Organic compounds, thanks to massive carbon chains, significantly distort space at the level of the microcosm. This leads to the disappearance of the qualitative barrier in the field of heavy organic compounds between the physical and etheric levels of the planet, which, in principle, is the qualitative difference between organic compounds of atoms and inorganic compounds.

With the disintegration of simple compounds, the materials that form them begin to flow from the physical level to the etheric level, which leads to a qualitatively new organization of matter - to living matter. If in the macrocosm around the "black holes" there is a zone of matter flow from one universe to a parallel one, then in the microcosm around large organic molecules (DNA, RNA) there is a zone of matter flow from the physical level of the planet to the etheric one.

Since the principle of participation in the experiment was the condition of genetic compatibility and the presence of different properties and qualities, civilizations of comparable levels of development took part in the experiment.

To combine many qualities and properties in one individual, an intensive mixing of genetics is required. To make this possible, everyone involved in the experiment blocked the capabilities of the brain and left the minimum number of neurons actively working, which could only provide a glimpse of the mind of their owner.

That is why earthlings have only a small part of actively working neurons, while the rest can be discovered only during the evolutionary development of mankind in general or man in particular.

Everyone involved in the experiment was returned to the initial stages of civilizational evolution, in such conditions tribes began to form, alliances were created, wars arose, weak tribes dissolved into the strong, the strong dissolved into the strongest.

However, the mixing of genetic qualities was successful only if the evolutionary numbers of the civilizations participating in the experiment were close, that is, the optimal result was in the case of mixing within each of the races that humanity now distinguishes. The mixing between the races caused an evolutionary imbalance, which led to the instability of the resulting genetics, which was used by the Third Force to destabilize the social organism of the planet.

The tasks of the experiment also did not include an increase in the life expectancy of individual people, since with a high life expectancy, the metabolic rate of the planetary society sharply slows down, which leads to a slowdown in civilizational development.

The intervention of the Third Force basically consisted in two fundamental things: the genetic interracial cross-breeding of participants with different civilizational numbers with the formation of certain population communities with an evolutionary imbalance. And the deliberate organization of planetary cataclysms, which fundamentally changed the civilizational appearance of the planet. The last planetary shock occurred less than 200 years ago.

Most of the cataclysms have direct evidence in the myths and cultures of the peoples of the Earth. After each stage, artifacts of previous civilizations remained, which developed according to various technological maps.

The explosive growth in the availability of information thanks to this network, as well as the proliferation of means of individual video and photo fixation, brings the moment when the planetary ruling structures will either be reformatted or take on an even more threatening form for the health of the planet, close to the atniutopic views of humanity on the digital concentration camp of the New World Order.

The civilization system of the planet is developing due to its internal contradictions. On the one hand, oppression from the outside world leads to the destruction of the system. On the other hand, aid does not allow one to develop immunity to threats, makes the system dependent, which, in turn, leads to degradation.

Neutrality, non-interference from the outside allows the system to gain immunity, vitality, independence. Neutrality is the optimal form of interaction that ensures the normal development of an underdeveloped civilization.

However, the code that all Commonwealth civilizations must follow is not followed by civilizations of other types. The intervention of the Third Force and the unreasonable actions of mankind itself within the framework of the technocratic order created and is creating a threat of complete destruction both for individual earthly civilizations and for the planet as a whole. This, in turn, entails the intervention of the Commonwealth in the form that is possible in each specific case.

And despite the fact that humanity continues to follow a dangerous mechanistic path, the probability of reaching a fundamentally different level of development beyond technocracy remains.

When, without technical means, which are limited by their nature, movement in space and time, control of natural processes on planetary and cosmic scales and other, incredible for today's consciousness of people, effects on matter and space will become reality only by the power of thought.

The key to this level is in the study of the real laws of the surrounding world, where the physical world is only a natural result of the processes occurring at other levels, and the biological body is only a part of the multidimensional essence of man.
