Annotation. The research was carried out on the basis of the scientific school "Safe development of social systems" at the Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEKH" named after D. F. Ustinov. It was revealed that a significant threat to the safe development of society in the context of digitalization in almost all spheres of life is the ethical relativism of citizens of a digital society. Methods for the formation of impersonality are based mainly on the behavioral approach to managing human behavior: on the one hand, the impact through the education and upbringing system, on the other hand, the impact through the informational "nutrition" of children and youth through the streams (mainstream) broadcast by the mass media.
We associate the formulation of the problem of impersonality of social systems mainly with the formation of a digital society in the context of globalization, which at the present stage is taking place in the form of a hybrid war.
In July 2017, the program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” for the first time identified eight areas of digitalization: state regulation; public administration; information infrastructure; Information Security; Research and development; personnel and education; smart city; digital healthcare.
Almost all areas of human life are being transferred to a digital platform. There is a section about this in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024" dated 2018-07-05.
It should be noted that the program contains the axiom that the labor (including educational) activity of a citizen is recorded in his digital personal trajectory of development. By 2025, the proportion of the working-age population with a digital record of a personal development trajectory is projected to be 80%.
At the same time, the population of cities participating in the concept of "50" smart "cities of Russia" by 2025 is expected to be up to 50 million people [1]. These data show the trend towards comprehensive control over every citizen of the digital society. Those who try to evade such control will de facto occupy marginal positions in society [2, p.13].
Methods for the formation of impersonality are based mainly on the behaviorist approach to managing human behavior:
1. Impact through the education and training system.
2. Informational "nutrition" of children and youth through the mass media (mainstream).
Currently, these two most important factors are Scylla and Charybdis, between which a person needs to manage to pass in order to maintain the ability to think systemically.
Neuralink will focus its brain implants on patients with disabilities in an effort to restore them to use their limbs.
“We hope that next year, after FDA approval, we will be able to use implants in our first humans - people with severe spinal cord injuries such as tetraplegic and quadriplegic,” said Elon Musk.
Musk's company isn't the first to go this far. In July 2021, neurotech startup Synchron received FDA clearance to begin testing its neural implants in paralyzed people.
It is impossible to deny the benefits that can be derived from the fact that a person will have access to limbs that are paralyzed. This is truly a remarkable achievement for human innovation. However, many are concerned about the ethical aspects of technology-human fusion if it goes beyond this area of application.
Many years ago, people believed that Ray Kurzweil did not have time to dine with his predictions that computers and humans - a singularity event - would eventually become reality. And yet we are here. As a result, this topic, often referred to as "transhumanism", has become the subject of heated debate.
Transhumanism is often described as:
"a philosophical and intellectual movement that advocates the improvement of the human condition through the development and widespread dissemination of sophisticated technologies that can significantly increase life expectancy, mood and cognitive abilities, and predicts the emergence of such technologies in the future."
Many are concerned that we lose sight of what it means to be human. But it is also true that many treat this concept on an all-or-nothing basis - either everything is bad or everything is good. But instead of just defending our positions, perhaps we can spark curiosity and listen to all sides.
Yuval Harari, author of Sapiens: A Brief History of Humanity, discusses this issue in simple terms. He stated that technology is advancing at such a breakneck pace that very soon we will be developing people who will surpass the species we know today so much that they will become a completely new species.
“Soon we will be able to rewire our bodies and brains, whether through genetic engineering or by directly connecting the brain to a computer. Or by creating completely inorganic entities or artificial intelligence - which is not based on an organic body and an organic brain at all. going beyond just another kind."
Where this can lead, since the billionaires from Silicon Valley have the power to change the entire human race. Should they ask the rest of humanity if this is a good idea? Or should we just accept the fact that this is already happening?

How the Russian Geographical Society was built - Russian Geographical Society
In the 19th century, there were enough gaps in the field of geography for every serious expedition to arouse the keenest interest in society. Travelers were honored as heroes, eagerly listened to stories about distant lands and supplemented the maps with fresh data. One of the banquets dedicated to the successfully completed expedition resulted in the creation of the Russian Geographical Society
