At the present time, the interest in the bath is constantly growing. And this, I think, is not in vain. The bathhouse is an integral part of the life of our distant ancestors, which played an extremely important role in the survival of our people. Russian sauna! How much inexplicable joy, delight awakens in the soul of everyone who at least once experienced this truly divine pleasure!

Just imagine the bath, as in the mind - the pleasure from the steam of a hot shelf. Ears wither from the heat! Imagine how you lie on the upper shelf after an ice or snow font and melt away from the bath heat rushing into your soul, penetrating into every grain, into every cell.

The bathhouse is the most important part of a wellness complex in everyday life. Bath - joy, health, well-being. The harmlessness of natural natural remedies for influencing the body in the bath, their physiological nature and high efficiency, as well as the availability and absolutely meager costs make the bath one of the most promising preventive health remedies.

The lifestyle of a modern, especially an urban person with a maximum of improvement and comfort (greenhouse environmental conditions and physical inactivity) is the basis for the de-training of the body and a decrease in the physiological activity of many organs and systems that negatively affect the body's ability to adapt primarily to temperature factors that reduce resistance and immune mobility. The beneficial effect of the bath on the above processes is beyond doubt. The bath is the best of all tempering agents. This is also confirmed by modern medicine. It is known that people who regularly visit the bathhouse are less likely to get sick and more easily tolerate colds, including the flu, or do not get sick at all.

The microclimate of the steam room, and this is primarily the high temperature, has a strong effect on the central nervous system, on neurohumoral regulation. At the same time, there is an increase in blood flow in peripheral organs and a decrease in it in the brain, which causes a decrease in emotional activity and even mental retardation (weakening of mental stress) - that is, emotional and mental relaxation (relaxation), as well as a decrease in muscle tension. And this is extremely important for the preservation of mental health in modern life conditions, for the prevention of neuroses and psychoneuroses.

After visiting the bathhouse, you feel mental comfort, relaxation, and a decrease in anxiety. Sleep is normalized (it becomes deep and refreshing, especially in persons complaining of insomnia). Headache disappears or less often appears, vigor is felt. It is believed that the bath has a significant euphorizing effect on the emotional state of a person.

It has a positive effect on the skin and muscles due to irritation of the endings of the autonomic nervous system in the skin. However, with excessive stay in the steam room or other bath overexposure, vegetative disorders, headache, dizziness, anxiety, and sleep disturbances may occur.

With moderate use, the bath activates the activity of the cardiovascular system (the indicators of the minute volume of the heart increase - they approach the load in endurance running, the pulse rate increases, the blood circulation in blood vessels and the functional capacity of the cerebral circulation increase, their viscoelastic properties decrease). With the correct bathing procedure, the main indicators of the cardiovascular system are restored quickly - after a few minutes of rest (for trained athletes, in particular, after 15-20 minutes). The bathing procedure, strictly dosed in time and temperature, taking into account the state of the human body, does not cause negative changes in the body. However, in case of an overdose of the bath procedure (by time or temperature), negative phenomena can occur even in completely healthy people, such as: increased heart rate, dizziness and nausea.

Cooling procedures after the steam room accelerate the restoration of normal indicators of the cardiovascular activity of the body, although sudden cooling (bathing in ice water and in the snow) leads to significant stress on the cardiovascular system and is unacceptable for people who are not physically trained and who do not use them systematically.

Do bath procedures affect the human musculoskeletal system? As the centuries-old experience of the people shows, the bath plays an important role in maintaining the normal functioning of various organs and systems, and especially the musculoskeletal system. This influence is due to the effect of heat and cold on the entire vital activity of the organism, the activity of almost all its organs and systems. Active redistribution of blood in the body, intense saturation of integumentary, muscle and other tissues with it contributes to the activation of their physiological functions. Everyone knows that "warmed up" muscles, ligaments of joints and joints work more reliably and better, enduring heavy loads, and are less injured. This is especially familiar to athletes and manual workers. It is possible to "warm up" the body and muscles both by muscular movement (warm-up) and by short-term heat exposure - by a bath. Actually, we can firmly say that the entire historical experience of using the bath is a form of opposition to the cooling of the body, and especially its musculoskeletal system.

The muscles, which make up the main dynamic part of the musculoskeletal system, have a good blood supply, a high energy requirement and a high metabolic rate. With high physical exertion, significant morphological changes occur in them, in particular, it has now been established that hypoxia occurs due to insufficient blood supply to the muscles during exercise, with all the ensuing negative consequences. Tendons and fascia under excessive stress also undergo morphological changes as a result of hypoxia, which negatively affects their functioning. The bath in this case helps to eliminate hypoxia, increase blood flow, reduce morphological changes and normalize muscle functions. All of the above testifies to the great role of the bath in the treatment of various diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

The bath also has a positive effect on metabolic processes, water-salt metabolism, on the formation of vitamins, tissue hormones, and enzymes.

People have long noticed that a bath, thanks to a whole range of beneficial effects on the skin, makes a person more beautiful. In the harsh living conditions of our ancestors, the bath was the only and, moreover, a universal hygienic means. First of all, in the bath, dust, dead parts of the epidermis, bacteria and various secretions are removed from the skin. Thus, the ducts of the glands are freed, and as a result, blood flow increases, physiological processes (regeneration, hydration, lubrication and nutrition) of the skin surface layer are improved, bactericidal properties are improved, and acidity increases.

Sometimes, when visiting a sauna, there is a significant drying of the face, accompanied by hyperfunction of the sebaceous glands. In such cases, before the sauna, you should use lanolin soap, and after that - astringents, which dry the face less and prevent the hyperfunction of the sebaceous glands. It is advisable to combine a visit to the sauna with a special dermatocosmetic massage.

The bath has a very large and very diverse effect on the human respiratory system. The high temperature of the steam room irritates the skin and mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Air saturation with water vapor promotes the exchange of alveolar air, improves the activity of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract due to condensation of water vapor on it. Under the influence of dry steam, the demand for oxygen increases and the release of carbon increases, the respiratory rate and vital capacity of the lungs increase.

What happens during bath procedures in various organs and systems of the body, in particular in the stomach, intestines?

From the very first seconds of being in a steam room, the skin experiences the effect of high temperature. This affects the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, internal organs, including the kidneys, and causes changes in the secretion of hormones. Changes in the activity of the sweat glands and kidneys directly affect the homeostasis of fluids and electrolytes.

Since the digestive tract is functionally closely connected with the nervous system, cardiovascular and urogenital systems, their activity affects its condition, as well as physical functions. Pathological deviations from normal activity in any of these systems (especially disturbances in the activity of the central nervous system) lead to disruption of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as its pathology affects the activity of these systems. Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract often lead to disorders of the functions of individual organs or even to their organic damage, while its motility, secretion, absorption and intermediate metabolism are impaired. The indicated functions of the gastrointestinal tract are strongly influenced by heat and cold, since they lead (as indicated above) to a sharp change in the blood supply to it and related organs: liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas and others.

Established a positive effect of the bath on the assimilation of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, the secretion of gastric juice. But another thing is also known - the outflow of blood from the internal organs during bath procedures leads to a decrease in the secretion of gastric juice and an increase in its concentration. The secretory activity of the liver, pancreas and other internal organs decreases. Food taken before the bath procedure or during it (especially food that is difficult to digest - rich in proteins) is not digested, and the activity of the stomach and liver and other organs can be upset.

You cannot rush and eat "heavy" meat food before the bath, but you cannot go to the bath on an empty stomach. Before the bath procedure, you should take easily digestible food, lightly bite with plant food rich in water, mineral salts and vitamins, which are so necessary during the bath procedure. After the bath, the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, like other internal organs and systems, quickly normalizes and even becomes more active.

The body's need during and after the bath procedure is especially great for a liquid saturated with physiologically active substances necessary for the body during this period: mineral salts with a predominance of sodium and potassium, vitamins, etc. These are plant juices, herbal teas, kvass and other drinks. As for the gastrointestinal tract, it is necessary to take certain mineral waters after a bath session (depending on the functional state and disorders - increased or decreased secretion or motor function). Which ones, the doctor should tell.

Do bath procedures affect the internal environment of the body, its metabolic processes, immunity? It was found that the bath has a great influence on the state of the internal environment of the body, the activity of internal organs and the endocrine system. It is known that the internal environment of the body is relatively constant, despite the changing external conditions. The basic functions of the body's systems are supported by the energy of metabolic processes constantly occurring in the body, and most of this energy (up to 75 percent) is converted into heat necessary to maintain body temperature.

From a physiological point of view, a Russian bath is a complex of diverse effects on the body. Along with the high temperature and high humidity of the air, various physiologically active substances of plants act, for example, the volatile substances of a birch broom, which also plays the role of a massage therapist.

In my opinion, the arguments in favor of the bath as a unique health-improving complex in everyday life are indisputable. Now let's talk about the generally accepted rules for taking bath procedures. When and how should you take them? What can and cannot be done before and after the bath?

Every practically healthy person can take a steam bath, in accordance with the characteristics of his own body - his physical capabilities, and most importantly - the state of health at the moment, as Avicenna prescribed - "in accordance with nature." In the presence of deviations in the state of health, before going to the bath, you should consult a doctor.

For hygienic and recreational purposes, you need to go to the bath every week and on the same day. In this case, the body will be prepared, tuned in to take bath procedures, and, as you know, orderliness and regularity of taking bath procedures without haste and nervousness is one of the most important conditions for their positive impact. A regular visit to the bath is as necessary for our body as air, food and water. As for visiting the bathhouse for therapeutic purposes, this is done according to the instructions of the attending physician.

There are a number of rules, the violation of which is undesirable when taking bath procedures. In particular, you cannot go to the bathhouse immediately after hard physical work (at the same time, visiting the bathhouse is desirable after high mental stress, for example, after exams, other nervous overloads).

And of course, it is completely unacceptable to take alcoholic beverages (vodka, wine) before and after the bath. There is nothing more destructive to tense nerves than drunk vodka. She strongly whips up the body, and so is in a state of excessive excitement, stress. Drinking vodka in a bath is like hitting with a whip at full gallop, but with the last bit of strength, an uncontrollable, burnt-out horse. After taking a few steps, he can collapse lifeless on the ground.

A fatal role here is often played by drugs (such as alcohol), doping (such as tea and coffee). Very large nervous overloads, caused in this case by both bathing procedures (vaping) and, for example, alcohol, are not in vain for the central nervous system - various diseases occur, up to epileptic seizures.

Alcohol causes strong overexcitation of the central nervous system, increases blood pressure. The same phenomena are caused in the body by the reception of bath procedures, and therefore their coincidence (overlapping) is extremely undesirable. In addition, alcohol causes an increased generation of heat in the body, which in a bath, that is, with an influx of heat from the outside, overheats, which may well lead to heat stroke or various serious disturbances in the activity of the central nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Finally, alcohol is responsible for the intoxication of the body, in particular the liver, kidneys, by decay products, which also gives an additional load on these organs, which is undesirable in the conditions of taking bath procedures.

As mentioned above, the best drinks in the bath are kvass and juices, herbal and fruit teas and soft drinks. As for exciting drinks - tea and coffee, then, according to the author, they should be taken limitedly, since they are contraindicated in the bath for persons with a disturbed nervous system (they cause its strong excitement). For lovers, a glass of beer after a bath is good.

In terms of physiological significance for the body, the main bath procedure is vaping. Steaming with a broom is a specific traditional technique used primarily in Russian baths (classic country and public steam baths, as well as in a classic Finnish sauna, which has long been influenced by a Russian bath (it is not recommended to use a broom in a modern sauna, as there is a very high temperature) …

Before you start steaming, you should take a warm shower or rinse yourself with warm water (preferably without soap or with soap that does not irritate the skin) to wash off the dirt. If the skin is clean, you should not wash yourself before steaming: the head is usually not wetted (it is considered that steam is more easily tolerated), but you can also wash it with warm water and liquid soap, and then rub your hair thoroughly.

Each steamer must follow a number of simple rules: do not rush to steam and gradually increase the temperature of the body heating. For this, first, when entering the steam room, you need to sit in a lower temperature of the lower layers of the air, sweat for 3-4 minutes at a temperature of 60 ° C and only then rise higher on the shelves and sweat for another 5-7 minutes, and then leave the steam room and rest for a few minutes. You should also gradually move from higher temperatures to lower ones.

After rest, they enter the steam room a second time, this time they take a steam bath, putting on a sports woolen cap (which can be further moistened with cold water so as not to overheat the head), a felt hat or an old hat with earflaps, and tarpaulin mittens (tops) on their hands … It is believed that such "bath armor" is the lot of avid bathers, the rest do not need them. In fact, this is important for anyone who takes a steam bath (and especially for beginners who can't stand a lot of steam). This technique is extremely physiological and reasonable: the head protected from overheating does not experience sudden changes in high temperatures, which has a beneficial effect on the state of the nervous and cardiovascular systems. The hands, protected by the tops, do not get burned by the sharp movement of the bather's hands during vaping.

A broom (birch, oak) must be prepared for the steaming process: a fresh broom is rinsed and shaken off excess moisture, dry soaked in water (hot, just before steaming, or cold - the day before). The soaked broom is placed on the stove for a short time or shaken by lifting it up to the ceiling, where the air temperature is higher. When the broom is ready (the rods are flexible, and the leaves are close in humidity to natural), they begin to steam.

Better to bathe together - lying or sitting, if you cannot lie down. At the same time, the steamed person lies on his stomach, and his partner lightly strokes the body with brooms from feet to head: the brooms are placed on the feet and advanced along the calf and gluteal muscles, back muscles, and along the arms. In the opposite direction, one broom slides along one side, the other along the other, and so on - along the thighs to the heels. Repeat the movements 3-5 times within 15 seconds. At higher temperatures, movements are slower and more careful. Here, the brooms can be interchanged, lifting them up at the feet and head, thereby forcing the heat.

Then they move on to stitching: first along the back slightly and in all directions, then along the lower back, pelvis and thighs, calf muscles and feet. Quilting lasts 1 minute. After that, stroking is done again, but more intensely. After these procedures, the steamed person is turned over on his back, and stroking, posting is carried out in the same sequence. Then again, turning over on the stomach, do the same procedures. After that, they move on to the main method of soaring - whipping. It starts from the back. The brooms are raised slightly to capture the hotter air and produce 3-4 light whips on the back. The newly raised brooms are lowered onto the areas of the body, where they were whipped before, turning the back side (hotter) and pressing them for 3-4 seconds. These hot compresses, alternating with whipping, are good for areas of former muscle injury or muscle pain due to strenuous exercise. Lashing and compresses are done alternately all over the body: on the back, lower back, lower legs, and so on.

After the compress on the feet, some authors (K. Kafarov and A. Biryukov) recommend doing the so-called warm-up - they put the brooms on the lower back and at the same time spread them in different directions - to the head and feet, and repeat it 4-5 times. After this procedure, the steamed person is turned over on his back, and the techniques are performed on the front surface of the body.

The described vaping procedure is repeated on subsequent visits to the steam room. Moreover, in the last run, rubbing is used, when the muscles of the back, lower back, buttocks, muscles of the chest and limbs are rubbed with a broom in the same sequence.

In the case when one person is steaming, he does the same procedures, if possible, in the same order (if there is a bath broom, this can be done). In winter, relatively vigorous whipping with a broom is more attractive for persons who have been in the cold for a long time, which is quite natural, although one should not forget about other techniques.

During the said bath procedures in the steam room of a classic Russian country bath, the temperature is 70-90 ° C with a relative humidity of 15-30 percent. This temperature is obtained in a white bath, when it can be regulated by opening the steam door. Where there is no such door, the temperature is regulated by supplying water to the stove: hot - up to one glass so that the stove does not cool down, or cold - to increase the concentration of steam. When feeding to the heater, you should always remember that excess water means increased air humidity in the steam room, which is more difficult for the body to tolerate and therefore undesirable. And the drier the air, the better the higher temperature is tolerated. In a well-calcined sauna (especially in a smoke sauna), the supply of water to the stove does not dramatically increase the temperature in the steam room.

You can take a steam bath, depending on your health and habit, several times for 8-10 minutes, with the same break for rest. Many lovers of the Russian bath, especially sportsmen, swim in ice water (in a pool, in an ice-hole) or wipe themselves off with snow between visits to the steam room.

Some authors (P. Evseev) recommend doing this at the last entry into the steam room, while shortening the vaping time to 5 minutes. After bathing - complete cooling for 20 minutes with taking a shower and drying in the dressing room. According to the author's experience, the contrast procedure can be carried out after a good preliminary warming up of the body and weak vaping, followed (after cooling) by warming up on a shelf and intensive vaping, as is usually practiced by our lovers of this procedure in Siberia.

Unlike Russian baths, in a modern sauna, they do not wash in the steam room (using a separate shower room for this) and do not steam with a broom (since this leads to an increase in air humidity, which is unacceptable in a sauna at high temperatures). Thus, the procedure for steaming (sweating) in the sauna consists in the fact that the visitor takes a shower, after which he wipes his body dry, enters the steam room (with a towel or a special board made of aspen so that the body does not burn) and sits down or lies down on a spread towel (if necessary, raising your legs a little higher than your head on a special stand). A stay in a dry-air steam room - in a sauna - can be equal to 15 minutes. Then rest. After 2-3 visits, they take a cold shower or swim in the pool and rest.

The above bath procedures are completed by washing the body with soap and then resting in a warm room for an hour. At the same time, you must not overcool (be in a draft) and drink cold drinks. If you wish, you can fall asleep in the period after the sauna rest (15-20 minutes). Such a long after-bath rest is due to the fact that immediately after the bath procedures, an elevated body temperature, a state of excitement of the central nervous and cardiovascular and other systems persist, and a certain period of time is required for the activity of the main organs and systems to return to normal.

After the bath, you should rest in a warm, well-ventilated room, better (after a home bath) on a bed of fragrant fresh hay - on a mattress filled with hay, or an armful of hay covered with a sheet. In this case, under the head, it is advisable to put a pillowcase (made of rare fabric) with one or more dried herbs (lemon balm, fragrant chamomile or sweet clover, oregano, zizifora, thyme, wild rosemary or mixtures of these and other fragrant plants, in particular - cedar sprigs, fir or birch and currant) for the purpose of inhaling odorous substances that have a beneficial effect on the body (primarily in a calming, relaxing way).

After resting, you can eat. Here, light food is appropriate, for example dairy, and, of course, dishes from plants rich in physiologically active substances so necessary for the body, snacks (salads, vinaigrettes), first courses (cold soups, okroshki, botvinya, hot soups, borscht, cabbage soup, pickles, chowders), second courses (porridge), third courses, etc.

Of the drinks that should be taken during a steam session and immediately after the bath, along with juices, kvass, flower, herbal and fruit teas deserve the most serious attention. They quench thirst well and play an extremely important role in the healing of the body.

Flower and fruit-berry teas can have the most versatile effect on the body, but multivitamin teas, teas with diaphoretic, diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as regulating metabolism are of the greatest importance for taking during and after the bath procedure.

First collection. Rose hips, fresh or dry, in a dose from one teaspoon to one or two tablespoons per glass of water, whole or chopped are boiled for 5-7 minutes in an enamel or porcelain dish, tightly closed with a lid (it is believed that the rose hips have vitamin C at boiling is not destroyed). After boiling, you need to insist the broth in a hot place for 40-60 minutes. It is good to fill the raw materials with cool boiling water in a thermos and leave for 1-3 hours. Take tea without a dose, avoiding a general liquid overdose.

Collection of the second. Rosehip fruits-1, hawthorn fruits - 0, 2, squeezed sea buckthorn fruits (pulp obtained after removing the juice) - 1. Prepare and take as the first collection.

Collection of the third. Dried leaves of wild strawberry, blackberry, fireweed, raspberry - 1, black currant leaves - 0, 3, linden flowers, St. John's wort - 1 each, thyme herb - 0, 1-0, 2. Prepare and take as the first collection.

Diaphoretic teas activate the process of sweating. As a result, and also due to the enhancement of metabolic processes in the body, waste products harmful to the body are released through the skin with sweat. This is especially important for various infectious diseases. These teas are good for colds and lung diseases.

The fourth collection. Linden flowers, raspberries, taken equally. Brew two tablespoons of the mixture with two glasses of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, leave for 30-40 minutes, strain through cheesecloth and drink the broth hot, like tea. This fee is used in medicine.

Collection of the fifth. Black elderberry flowers, wild strawberry leaves, meadowsweet flowers, coltsfoot leaves, raspberries, lungwort and thyme herb are equally divided. Grind everything. Pour one or two tablespoons of the mixture into an enamel bowl with half a liter of water. Prepare and take as collection first. After the bath, take an increased dose as a remedy, drink half a glass 4-5 times a day.

Diuretic teas. Collection of the sixth. Bearberry leaves - 3, cornflower flowers and licorice root - 1 each. Brew a tablespoon of the mixture in a glass of boiling water, leave for 40 minutes, strain through cheesecloth and take 3-5 times a day for a tablespoon 30 minutes before meals for kidney disease and edema. The collection is used in medicine.

Collection of the seventh. Birch leaves - 4, lingonberry leaves - 3, blackberry and black currant leaves - 2 each, horsetail herb - 3. Cook as the first collection. Consume with urinary retention.

Anti-inflammatory teas. Collection eighth. Buds or leaves of birch, St. John's wort - 3 each, leaves of strawberry, blackberry, fireweed, plantain, nettle - 3 each, flowers, mint leaves - 1, currant leaves - 2. Prepare and take as the first collection.

Collection of the ninth. Gold and red roots - 1 each, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, primrose, black currant leaves - 1 each, flowers of narrow-leaved fireweed, meadowsweet - 1 each, thyme herb - 0, 5. Cook and take as the first collection.

It is believed that both of these collections have a tonic, metabolic, strong anti-inflammatory and antibiotic effect. It is good to take them for colds, excessive physical overload, in violation of the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, including after a bath.

What about juices? Their role in restoring the norm after bath procedures?

The juices of fresh plant parts are the most physiologically complete food, since in this case the maximum amount of the most unstable and physiologically active substances necessary for the body (vitamins, enzymes, phytoncides and some others) is preserved in their natural or slightly modified form. In order to maximize the preservation of rapidly decaying natural compounds, the most progressive methods of extracting and preserving juices are used. Juice from fruits and berries is extracted at home using juicers of various designs, from other parts of plants (leaves, young juicy stems and roots) it is somewhat more difficult to do.

When obtaining juices, they try to avoid contact of raw materials with iron. Juices are taken fresh, for short-term storage they are placed in the refrigerator, for long-term they use various methods of preservation (pasteurization, preparation of concentrated sugar solutions, etc.). Since high and prolonged temperatures also reduce the nutritional value of the juice, such processing should be avoided.

The sap of some plants (birch, maple and others) is obtained from growing plants by tapping them. In practice, juices can be obtained from any edible and juicy fruit, both cultivated and wild plants. Most often juices are obtained from grapes, cherries, apricots, apples, peaches, cranberries, sea buckthorns, lingonberries, blueberries and others, as well as tomatoes, carrots, beets, etc. The physiological effect of each plant is determined by its chemical composition.

So, the bath improves mood, improves well-being, relaxes, relieves fatigue and nervous tension. This is how wide the range of positive effects on the human body of our simple Russian bath is. We use it in full for the sake of survival, for the benefit of our health and the life of our children and grandchildren, this is a true miracle bequeathed to us by our wise ancestors - a Russian bath, like all the benefits of the nature around us.

Concluding the conversation about prevention, I would like to say a few kind words about physical culture, which, as it were, completes the set of measures necessary for each person to maintain health (in addition to using herbs, baths, hardening). Physical culture is the basis for the prevention of hypodynamia. This is the most developed part of preventive measures, it is known to a wide range of readers and is widely used in medicine. Recently, it has been especially popular among both children and adults.

And here's another thing I would like to draw the readers' serious attention to!

The most important thing from the point of view of survival is the need to constantly increase the health of a healthy person by the body itself, which has everything for this, everything is provided by nature. The body can accumulate itself, develop its own health, as a generator of electricity, constantly generating current, creates a supply of it in order to pour it in during the "rush" hour, in the hour of heavy loads. So a person should know what and how to do, how to behave, so that his health constantly not only reproduces itself, but also increases ahead of its consumption. This is the most important task for each of us. This is what our survival, our happiness and longevity depend on.

Oddly enough, but the ancient man mastered this perfectly, from understanding the importance of mental attitude to the ability to implement both mental and physical systems for maintaining and developing their own health. Which, unfortunately (what a paradox!), Cannot be said about modern man, about his system of preserving and developing health. As the most sober doctors testify, there is simply no such scientifically developed health system. But what is most interesting is that medicine, which is responsible for the health of people, is in no hurry to create it, probably considering itself omnipotent without it. This misinforms people and deprives them of the opportunity to take care of their own health, develop and strengthen it.
