Biological Weapons and How the US Air Force Seeks White Russian DNA

Indeed, mankind has managed to create biological weapons that can take many millions of lives in cases where the population does not have the means of protection and treatment, and the state does not have specialized civil and military units. During the Middle Ages, the lack of such facilities and services in conditions of complete unsanitary conditions led to massive infections with dangerous bacteria of plague, anthrax, smallpox, cholera, influenza and measles viruses, from which hundreds of millions of people died around the world.

Throughout the history of its existence, scientists have studied over 6,000 dangerous microbiological objects and learned how to deal with them, but this is only a small part of the 100 million known. A side direction in microbiology was the use of their "wards" in military affairs. Biological weapons entered the arsenal of many armies along with chemical weapons during the First World War, after which they were banned by the Geneva Convention of June 17, 1925. At the same time, not all countries of the world signed it, and therefore during the Second World War it remained an object of study and application.

The infamous Japanese Detachment 731, led by Lieutenant General Shiro Ishii, not only studied dangerous bacteria, experimenting with people, but also set up the production of "special" ammunition - bombs and artillery shells filled with strains of plague and anthrax.

The use of biological weapons was also considered in the UK. Winston Churchill signed a plan for the secret operation "Vegetarian", according to which the British Air Force were to drop aerial bombs filled with anthrax on the territory of Nazi Germany. As a result of such a bombing, agricultural livestock would be infected, which would lead to mass deaths and infection of the population. The outbreak of the epidemic should have claimed millions of lives. However, this plan was canceled in 1944, and the prepared biological weapons were destroyed in 1945 thermally.

Biological weapons were finally banned in 1972, when the 1925 Geneva Convention was replaced by the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction, signed in London, Washington and Moscow. The 1972 Convention prohibited the development, production, stockpiling and acquisition of biological weapons, and also obliged them to destroy them. At the same time, the Convention welcomed research in the field of biological (bacteriological) agents for peaceful purposes: with the aim of exchanging information, preventing epidemics and providing assistance to countries that have signed the convention, “including the international exchange of bacteriological (biological) agents and toxins and equipment for processing, using or the production of bacteriological (biological) agents and toxins for peaceful purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Convention. The Convention was signed by 163 countries of the world, acting as guarantors of safety against biological weapons.

With good intentions …

Strange as it sounds, it is the scientific and medical research of bacteriological (biological) agents and toxins for peaceful purposes that are becoming the object of increased attention, since often mutating and even "habitual" viruses still claim lives. At the same time, information is circulating on the pages of the media that secret laboratories are developing "ethnic weapons" based on the decoding of the human genome.

Modern scientific works say that the creation of "ethnic weapons" is theoretically possible "in the distant future."Therefore, despite the fact that its prospects are very vague, many scientists associate them with research on viruses.

The most dangerous viral diseases on Earth are Ebola hemorrhagic fever, ARVI, rabies, influenza (the worst epidemic of which was called "Spanish flu" at the beginning of the 20th century), hepatitis, West Nile fever, polio and measles. Certain viruses, like influenza, are known for their unpredictability. have a very high mutation rate compared to others. The variability of mutations depends on the ease of their reproduction - replication. This belongs to Baltimore classes IV and V viruses, which replicate using single-stranded RNA. It is this constant mutation that is one of the reasons why it is difficult to make an effective vaccine to prevent diseases caused by the same flu or coronavirus.

The first steps towards success in the fight against pathogenic viruses were made by two American scientists - Andrew Fire and Craig Mello, who discovered the mechanism of RNA interference in 1998. For this discovery, they received the 2006 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. It was thanks to the understanding of the action of this mechanism that it became clear to scientists how exactly human immunity resists a viral infection.

Each human gene has encrypted instructions for assembling a specific protein that performs certain functions in the body. But in order to apply this instruction, an intermediate molecule is needed - messenger RNA, which can suppress or replace the RNA of the virus that has entered the human body. RNA of a "natural" virus, which is dangerous for the representatives of the fauna of the Earth, gets into the human body and begins to interfere with the functions of his body as a "cracker-hacker", and the immune system plays the role of a "natural" antivirus.

Currently, the RNA interference mechanism is used in biological experiments, including those associated with the genomes of biological organisms, in gene therapy and engineering. Thanks to RNA interference, it is possible to “turn off” the target gene (gene knockdown) for a while in order to reduce its productive capacity. So, thanks to genetic engineering technologies, they reduce the proportion of allergens in tomatoes and the level of narcotic substances in poppy seeds. Therefore, the future of not only genetic engineering is associated with RNA interference, but also the future of developing new forms of biological weapons, which, under the guise of viruses, will affect the society of people who have morphophysiological adaptation to the conditions of existence in a particular area.

US Air Force is looking for the DNA of "white Russians"

On July 30, 2017, the Hal Turner Radio Show website posted an article titled "Is the US Air Force Laboratory Seeking White Russian DNA - For New Biological Weapons?" The title of the article speaks for itself, and further it clarifies that the object of the search is samples of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and synovial fluid of white Russian people.

This US Air Force laboratory announcement was posted on the US government's Federal Business Opportunities website, which is used to advertise tenders. The application for one of them said at least 12 RNA samples, as well as 27 samples of synovial fluid from people of "Russian nationality, belonging to the Caucasian race." The famous professor Konstantin Severinov once said: "The more you know about the genetic diversity of people, the more opportunities you have, in particular, for the treatment and diagnosis of diseases." However, when asked what diseases the US Air Force is studying, and why the Russians needed RNA and synovial fluid samples, he had no answer.

As you know, after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, the United States, under the pretext of strengthening the fight against the possible use of bacteriological weapons by terrorist groups, stepped up work to establish control over research in this area, as well as over the storage sites of dangerous virus strains in different regions of the world. To this end, US representatives through various structures (primarily through USAID) began to finance the creation of reference laboratories in the republics of the former USSR, which are now operating in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

All over the world, the United States has opened almost 400 such laboratories, the main legal areas of work of which are:

• collecting information about various pathogens and ways to combat them;
• creation of new strains of microorganisms that are dangerous to humans, animals and plants, as well as means of combating them;
• practical testing of various biological agents on the ground, adjusting their properties, enhancing their virulence, tracing the pathways of spread;
• collection of RNA and synovial fluid from humans.

Such concern for humanity is alarming due to the fact that humanity itself in the program documents of the Pentagon and the CIA is considered only as a consumable in achieving the global goal of US domination.

Unanswered questions

Now let's return to the coronavirus, which in its mechanism of action belongs to the viruses of group IV according to Baltimore, i.e. it mutates quickly and it is difficult to find a vaccine for it. The current virus has received much wider informational support than its predecessors - SARS coronavirus (2002, Hong Kong, China) and MERS virus (2012, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia), but has not yet achieved the sad results of their predecessors. However, at the same time, it is not yet necessary to talk about the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, because there is no overcoming of the 5% mortality threshold (WHO epidemiological threshold) and three signs of the epidemic are not fully implemented, namely:

1) the presence of a stable focus of the virus;

2) the mechanism of transmission of the virus from the outbreak to the human population;

3) a large number of people susceptible to the virus

Despite the fact that tens of thousands of people are infected with the virus, the number of those cured exceeds the number of deaths from the virus by an order of magnitude. For example, the mortality rate from SARS coronavirus was 10.5%, MERS virus - 34.4%, and Ebola had the highest rate - 80%. The danger of the Wuhan coronavirus lies in the constant growth of infected people in the absence of a working vaccine.

At the same time, measures to localize, isolate and identify cases in China are recognized as the most ambitious and, possibly, effective. This leaves a number of questions that have not been answered.

First, the coronavirus mainly affects Chinese people who are either immunocompromised or elderly, both in China itself and beyond. Why only Chinese?

Secondly, instead of helping China in the fight against the virus according to the 1972 Convention, many states in Europe and the United States actually began its economic blockade, fanning an information epidemic through their media. One gets the impression that these countries are not afraid of infection - in any case, this is evidenced by the security measures taken by these countries - and are simply taking advantage of the moment to weaken the Chinese economy as much as possible. Why is there such anti-solidarity against China?

Thirdly, the case of the Diamond Princess cruise ship, on board of which 2,666 passengers and 1,045 crew members have been held hostage by the coronavirus since February 3, 2020. Japan was never able to provide isolation space for passengers during the incubation period. Even the United States did not do this for hundreds of its citizens on board, despite the fact that not far from the port of Yokohama, where the Diamond Princess is quarantined, there are US military bases - the Air Force in Atsugi and Camp Zama, the Navy in Yokosuka … At the same time, the number of people infected with the virus has already gone into the hundreds. Was this "quarantine" deliberately arranged so that non-Chinese people would also get infected?

Fourth, the source of the virus was found in the Wuhan fish market, and no other (natural) source was found. Such targeted selectivity is similar to the local use of biological weapons, and the biocomposition of the virus, according to Chinese researchers, is obtained as a result of the recombination of the genes of the RaTG13 virus, which infects bats, and an unknown virus, which suggests its synthetic (artificial) origin. The answer to the question - who is behind this? - not yet known, although there are many indirect signs pointing to countries with advanced biotechnology.
