. When you connect to this silence and become imbued with it, then a wonderful state of inner harmony and calm joy arises, and a kind of fencing off from the surrounding world also occurs. At the same time, it is important to suspend at least for a short time the continuous "chewing" of thoughts, to produce a kind of "expansion of consciousness" on the surrounding trees, to merge with them in their rhythm of life, in their sensations.

Working with a tree (palm on a tree trunk, mood, as described above) - breathing with the entire surface of the skin (feel how the hairs on the skin when inhaling are pressed against the body, and when exhaling they leave). Inhale slowly (with the entire surface of your "shell"), the feeling is as if you are drinking a thick syrup.

Look for silence in nature, listen to it, enjoy it. It is the silence that allows you to immerse yourself deeper into the contemplated object, as well as reveal and improve the beauty of your inner world. Try to find at least a little time every day for solitude and immersion in the beautiful, sublime. Better yet, move to live in nature in order to enjoy its beauty and silence every day.

The next way to raise your vibrations is to filter the information that you are letting in. Stop watching TV and listening to the radio. Let yourself in less negativity and worry less about negative news and situations. On the contrary, fill yourself with positive information (books, films, videos) that brings Kindness, Happiness and Harmony.
