Homeopathy often offers approaches to the treatment of conditions for which the effectiveness of pharmacological agents is limited.

5. A group of German doctors (Tübingen, Germany) carried out a comparative study of the treatment of acute otitis media in children with methods used in traditional medicine, including antibiotic therapy, and homeopathic. 6. A unique large-scale study evaluating the long-term results of homeopathic treatment in 3981 patients was carried out at the Charite Medical Center of the University of Berlin (Germany). We studied patients with chronic diseases (allergies, atopic dermatitis, chronic headache) lasting an average of 8, 8 years and receiving homeopathic treatment in Germany and Switzerland for a year. The conclusions were: “The severity of the disease and the quality of life of the patients showed marked and sustained improvements following homeopathic treatment. Our results show that homeopathic medical therapy can play a positive role in the long-term management of patients with chronic diseases.”
