Video: "Reforms" of education - the death of Russia. An open letter to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. To Putin
2024 Author: Seth Attwood | [email protected]. Last modified: 2023-12-16 15:55
The real meaning of "liberal reforms" in education can only be understood by considering three fundamental facts. First, the Third (Cold) World War ended with a crushing defeat of the USSR. The tasks that Hitlerite Germany set when attacking us in 1941 were more than fulfilled by the Americans.
In commemoration of this event, all those who served in the US armed forces or worked in government departments from September 2, 1945 to December 26, 1991, the day of the official end of the existence of the USSR, are awarded the medal "For Victory in the Cold War."
Secondly, undertaken in recent years by V. V. Putin's measures to restore sovereignty and strengthen Russia's national security run counter to the interests of the Americans and their NATO allies, who seek to maximize the consumption of our raw materials, territorial and human resources.
Thirdly, the top state officials of the United States not officially, but openly declare that since the 90s they have been waging the Fourth (creeping) world war for absolute domination over the planet, not hiding that at this stage Russia is the main obstacle to the movement towards this goal. Therefore, they have long and methodically been implementing a system of measures aimed at dividing it into a number of "independent" states, devoid of nuclear weapons and other means of mass destruction.
The beginning of the letter from the citizen of Russia Professor V. N. Turchenko
1. Geopolitical aspect of the "reforms" of Russian education
In 2013, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton demanded that Congress increase spending on information war with Russia. USA is implementing "Their people"in the Russian government, financial and economic, scientific, educational, cultural and educational structures and the media, provoke conflicts on ethnic and religious grounds, finance and organize separatist actions. This policy is actively supported by other NATO countries. England, for example, not only harbors the Caucasian terrorists, but is also their base of support. Even Sweden, which is not a NATO member, is working closely with the Americans against Russia in the intelligence and organizational-propaganda spheres.
The policy aimed at secession of the North Caucasus and the national subjects of the Federation has long been actively pursued by a number of Middle Eastern states, among which Saudi Arabia plays a leading role. Its forms are varied: from the propaganda of the world Islamic Caliphate and the training of ideologists, to the organization of armed bands and terrorist acts. The ideas of separatism have received a positive response among a significant part of the Muslim population of our country. Hence, creeping » war against Russiaconducted under the general leadership of the United States coalition of statesfrom the English Channel to the Persian Gulf.
As you know, the USSR was defeated in exact accordance with the so-called Harvard project … Its detailed study is Houston project, recommending a special US policy towards the territorial and national subjects of the Russian Federation, aimed at its decomposition and disintegration. The continuation and conclusion of these two projects is not yet so well-known, but even more sinister Georgetown project, providing for the involvement of all internal administrative resource of the conquered countries … A striking example of this is the forceful introduction by the bureaucratic apparatus of the "reforms" of Russian education, developed according to the patterns of the American special services. Their geopolitical meaning is to ensure the dismemberment of our country with minimal costs for the United States so that the majority of the population, primarily the younger generations and young people, would approve of these plans, at least indifferently.… Thereby the possibility of the revival of the Russian state at any time in the future is excluded. Therefore, the domestic education system turns battering ram, which certain external and internal forces crush the Russian statehood.
Today the question: to be or not to be faced our Motherland even more acutely than in the first half of November 1943. In Stalingrad, the enemy and his main weapon were obvious, and the "fifth column" was eliminated in advance. Now many "Russians" consider the enemy a "partner" or even "best friend", the "fifth column" is thoroughly embedded in the state apparatus and in all pores of our society.
As the main means of mass destruction, the aggressor uses against us organizational and informational-psychological weapons in the shells of "universal" values, "tolerance", "freedom of the individual" and "democracy". Unfortunately, the destructive power of this weapon is clearly underestimated by the authorities and the majority of our citizens. Suffice it to recall that it was with his help that the Americans achieved the goals that Hitler set in attacking the Soviet Union, moreover, without a single shot, without losing a single soldier, having repeatedly recouped trillions of dollars through the unlimited robbery of our country spent over 45 years on maintaining cold war.
2. Where are the "reforms" of Russian education leading?
Ministerial officials assure the Russian public and the President of the country of the beneficialness of the "reforms" being carried out, noting that the number of students in Russia in 1992 - 2010 was increased from 2.638 thousand to 7 million, that Russia in terms of the share of students in the population was "ahead of the rest", surpassing the United States and more than 2 times Germany and Japan. They forget to say that this was achieved due to the exorbitant inflation of paid forms of education in the social and humanitarian profile, acute disparities in the structure of personnel training, and, most importantly, - a catastrophic decline in the quality of education … The results of an international study of the spread of functional illiteracy, dyslexia and dysgraphia among 18-year-olds who have completed high school in the United States and our country are indicative [1].
