Since childhood, I have been fond of trains, so today I decided to watch a video about a Chinese high-speed train, which runs at a speed of 350 km / h.

The train itself is undoubtedly steep, no doubt about it. But what shocked me even more was what I saw around!

Firstly, it is just a huge amount of construction, moreover, modern high-tech.

Secondly, at 1:14 the train passes by the park, which has several dozen high-speed trains. Moreover, these are not trains that are sold abroad for a lot of money, like our Sapsans. At the same time, when our oligarchs were buying "Sapsans", if memory serves, then only 16 trains, the Chinese bought for about the same money a production technology, a plant, and 100 trains, which Siemens was supposed to help the Chinese to assemble in China on this factory. After that, they began to independently produce their own trains, including modernized versions with an increased cruising speed.

You can also find many other videos on YouTube about what is happening in China, including the construction of a huge number of infrastructure facilities in the form of highways, junctions, overpasses, etc.

Yes, while China remains in the area of certain technologies, but they are developing very, very quickly. That is, in this case it is necessary to look not at the current state, but at the dynamics of development. What is shown in these videos is mainly built in the last 15-20 years, or is being built now. And there is no such volume and scale anywhere in the world! The same USA milked the whole world throughout the 20th century, made huge fortunes during the First and Second World War, created a system of financial colonies, in which resources from the so-called "developing countries" are pumped into the United States. But there is not even close to anything of the kind that we are now seeing in China.

What does this mean? And this suggests that China has found a much more effective model of social and economic management than exists now in Europe or the United States. Otherwise, such an economic and infrastructural breakthrough would have been simply impossible.

I'm not even talking about Russia, which, from this point of view, is just in the g … p. During the time that we have built one unique bridge to the Crimea, dozens of such bridges have been built in China! Moreover, for the construction of a bridge to Crimea, brigades were assembled all over this country, including stopping the construction of a very necessary bridge across the Amur. I'm not even talking about the regions. We have a flawed interchange on the street in Chelyabinsk. Br. They have been building the Kaishirins across the Miass River for 15 years, and they just can't finish it. The two-lane highway from Chelyabinsk to Yekaterinburg has been under construction for 50 years, and judging by the pace of construction, it will be built for another 30 years, if not longer.

Now there is a lot of talk about the construction of high-speed railways. But, as far as I could understand, the main investors and performers will, again, be the Chinese. At the same time, they are starting all this not at all because they like Russia so much, but because they need an end-to-end overland railway route from China to Europe. Therefore, the high-speed rail route is being laid not in the way that would be beneficial to Russia, but in the way that would be beneficial to China.

And this spring I was at the presentation of the Chinese corporation Huawei. It is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. In the field of telecommu- nications and computing, they do everything except central processing units. Most of the cellular and telecommunications companies in Russia operate on their equipment. Moreover, most of the equipment is precisely their own developments. on our own microcircuits! Including high speed switches and chipsets for multiprocessor servers. In Russia, there is nothing like this even close! There is only a cut of multibillion-dollar budgets by Chubais in his Rossnano and Skolkovo.

So, whether someone wants it or not, China is already the economic leader of the planet. Even according to official estimates, which are made according to Western methods, they have already come out on top. And if you look at the real economy, and not by financial indicators, then they have long overtaken everyone at times. And this is very clearly seen in similar videos from China.
