Sleeping agents of the West are destroying Russian industry.

In February 2007, at the Munich Security Policy Conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered the famous speech that kicked off Russia's political and economic renaissance as a great world power. This speech plunged into a stupor the Western elites, who consider themselves the rulers of the world, and Russia - their eternal colony. From that moment, the countdown began of continuous attempts to weaken the Russian power and the country's economy with the help of a whole range of measures and steps in various spheres of the functioning of the Russian state. The next year, 2008, was remembered by everyone with the beginning of Dmitry Medvedev's presidency, as well as the test of Russia's strength by the Georgian aggression in South Ossetia and the murder of Russian peacekeepers.

However, for wide circles of the Russian public, the steps of the West in the creeping raider seizures of the leading Russian enterprises remained hidden and imperceptible, naturally, with the shifting of full responsibility to the Russian power structures and the courts. Raised by the West, the endlessly greedy Russian elite has penetrated into all spheres of power and business, bringing with them the laws and orders of their beneficiaries, corrupting Russian society from the inside and simultaneously seizing the tidbits of the Russian economy. One of the instigators of this campaign, as expected, was the British press, in particular the liberal publication The Guardian, which in June 2008 published an article “Raiders of the Russian billions”, in which it revealed some of the techniques of artificial bankruptcies and raider seizures of Russian enterprises. Without suspecting it, the British back in 2008 described in detail how the key sectors of the Russian economy would be captured in the future.

In the articles "The planned collapse of the Russian economy is becoming a reality" and "State standards - Stalingrad of Russian industry" I talked about how, with the help of corruption and raider schemes, entire industry-forming enterprises of Russia are transferred under the control of Western companies. And also how it threatens the flagships of the Russian industry - enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, petrochemistry, gas chemistry, the military-industrial complex, the aerospace industry, medicine, electronics and many others. The situation has become so alarming and threatening to Russia's national security that it prompted the president of Kislorodmontazh JSC. The Chairman of TC114, Academician of the MAX Sergei Tyukulmin, should write to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, letters to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, an appeal to the Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev and a letter to the Director of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov.

The letters indicated that Kislorodmontazh JSC had undergone a ordered and planned raider attack and by the end of 2016 was on the verge of bankruptcy. More than a thousand highly qualified specialists in the field of installation of cryogenic equipment were forced to resign, a real opportunity was lost to revive the strategically important domestic industry for the production of technical gases, including in the field of defense and missile purposes. The Venezuelan arms factory project is in jeopardy as part of the current US policy to overthrow the legally elected government in this Latin American country. Most of the Russian gas separation facilities have come under the control of American companies, which creates a real threat of sabotage and terrorist attacks on Russia's strategic enterprises. The roadmap of the program for the revival of the domestic industry for the production of technical gases and equipment has been completely disrupted, which threatens to seriously damage the defense capability and security of Russia.

The analytical report on the state of affairs in cryogenics indicates that the Russian market is now dominated by Western companies: “Linde (Germany), absorbed for $ 60 billion by the American concern Praxair, Praxair itself, Air Products (USA). Due to the applied technologies of artificial bankruptcy and raider seizures, PJSC Cryogenmash, OJSC Kislorodmash (Odessa), the main manufacturer of oxygen equipment for the Russian army, Sverdlovsk oxygen plant, OJSC Geliymash ceased active activities in Russia. Of 16 regional oxygen and nitrogen plants Russia owned 13 foreign companies, some of which were also stopped. In the Volgograd, Astrakhan, Moscow and other regions, pro-American companies, using their monopoly position, dictate their prices, increase the cost of gas and transfer profits abroad in US dollars.

Using the on-site technologies of the projects I described in previous articles, such giants of Russian industry as Cherepovets Severstal, Nizhny Tagil Evrazholding, Magnitogorsk Mechel, Shchekino Azot ", Kaluga branch of NLMK, Novgorod" Krion "and many others. At Baikonur, the American company Red Mountain has installed its technological equipment directly under the Saturn radar tracking system. Everywhere and everywhere, the construction of giant tank farms for the storage of explosive cryogenic components is imposed in close proximity to the main technological installations and with remote control and monitoring from centers in the United States. This threatens the life of the city-forming enterprises, the life and health of numerous workers.

Rare gases (neon, krypton and xenon), which determine the development of science and high-tech industry in the future, which Russia so badly needs, in the form of a neon-helium mixture and a krypton-xenon concentrate, are exported unrestrictedly abroad. How Russian standards and technical committees, called upon to develop them, are being destroyed, I have already described in detail in the article "State standards - Stalingrad of Russian industry." And now the leading enterprise in the industry, which headed the technical committee T114, has adopted a program and strategic initiatives to revive the industry, has developed measures for the safe functioning of the giants of the Russian industry in the field of cryogenic technologies. Russia is now creating new types of missile technology, on which the national security of the country is built, but what the missiles will fly on, and whether they will fly at all, in reality depends not on Russia, but on the decision-making center in the United States.

An extremely cynical and tough technology was applied to JSC Kislorodmontazh to eliminate an active and uncompromising competitor. The key moment in this technology was the receipt by the enterprise of a contract from JSC Rosoboronexport to complete the construction of arms factories in Venezuela for a total of 7 billion rubles. In March 2015, a competition was announced, in which JSC "Kislorodmontazh" won according to the point system, even though at the final stage, a little-known enterprise in the field of housing construction and shopping malls in the Moscow region, which took 2nd place, gave a discount of 200 million rubles. The presence of rich experience in the industry of industrial construction of hazardous facilities, as well as a more representative volume of permits and licensing documents, allowed Kislorodmontazh JSC to honestly and deservedly win the tender.

However, Eurostroy LLC, after summing up the results of the competition, filed a complaint with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, accusing the winner of a complete lack of competence. The Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade conducted a detailed examination of the complaint and approved the results of the competition. JSC Kislorodmontazh, after agreeing on its powers with the FSB, SVR and FS MTC, was approved by a special decree of the government of the Russian Federation as the general contractor for the Venezuelan project.

After that, at the end of 2015, two “representatives” of an incomprehensible structure appear in the office of the president of the company, Sergei Tyukulmin, and begin to frankly explain that KM JSC won the competition by chance and took “someone else's place in the sun”. But since JSC "KM" has already begun active work on the implementation of the project even without an advance payment, their "senior comrades" are ready to settle all misunderstandings regarding the issuance of bank guarantees and the administrative support of the project. For this, the president of KM JSC must provide deductions in the amount of 10% in cash from the funds received, and subsequently transfer all shares of KM JSC to them free of charge. The extortionists flaunted their personal connections in the largest state corporations and the management of creditor banks. Having received a direct refusal from the main shareholder of the company, the mechanism of reprisals promised by them with the use of state security and banking structures was set in motion.

After 5 months in April 2016, the bailiff of the Moscow FSSP I. A. Yashenkov simultaneously and unlawfully imposed a disproportionate seizure on all settlement accounts of KM JSC, including accounts in Sberbank, as part of collecting a debt of 34 million rubles in favor of a logistics company with western investments Beluga Projects Logistic. Only one account in Sberbank of JSC "KM" at that time amounted to almost 73.5 million.

In addition to the seizure of funds, all real estate and the entire transport fleet of the company in the amount of 160 units of special equipment worth more than 300 million rubles were seized in parallel, thereby completely paralyzing the economic activities of the enterprise with a portfolio of contracts of 22 billion rubles. According to paragraph 6 of Art. 46 of the Federal Law "On Enforcement Proceedings", the bailiff is obliged to arrest and collect funds from the debtor only in the amount and volume necessary to fulfill the real debt. All official appeals of the management of KM JSC to law enforcement agencies and the General Prosecutor's Office on these facts of lawlessness were left without due attention.

Production activities under all contracts of KM JSC were blocked for more than one year, and hundreds of people were left without work and without wages. Two representatives of the MO OIP UFSSP I. A. Yashenkov and S. V. Pylaeva, not giving a damn about legality and state expediency, achieved a complete halt to the activities of the flagship for the revival of the cryogenic industry in Russia. By their illegal actions, they also thwarted the implementation of an important contract for Russia in Venezuela. Completion of work on this project today remains a big question. More than one thousand highly qualified workers in the company's branches throughout Russia lost their jobs and their wages.

Solving the criminal task of eliminating unwanted competitors in the development of Russian industry by someone else's hands, Western "directors" of the redistribution of property generate social tension throughout Russia and create the preconditions for people to go out to street protests. In April, mass layoffs of employees of KM JSC began throughout Russia. The actions of the bailiff service represented by the bailiff Yashenkov AND. A. in relation to JSC "Kislorodmontazh" in the interests of Western companies were reflected in the letter of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Moscow region and were called illegal and contributing to the termination of the statutory activities of JSC "Kislorodmontazh". These actions led to a decrease in the investment attractiveness of the federal block of shares and were organized with the aim of initiating bankruptcy proceedings.

The bailiff Kazakov A. A., who replaced Yashenkov, instead of a prompt decision to restore the legality of the repayment of uncritical debt and relieve social tension in the regions, began a long bureaucratic procedure for combining enforcement proceedings in all branches in Russia, which lasted more than 9 months. A slanderous campaign was organized in the media and on the Internet against Tyukulmin, the main shareholder of KM JSC.

Bailiffs, having dropped all restrictions on the observance of the rule of law, began to act outside the framework of this very rule of law. In June 2017, the investigator of the Moscow Federal Bailiff Service, M. V. Novikov, without presenting any orders, organized an unauthorized search in the Khimki office of KM JSC with a "mask show", without an inventory and attesting witnesses, seized the server and three packages of documents in the accounting department. The appeal of the management of JSC "KM" to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigative Committee on this fact of lawlessness remained unanswered. As a result of the planned destruction of Kislorodmontazh JSC, which lasted 1, 5 years, the organization lost its state registration, property and all significant contracts.

At the initiative of Sberbank, at the end of 2018, the company was declared bankrupt and transferred to external management. In this boundless "run over", many participants in the civil turnover suffered: government customers, suppliers and suppliers, creditor banks, the Federal Property Management Agency, as a shareholder of KM JSC, tax structures, etc. The company's own investment project for the construction of two cryogenic plants in Volgograd was completely stopped.

These circumstances, of course, were used by American concerns when seizing the Russian market for industrial gases, in particular Praxair in Volgograd. Projects important for Russia will now be frozen for a long time. Due to the efforts of the bankruptcy administrator, the property of the bankrupt company for hundreds of millions of rubles began to be sold cheaply among interested parties.

The preliminary threats from the representatives of the "senior comrades" turned out to be far from being "empty". Western puppeteers, with the help of their greedy "sleeping" agents, embedded in all state structures, by such Jesuit methods effectively destroy the strategic directions of the development of Russian industry, enterprises with state participation. The implementation of Russian projects in subsidized regions that are important to us is purposefully blocked, while at the same time increasing social protest in the regions of the Russian hinterland. Provides a real prospect for deprived people to go to the "Maidans" in the Russian interpretation.

Of course, in quiet government offices, hundreds of projects for the revival of the Russian economy with beautiful “digital” names and ideas can be developed, tons of orders and orders can be implemented, and a lot of beautiful presentations and conferences can be held. However, in practice, there are processes that are directly opposite to the announced plans and promises. Initiatives to debunk the myth of coveted Western investments in the form of "cheese in a mousetrap", with the prospect of capturing key positions in the domestic industry, are suppressed even at the level of mid-level government structures. In principle, it is impossible to reach the attention of the "celestials" responsible for the processes of industrial and national security. Those who are especially zealous and rebellious are predictably and specifically punished. Far-fetched criminal cases are initiated against them under Article 159 of the Criminal Code, and planned bankruptcy procedures. Control over the key industries that ensure the growth of industry in Russia is smoothly and imperceptibly passing into the hands of Western monopolists. Specialists of the ruined “problem assets” are being fired en masse, replenishing the anti-government protest electorate. On the arena of state regulation of industrial and public relations, marginal forces, which are under the hidden control of the American special services, enter the arena in a timely manner and imperceptibly.

On February 22, 2019, the Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, General David Goldfine, announced the development of a plan for a new strategy of military operations against Russia, the Trojan Horse, worth $ 135 billion. According to the general, this plan is a "covert invasion" into enemy territory and an early strike on his weak points. Many Russian experts expressed the opinion that this plan is only being developed and will be implemented, if any, not soon. However, practice shows that the "Trojan horse" is already our reality. It acts and works, influencing, among other things, the Russian economy and industrial development. While Russians are being indoctrinated with figures about GDP growth and irresistible Russian weapons, the "representatives of a hidden invasion" embedded in all government structures are quietly and imperceptibly destroying our economic and moral foundations from within.

We still have hope that government officials will become more aware of the impending danger due to the destructive corruption activities of high-ranking officials in state corporations and in the government. And also with regard to the exposure of disguised participation in criminal schemes of ruining successful Russian enterprises of our overseas "partners", taking into account their declared to the whole world political "program of hidden invasion" into the economy and industry of the Russian state.
