Is it forbidden to criticize ethnic criminal groups in Russia ?

I am preparing for the trial, which is scheduled for May 14 at 17 o'clock. Employees of the Murmansk "Center for Countering Extremism" are persistently trying to neutralize me as a writer-researcher who has been studying the activities of organized criminal groups united by ethnic and / or religious grounds for two decades. In particular, my attention has been more than once attracted by the ISIS criminal group, united on religious grounds (banned in Russia), as well as by the Jewish criminal group, united at the same time on ethnic and religious grounds.

In my research, I rely only on historical archival materials, as well as on materials that are in the public domain.

So what is "ETHNIC CRIMINAL FORMATIONS"?

On the other hand, we have in Russia two unique Articles - 282 and 20.3.1 - of the Criminal and Administrative Code, which, in my opinion, prohibit bad comments or criticism of criminals belonging to ethnic criminal groups when it comes to representatives of Jewish nationality!

I will try to justify my suspicion logically.

Let us carefully read the text of Article 20.3.1. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity" (introduced by the Federal Law of December 27, 2018 N 521-FZ):

It would seem that the law does not say anything in plain text about Jews. But let's pay attention to the fact that the overwhelming number of penalties imposed on Russian citizens under these two Articles are for so-called "anti-Semitism"! That is, for expressing criticism, often absolutely fair, in relation to groups "representing specific criminal associations, formed along national (ethnic) lines." Based on this, it turns out that only good things or nothing can be said about Jews as about the dead. You can say what great scientists, artists, humanists they are, and so on … Based on this logic of greatness, it can be assumed that bandits, and swindlers, and other criminals-privatizers who robbed many times the peoples of the whole world and Russia in particular, they have great too. It is precisely the study of the criminal activities of these marginal representatives of the Jewish people that I have actually been doing for many years.

That is why an administrative case has been initiated against me under this very Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for publishing a historical study on the Internet: "The United States, on the eve of the Third World War, is spinning a bogey called" Holocaust of 6 Million Jews ".

That is, the fact that the whole world and Russia, including, are now on the eve of the Third World War, which I wrote about in the article and which is already publicly speaking about Commander-in-Chief of the RF Armed Forces and RF President Putin, our would-be expert who made an ersatz-conclusion for the Murmansk "CPE", sorry, do not care! And the fact that the leaders of the United States, preparing for aggression against our country, like Hitler in his time, are spinning the bugaboo of anti-Semitism, our neo-Trotskyists also do not care!

And this very unfortunate expert saw in the historical materials I have researched and cited stored in state archives something, which in his personal opinion "contains statements that negatively assess persons united on the basis of belonging to a Jewish nationality!..". Further in the expert opinion there is a phrase to which I ask everyone to pay special attention: "The assessment is expressed using the profanity of the Russian language."

That is, my whole "crime" consists in the fact that in my research in one place I allowed myself to cite historical facts that, according to the expert, "negatively assess persons" united (in an organized criminal group) on the basis of belonging to a Jewish nationality!

What historical materials I have cited aroused such painful attention of the expert that he regarded them as a "negative assessment" and even with the help of "profanity of the Russian language"?

I believe that our competent judges will only laugh at the unprofessionalism of this so-called "expert". What have I got to do with it? Where did this expert see my personal assessment? I did not give it, but only researched and studied the material in the state archives, and in the public domain!

For some reason, comrade expert took folklore - Russian proverbs and sayings of the 19th century "about the Jews" (that is, the concentrated public opinion of our ancestors) - for the profanity of the Russian language! This is evidenced by the text of his expert opinion, in which these proverbs and sayings "about the Jews" are given.

However, excuse me! Well, what kind of expert linguist does one have to be to substitute with his crooked conclusion at first "CPE", and now he is slipping this "phony letter" into the High Court ?

Let me give you an illustrative example so that the unprofessionalism of an expert becomes visible to everyone.

78 years ago (in 1941) Nazi Germany carried out a treacherous attack on the USSR. In Nazi-occupied Leningrad, posters with the words of Ilya Ehrenburg appeared on the streets in accordance with the severity of the historical moment "Kill the German!":

Then the question was: either they, the Germans, who became Nazis, invaded our land, will kill our fathers and mothers and their fathers and mothers, or our people, defending their Fatherland from the enemy, will destroy these non-humans!

Years passed, and these events became our history.

Of course, if today we publish on the Internet or in print media a note with the same words "Kill the German!" without any reference to the historical past, and readers will suddenly think that we are talking about today's Germans, that the author calls on them to kill, then this, of course, will be a matter of jurisdiction!

What did I do in my analytical article "The United States, on the eve of the Third World War, is spinning a bogey called" Holocaust of 6 Million Jews "? With what I connected my publication of Russian-folk proverbs and sayings of the 19th century "about the Jews", which the expert linguist did not like so much?

I clearly linked these proverbs and sayings with the historical moment, which I described in the first part of my analytical article. That is, I first mentioned that the Russian Empress Catherine I (the same head of the Russian State as our President Vladimir Putin is today), and then her daughter (from Peter I) Elizaveta Petrovna (also the legitimate leader of our historical Motherland) in 1727 and 1742 issued the highest Decrees "On the expulsion of Jews from Russia", the purpose of which was to protect the Russian Empire from the criminal actions of persons united (in an organized criminal group) on the basis of belonging to a Jewish nationality and to the Jewish religion! Jews outside Judaism, baptized, were not then considered dangerous criminals. These two severe Decrees were issued against dangerous Jews, that is, united on the basis of their belonging to Judaism.

I am quoting further the word-for-word text of the publication for which they are going to judge me tomorrow as an "extremist":

Here is the text of the very first Decree signed by Empress Catherine I:

As you can see, Empress Catherine I understood everything correctly: the Jews robbed the Russian people, thereby causing great harm to the sovereign's treasury, and they transferred all the money into gold and silver and exported from Russia to the West, to Europe, where they were stored in underground bank storerooms, giving from the looted tithe to their "spiritual leaders" and patrons.

Below is the text of the second Decree "On the expulsion of the Jews from Russia", signed by Empress Elizabeth Petrovna, it specifies the specific reason for their expulsion: "commercial robbery of Russia in favor of the West".

Subsequently, in addition to these two highest decrees of Catherine I and Elizabeth Petrovna, the next Empress of the Russian Empire - Catherine II - established for the Jews on December 23, 1791 (January 3, 1792 in a new style) "Pale of Settlement", which they had no right to cross without special permission.

Was this a correct measure of protection of the Russian State or wrong?

Judging by the Russian-folk proverbs written before the memorable 1917, then it is absolutely correct!

Now I will ask everyone a rhetorical question: Who do you need to be to recognize the popular wisdom (in fact, the public opinion of the 19th century) "the profanity of the Russian language" and also judge the writer-historian for this folk wisdom ?!

Important application: "Jew, don't be a Jew!"

As you know, the goddess of justice is Themis. She has a blindfold on her eyes, and in her hands a scale. On them, she weighs all the pros and cons, deciding the fate of a person. I have a feeling that the blindfold prevents our Themis from seeing that an unscrupulous man from this very "ethnic organized criminal group" is spinning next to her, striving to put his sweaty, greasy finger on one of the scales.

The court is scheduled for tomorrow at 17 o'clock. By 19 o'clock, obviously, the verdict will already be passed against me. It is highly likely that the Russian Themis will not notice this "fidgety little man" and will still recognize me as an "extremist". Maybe this is exactly what our local neo-Trotskyists expect from our local Themis ?! Accordingly, they will solder me a fine of 20 thousand rubles, which I will pay from my pension for more than one month …
