There are about 400 calories per 100 grams of this product, which definitely makes muesli an outsider in the race for the title of "Healthiest and Dietary Product". If you cannot refuse them for breakfast, cook them yourself, for this you just need to mix your favorite nuts, cereals and dried fruits.
